Horrible landscaping guys. My car windows where down to keep the car cool and what does this dude do? Takes the leave blower and blows right over the car and everything inside the car. Just stupid!

Destroys seedlings & plants over & over again.They are just lawn mowers not landscapers.HOA board meeting to switch companies. Will add photos later.

Terrible Company! Avoid at all costs. Voicemail set to after hours prompt during business hours. No one returns phone calls. Job quality is subpar at best. Look elsewhere.

Their work truck has the worst exhaust problem of any vehicle. Big clouds of dirty exhaust all down the street following the truck. Not street legal, not caring for customers.

I had an excellent experience working with Natural Concepts Landscaping. They did an amazing job with my back yard. From design to completion of work, it was the easiest construction process I've ever experienced. They were professional and knew what they were doing. They offered excellent advice in regards to plant locations and type. Very glad I found them.

I haven't used their services but my neighbors do and they break the law by parking their truck in front of my driveway every time they come. There is plenty of space to park further up but they always block my driveway. It's ridiculous. Train your employees better

I really disliked working with Natural Concept Landscaping and would not recommend the company. Kiersten, the landscape designer, was great. She was prompt and responsive, but she has since left the company. We also had a good experience with Carly in the office. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were being supported. However, the problems really were with Chris, the project manager.

After making our 30% deposit in early March, we were told we’d be contacted by Chris to schedule the project. We never were and had a hard time getting a hold of him for a couple of weeks, at which point he texted that it would be the second week of April. A week before, I e-mail to confirm but don’t hear back.

The second week of April rolls around and we have heard nothing. We’ve been trying to get a hold of the project manager and are not getting any responses. At this point, I’m nervous that we paid a deposit to a fake company and were getting scammed. Finally we hear back from Chris via e-mail, and he says he didn’t have our phone number or had it wrong, as he had tried to contact us that it would be next week (but, he texted us previously, so idk). He comes out to take a look at the site, says he’ll be here Wednesday (this is already two weeks past the estimated time). Wednesday rolls around and he calls to say that there has been an emergency and they have to push until Monday. Fine.

Monday comes and nobody shows up and we’ve heard nothing. After calling multiple times, Chris finally answers and says they can’t because it’s too rainy. He didn’t call because they were “scrambling” that morning – we were supposedly the job on the schedule! If they were scrambling, wouldn’t it be for OUR job? IDK. We tell them we need it done by the following week and after two three-day stretches of no rain and no communication from Chris, we called and got our deposit back and cancelled, wanting nothing further to do with the company. They didn't even try to keep us.

The whole experience was excuse after excuse after excuse. Their communication was abysmal and stressful. I understand that things come up, there are delays, etc, but as a customer, we shouldn’t have to be contacting you all the time to find out. You should be proactive and contact US!

Natural Concepts has winterized my irrigation system for several years. Never had a problem and always did a good job. I called and scheduled it to be done this year and a very nice lady said since they had done my system before they would be glad to do it again but that they weren't accepting any new customers.
Then I get a call from I assume the guy that does the winterization and was told they had already done my area and it didn't make sense to come out for one house, even though I had been a customer in the past. Apparently he and the lady I spoke to have different schedules.

I manage a 52-unit complex in Lynnwood and have been using NCLandscaping for several years now. I feel the pricing is very reasonable for the size of our property. The crew always does a super great job and I often get complements on how well kept our landscaping looks. Anytime we have had a question or issue, the owner himself handles it which I find humbling with such a big and established company. When we have asked for proposals, the estimator is quick and usually gets us a quote within 24-48 hours. I absolutely LOVE this company and will never switch! Thank you so much for providing excellent customer service and authentic care to us, it’s a huge contribution to our success as a small business.

Not a good experience with this company. The crew’s attitude and professionalism were disappointing. Would not recommend

They have cut our lawn for about 7 years. And every year they destroy all the flowers we have taken the time to plant and grow. They have been told over and over not to touch certain gardens and they continue to destroy on purpose at this point. Because they know who we are. We go through it EVERY YEAR AND EVERY TIME THEY CUT THE GRASS. We even have signs in the garden asking them not to touch them and they continue. I’m bringing it up at the next homeowners meeting to find a new company that cares about their costumes property. The photo Im posting is the latest in a series of them NOT CARING about the costumers wants. He even cut up the flowers tag. I would suggest going somewhere else if you have any flowers you want to survive, because of their ignorance and vindictive work you will be disappointed . Because at this point it feels personal cause we asked them not to touch our flowers for 7 yrs now.

We loved working with Sublime. It was such a blessing to not have to worry about anything during our backyard remodel.

I can only speak to the vendor booth at the Snohomish Farmers Market. I love the excellent, specially selected, offerings there and am enjoying the healthy plants I have purchased.

We've redone our front and back yard with Sublime. They did a wonderful design, handled bidding with landscaping contractors, and then ran project management. They were great listeners, creative, and super professional. We spent time telling them what we wanted; they heard what we needed; the design looked very different than what we thought we wanted, and much better. Execution was great. Strongly recommend on every front.

We just finished construction on our home that sits on steep slopes and a wooded 5 acres. We still needed front exterior stairs to get up to our entry and a landscape design that addressed challenges that were unique to our project. It was tricky but Sublime Garden came up with an outstanding design that handles all of our issues beautifully. Heidi and Kryssie listened to all of my concerns and wants and incorporated them into the design. They are pleasant to work with and professional. They were conscientious of my budget and suggested ways to keep the project within the budget. I love the design and can't wait to start on it.

I hired Heidi in 2023 to help with some problem areas in my yard. She was very pleasant to work with her and she was easy to contact with questions. She made excellent suggestions and I would not hesitate to work with her again.

Working with Heidi was such a pleasure. She is thorough and extremely knowledgeable in her field. We had no idea what to do with our yard and how to improve the design and styling of plants. She came to review our area, created a mood board for consideration before we purchased plants, placed all plants and provided on going guidance on care and planting. We now love our yard and are so grateful for connecting with her service. Highly recommend!
