Amazing experience from initial phone call to onsite service. Very skilled crew! I can't believe how fast they worked and what great shape they left everything in. I will definitely use them again.

Mark and his crew were incredible. They took time to listen and engaged me in the decision making. They offered advice when I wasn't sure. They had me inspect upon completion to make sure they'd done everything we wanted. They went back up a tall maple a second time to get a dead branch we hadn't seen. Super friendly crew. Exceptional tree service!

Alex and his team removed a 40+ year old, almost 3 story tall cherry tree that had fallen on my house. I gave Alex a ring on a Friday, and he was at my house within 2 hours. His team was onsite the next day (Saturday), and the entire tree was gone in 8 hours. Despite the size of the tree and the limited space in our backyard, the team was able to remove the tree with zero additional damage to my house.

Top notch service from beginning to end - quick responsiveness, highly skilled team, and thorough clean up of the site. Most importantly, Alex and his team were highly empathic and patient as it was our first time working with homeowners insurance. 11/10 would work with again, and be careful of super wet rainy seasons that can really mess up your trees!

We hired Marc and his crew to come back out to trim out the dead branches and wind sail on 2 huge Douglas firs. Fabulous job. Now we feel much safer.

Highly recommend! We had a couple of overgrown trees too close to the house that needed removal, plus a few others that needed trimming. Brandon came by the same day I reached out to provide a quote, which was very competitive. Communication with Cloudia was timely, and she arranged the job just two days after we got the permit. Mark and his team arrived on time, worked efficiently, delivered high-quality results, and left the site spotless. Overall, an excellent experience.

We recently moved to Whidbey island.
Our next door neighbors wanted to trim some trees and we joined them. Western Hemlock did a fabulous job improving our already great view. We will definitely use them again and recommend their services to others. The workers were great and Alex was super cool to work with.

Quick, efficient and professional service!
Brandon came right on time as scheduled, gave multiple options and was prompt in emailing the quote within an hour of the appointment.
Claudia responded quickly to messages left with the answering service, even after hours.
Marc and his crew were very thorough - met with me and my neighbor to verify what needed to be done to the 2 trees on our property line before starting the job and answered all questions we had during the process. When a question arose, Marc checked in w Brandon and got the answer right away. Left my yard cleaner than it was before they started!
Would definitely recommend Western Hemlock to others and will use them again as needed!

We were able to get a quote within a few days and a crew out to our house that weekend. Everyone was super professional and kind. They worked so hard and removed our three trees in two days. They cleaned up the tree debris and stacked the rounds we wanted to keep. Stump grinding was also amazing and left us with lots of mulch. What a fantastic group! Highly recommend Alex and his Team.

They came, cut down a 30ft larch tree & cleaned up all the mess. The tree had a wood fence next to it, two very large Rhodies on each side & huckleberries in front of it. They did an awesome job & didn’t break any of them! All done at a great price.

Marc and crew did an awesome job. They worked hard & checked in with us frequently to make sure it was how we wanted the job done. 5 people x 4 hours = all the overhanging trees along our fence line cleared. Good cleanup afterward too.
