Very professional with scheduling and while working in our home. Adjusted to our project easily and efficiently. I would recommended and use them again without hesitation.

Call these guys first! We had been told by another local company that we needed at least $1000 repair and likely would need to invest another 3000 to 5000.
Kights heating and cooling checked everything and found a loose part in the thermostat and now the heat pump works great!

Highly recommend them. Most importantly they are ethical and trustworthy. They repaired a very old system instead of trying to convince us to buy a new one. Arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves.

Personable and professional. Ended up being my fault the darn thing wasnt working right. (If your fridge is being funky make sure there is plenty of airflow in your freezer!) He checked everything, took the time to explain how the system works. Gave a few tips. On my contact list if we have any future heating and colling issues.

These folks know what good customer service is all about! I highly recommend them for their expertise, prompt service, and reasonable rates. Plus, they were the only shop I could find to service our Geo-thermal heat pump. Rick is fantastic!

The previous owner of our home had Knight Heating and Cooling complete furnace repairs and replace the heat pump. After we moved in last fall, the heating system stopped working on a Saturday. We called Knight Heating and Cooling and Richard Hibbard(Owner/Technician) immediately came over and replaced a small part. He didn't charge us for the call and explained that our heat pump had a warranty. Rick Hibbard’s professionalism and excellent customer service prompted us to contact him again when we had another issue come up with our furnace this summer. He came out within a week and promptly fixed the issue. He also took the time to explain how to properly maintain the heat pump to avoid the same problem in the future. After we discussed potentially replacing our heat pump, he let us know that our furnace was in decent shape and was not in need of replacement in the foreseeable future. We found him to be very honest, incredibly reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Super service at a fair price! Our furnace went out on a Sunday and Rick promptly responded. Polite and curtious. We hired Rick for some additional work, but before he came back we were snowed in. Rick sent out a massive truck that plowed through the snow and got the job done. We can't thank Knight Heating and Cooling enough. We definitely recommend their service.

I had another company out that told me I needed to replace my whole heating system. I called Knight for a second opinion and they informed me I just needed a few repairs done. They were on time, professional and very knowledgeable. They made my repairs at a very reasonable price and My system is working great. So Glad I called them! I will be a customer for life.

I can’t say enough good things about Knights Heating and Cooling. I have used them for the past few years and every time I am so impressed with their knowledge of what they are doing and their customer service. Rick does a great job and I trust his work. Maria is awesome with customer service and goes above and beyond. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Rick was fantastic. Our AC unit stopped working and Knight Heating And Cooling was there to save the day. Rick immediately saw what the problem was (loose wire) and provided a remedy to fix it permanently so that it won’t vibrate loose again. Upon fixing the unit, he addressed other questions we had. Very reasonable rates, fast response, very knowledgeable and friendly service. Can’t ask for more!

Knight has installed two ductless Lennox heat pumps in my house, one with a single interior unit, and one with three interior units. I have also had annual maintenance performed by Knight.

Rick, the owner of Knight, shows up on time every time! Definitely the most reliable and punctual contractor that I have dealt with. Every phone call is either answered or receives a timely call back.

After an issue came up with one of the installs, Rick took ownership and did what he could to fix the issue, no excuses. It was the best example that I have ever seen of a business owner backing his work. This speaks volumes to his integrity and reliability.

I recommend Knight Heating and Cooling to anyone that is thinking about a ductless system, and I will definitely use Knight for any other maintenance or installations.

Rick was very quick to return my call, right off the Bat I knew I was in great hands! Had two other companies out saying I need to replace my whole outdoor unit, refusing to service the existing unit(system was only 10 years old) not only did knights repair my system, he replaced some questionable parts free of charge! I would highly recommend knights heating and cooling over any Hvac company.. they've done two projects for me and we're beyond satisfied with the results . Thanks Rick and team!

🤨 NOW I got a response to my review that they returned my call and left a message and that is totally false. We went to their supposed sequim location. NO ONE there and doesn't look occupied. All previous reviews are almost a year old up to 7 years ago. Begs the question about the authenticity of this business. DO NOT REPLY TO THIS REVIEW. we contacted another heating company and they are actually doing something

We have been using Knight Heating since 2018 after purchasing our home in Sequim and have NEVER been disappointed. Rick and company are not only friendly and professional, but he takes time to explain the problem and answer questions. He always arrives in a timely manner and his prices are very affordable. Unfortunate to have to leave this review. After calling and emailing over 3 times to get an appointment scheduled to install a thermostat in our wall furnace, they installed it, charged us, and it has never worked since. We had renters at the time of install who informed us it they didn’t use it as they couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. We returned a few months later to find it didn’t work for us either. We asked them to come to get it checked out again only to find out they wouldn’t come to check it out unless we paid $175. We paid over $500 for our heater to no longer work. It worked BEFORE they installed this. I took a look myself and found improperly connected wires which I reconnected properly, but it didn’t fix the problem. Do NOT recommend. Disappointing for a local business.

Prompt service. Called another company first and was told the soonest they could come out would be the end of November, 3 weeks away. I said you understand I have no heat all she said was sorry. Then I called Knight Heating and Cooling and they said they could come out this morning. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly fixed the issue, although I need to replace one of the thermostats on my old 4 zone system. I can live with that. Will definitely use Knight Heating and Cooling again.

Update: after repeated phone calls about replacing broken thermostats, they did not follow up or offer any other solution. So, I have down graded to 4 stars. Looking for another company to help me.
