We have a 100+ yo large leaf maple that really needed a good trim, crowning and pruning. The team have been phenomenal, from the start of getting an online inquiry and hearing back from Chelsea the office manager within 24 hours or so, to having Mathew a certified arborist come out and provide a quote (which was very reasonable and fair) and finally having Isiah and team come out and getting the job done in a very timely manner! We are on a bit of a busy corner and the crew made sure to keep the area secure and safe. They did a great job cleaning the area after they were done. They also quickly notified us that a light fixture broke off during the cutting, which was promptly fixed by the team. We got a few quotes from other companies but went with WHTSS since they were reasonable and local! We like to support local businesses as much as we can. We highly recommend them for any tree service, these guys can get any job done! THANKS GUYS!!

We had a 75-100 year old large leaf maple tree removed. The price was half of what others wanted. The crew that removed the tree was very experienced, it was Mark and his crew.They did a very professional job. This tree was hanging over our neighbors house and not one branch went on their side of the property line during removal.We recommend Western Hemlock if you want a very professional , safe, fair priced tree removal.

Brandon came out to look at my huge distressed weeping birch the day after I called. He was extremely generous with his time and advice.
2 days later he was back with the crew to make sure they knew what we discussed before leaving them to top and prune.
They were quick, efficient and cleaned up every branch and twig.

Alex and his team did a really good job. Their team came to my address every morning around 8: 00 morning on time. The guys are very professional, everything done in 2 days. And they left with everything clean. I definitely recommend you to contact them if you want to remove big trees.

5 stars aren't enough. What a great crew! They showed up at 8 am every day and cut down and stump ground 5 huge firs. We had to use the neighbor's access and they cut some of their trees for them too. We didn't want the wood, so they took that too. You could tell that safety was their priority. Great guys, great job and great price. I recommend them to anyone. Now I have a sunny back yard and no more needles to pick up every month. Thanks, Alex and crew. My home feels safer now. Teddy❤️

For some reason, someone thought it would be a great idea to plant two poplars in our backyard long ago. Fast forward and I had two massive ugly poplar trees in my backyard that I could only think of the damage they'd cause if they fell. 120ft trees side by side about 15 feet from the house. I have never gotten a tree removed and figured it would be an expensive job so I lined up about 6 or 7 quotes to get an idea. Brandon came out from Western Hemlock as the first quote we received, and we told him we were waiting on a few more quotes. He kept checking in and asking how he could earn our business. Eventually we got to a solid price vs the field and he assured me they would take care of everything expertly.

They did. And it just so happened to be the day before the bomb cyclone knocked power out all over the city and trees fell left and right. That was my nightmare scenario but we managed to avoid it, a stroke of luck. Only because the western hemlock team knew the storm was coming and worked overtime to get the trees down ahead of time. I didn't pay for emergency service or expedition or anything they just recognized the scenario and took care of business.

Timing aside, these trees were very tall and my backyard very small. Not much wiggle room for them. Yet they took them down meticulously, managing to not damage a single thing, lawn aside. (Note for anyone getting any major trees removed with lawn surrounding, you're going to need new lawn. I didn't anticipate this but it makes sense with literal urban logging lol)

Anyway over four days they got two humongous trees out of my backyard, through a walkway along the side of my house, and chipped and hauled away.

TL;DR: Took two huge trees out of a confined space without a fuss. No surcharges or hidden taxes or costs or whatever. We agreed to a price and they did the job excellently. Brandon and Alex are excellent at managing the process, and the whole team is professional.

Hired Western Hemlock to come out to remove a dying poplar tree from my property. They were quick, efficient, and hauled the wood away. Their price was reasonable, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for tree removal services.

Mark and his crew were punctual and extremely professional. I had a 90ft tree that was about to land on my house they were able to take the tree down and cut up in less than 3 hours. I would recommend them for anyone who needs a job done quick and for a great price.

Marc and his crew did an outstanding job. They navigated tough access to do stump grinding and haul out a tree that had gone down around our shoreline. Immaculate cleanup…friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Marc and his crew did a fantastic job cutting back large branches from the Deodar Cedar that were hanging over my roof. They were very prompt, and nice to work with. The place was left clean and perfect. I really appreciate it!

After a great experience two years ago I hired Western Hemlock for a second tree removal project. Once again, Marc and his crew did a great job. They were responsive to additional requests, attentive to safety, and did an excellent job of cleaning up when tree removal, stump grinding and limbing was completed. The price was fair and I am highly satisfied.

Today was our first experience with Dirty Duck Cleaning. Our neighbors recommended them and we could not be anymore satisfied with their services. Our house never looked so good. The level of detail in each room was "over the top".
