I could not be more pleased. It was a small job, but handled quickly and professionally.

Highly recommend. Iv had other electricians “to busy” or just flat out bail after scheduling an appt, these guys showed up, fixed everything, cleaned up, and communicated very clear.

Horrible experience! The electrician that Troy sent to my house stole multiple items from my house. When brought to Troy's attention he basically said that his worker was probably just covering up his tools with the sweatshirt used to cover the items stolen. So I guess that the tool bag that his employee had was only there for who knows what then right?

Very pleased with their service! Extremely friendly and professional, great work, and price was way below other bids for the job. Will definitely check with them first on future projects that come up!

I recommend valley electric to everyone. They were very nice and professional. They did the job in a timely manner and it looks beautiful. Great customer service. I call for a estimate the job was done in two days. There rates are very reasonable. Valley electric you rock!!!

The technician Troy was very unresponsive. I am not sure he is employed here or the owner, He is definitely hurting this company's reputation and business. I have been using this company numerous times for taking care of the electrical issues on my rental properties over the years. But recently, I tried to contract Troy (referred by their front desk people) many times; he did not return my calls. At last, I finally got a hold of him and set up an appointment. But he did not show up for the appointment.
It is too sad and disappointed of having such unprofessional person to handle customers' needs.

Technician was great! I think his name was Mike, I can't remember but he was very professional and friendly and was able to get everything done the same day. We had a new electrical box installed. Avista had to shut our power off for a couple hours but Mike was able to complete the job very quickly and our power was back up and running before 1pm. The cost was just as they had quoted us, so no surprises which was great! I would highly recommend Valley Electric to my friends and family.

I can't say enough about this company! Troy,Travis and Joe were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable! We just completed a full kitchen remodel and they were all fabulous! I would highly recommend these guys. I felt totally at ease having them in my home. Thank you all for everything you did for us!!

Professional, responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. We received several bids from other competitors and these guys were the best, by far! They were quick to come out and start working and made everything seamless. We would highly recommend using their service rather than wasting your time to get bids from other local competitors. We will continue use them for future projects or electric issues and recommend to our friends and family.

These guys are great. Worked with Troy who gave us an estimate and Bryan did the installation component on our box truck and are blown in trailer. They were detail oriented and explain the process and what they were doing exactly very happy with the outcome I would highly recommend them.

I've had a lot of work done by Valley Electric from hooking up a few lights, to the hot tub set up and the generator backup plug for our panel and these guys are top notch all the way. Very friendly and personable, fair pricing, showed up on time and they were ready to work. I'm glad I met Chad over at Valley because when one of my guys backed my truck into the overhead power line running to the garage from the house, I called Chad (he had given me his cell phone at one point so I could get a hold of him personally if I had any issues) and he was at my customers house 30 minutes later and had it fixed soon after. Needless to say they made me look good to my customer and because of how prompt and professional they were my customer was at ease. If you need electrical work done, Valley Electric should be your first call.

First time using these guys and I just had to leave a review. The receptionist took down all my info and issues and was very responsive through texts and emails. They sent out an awesome electrician who had great answers and direction. He even found, and explained future issues that need addressed and I will be definitely using them and him in the future. I'm a contractor and will be referring them out to my clients because of how professional and knowledgeable they are. Huge thank you to my tech Anthony. That guy is a dang wizard as far as I'm concerned. Thanks Valley Electric, and thanks again Anthony! You rock!

Condescending and not very knowledgeable. Also, by _far_ the highest quote I got for this project out of the 6 companies that bid on it.

I was looking to install a level 2 charger for an EV, and initially I liked Infinite Electric. They were the first ones to send someone to check out things to give me a quote, and the technician was personable and seemed helpful. Their quote wasn't the lowest I got, but it was very competitive and I intended to go with them. The first sign of a problem was that the tech was convinced that the charging station I bought (a ChargePoint Home Flex) was limited to 40A, when in fact it can go up to 50A. It's literally in the model name (CPH50), as well as in the installation manual and so on. It took days of emailing specs before Infinite acknowledged that yes, this can go up to 50A. (Every other electrician I talked to had no question about this.)

Their original quote was for a 50A breaker, and when they changed it to 60A at my request (to handle 48A charging) the quote increased by _62%_. 60A breakers are $19 at Home Depot. When I called for an explanation, Nick told me that they had to change from Romex to THHN wire, and that's why it was more expensive. 90°C 6 AWG copper THHN wire is currently $0.87 per foot at Lowe's, and for this project I think they would need maybe 10 feet, tops. (The charger is just two feet from the panel.) THHN is a generic term for thermoplastic high-heat nylon (referring to the insulation used), manufactured by a number of companies, but the electrician I was talking to became angry when I pointed this out to him. Given the quote I got, he apparently sources it for more than $50/foot and thinks it's extremely special. (He also didn't know what THHN stood for...)

He also was very put out that I was asking for 90°C wire, and implied that it was "my request" for this that was making things so expensive. Um, it's literally a requirement for the charging station, written in bolded text in its own bullet point in the installation manual. Infinite claims to have installed many of these very same charging stations, so apparently they installed them all incorrectly. I talked to 5 other companies about this project and not a single other electrician batted an eye at the requirement to use single-strand wire. One explicitly told me Romex vs. THHN wouldn't change their quote.

When I asked if Infinite would honor the original quote they gave, using the original specs of 50A, he refused to directly answer the question but said several things that indicated that no, they would not honor a quote they gave two days ago despite saying that it was valid for 30 days.

Pricing on the quotes is shady, not listing any prices per item but rather just a total. This allows them to claim that a price change is due to wiring without actually putting it in writing that they're charging $600 for a few feet of 6 AWG wire.

Very disappointing, because originally I liked them the best of everyone giving me quotes.

We used Infinite Electric to replace our old smoke detectors and install new new smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. They gave us an in person written quote for three different options on their first visit, and performed the work at a later date. Rachelle and Sierra helped us schedule the work and electricians Justin and his partner (don't know his name) did an excellent job installing all six devices, testing them out, and cleaning up after they were done. They all were professional and very pleasant. We would use them again in the future.

The work that was done was great. Rob Don Kyle were here for about 7 hours and never slowed down. When the inspector came out even he said the work was excellent. The crew returned right after the inspection to backfill the ditch they had to dig. I would highly recommend this this company and use them again. Sierra was also very good to work with on the phone. Thanks again

I had an old service panel swapped out with a new updated one and infinite electric did a great job. Don, Mike, Mark, and Sierra made the experience stress free and actually kind of fun. All of them were great to work with.

They were able to give me an immediate quote (not an estimate) that was reasonable and allowed me to pay for the entire bill up front. There were no hidden or extra costs. Infinite electric also handled all of the permits and inspections. And they back everything up with a 10 year warranty.

They were scheduled to come on Tuesday morning to start the work but were able to get here Monday afternoon instead. I've never had a service contractor show up early before! I can't recommend them enough.

The communication with infinite eclectic was also amazing. The called and texted letting me know the crew was on the way and checked up with me afterwards to be sure everything went smoothly.

I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who need an electrician.
