Vanguard claims "Our goal is to meet and/or exceed the quality standards necessary to provide a clean working environment". After multiply emails and conversations with customer service regarding their provider(s) noncompliance of our service agreement our facility continued to be neglected. Our experience with Vanguard was by far the subpar. Please think twice before using their janitorial services.

We've been using Vanguard to clean our offices for a while now. We're very happy to have made the switch to them. Our space has never been so clean.

I am the general manager of a local business in Spokane. Vanguard failed to return the keys to our building after the contract was terminated. Our request for the key was ignored. Our security log shows that Vanguard entered our building 6 times after the contract was terminated resulting in theft. Each visit was about 2 minutes. Just enough time to look for cash and leave. The keys were returned the morning after their 6th time entering the building. A police report was filed. I called to let Vanguard know what had happened. There was no apology--just a lack of overall concern. Brenna asked me to put the details in an email. That was done, but to date we have not received a reply. Make sure you get your keys back when the contract is terminated, and be mindful of suspicious activity once you give them your 30 day contract termination notice.

As a business owner, I am impressed with the professionalism and top-notch service of Vanguard (Spokane). Word of mouth travels fast! Highly recommended!!

But look into going into business for yourself first. Vanguard charges 4x times the amount that you will pay them for any clients they bring you. They also don't talk about ALL the taxes that you are responsible for. At the end of the day. What I have learned about the Spokane Valley Vanguard office it's all about putting money into their pockets at your hard work. Terri Withers. Dont trust her. As she has told many times. She knows what she is doing. Go into business for yourself don't buy a Vanguard franchise. I had to do what's best for me and walk away from the mistake I made in buying a Vanguard franchise. Up front I had to pay them $8,000 for the franchise. Go into business for yourself. Believe in yourself. Avoid the mistakes that come with Vanguard because you will end up paying them lots of money that you could have put in your pockets. Don't trust them. Good luck.

These guys are awesome! They have cleaned for us for a while and are alway so efficient and detail oriented! Our cleaners, account reps and office staff have always been so friendly and personable. We could not ask for a better experience!

Best customer service in the industry. They do a wonderful job of making sure the customer is happy with each cleaning. Highly recommend if you are looking for a loyal company that does high quality work.

We used Vanguard for over a year at our downtown business. We were very displeased with both customer service and the cleaning job they did. The floors were filthy, with built up grime that changed the color of the tile; the walls had layers of dirt you could wipe off with a paper towel, obvious debris left behind on floors. I asked for an estimate to deep clean the bathrooms, and it took 3 weeks to hear back from Brenna in customer service. It was the same when I asked for a floor wax. Took over 1.5 months to hear back (with incomplete, one line emails forcing me to ask questions multiple times). I raised it up a level in management attention, and a tech came out with the wrong info from Vanguard and left in frustration. We had to hire another company.
The most concerning was that our password-protected clinic phones were used by the janitors or their kids with patient data on them, forcing a domino effect of actions we had to take, including firing Vanguard. We found out through an investigation we had to initiate that they were apparently also using a sub-contractor to clean without our knowledge. Two stars because it always could have been worse.

This is what you get when using this company. After several emails over the last 7 months and it not being addressed properly I was told that we just couldn't be "satisfied". I would think that a CLEANING company would know how to clean. They come twice a week....these photos are from this morning after them being here last night to "clean". To say this company doesn't take pride in their work is an understatement. I would think a general cleaning would include wiping a toilet down. It has been this way for MONTHS and several emails later I have now realized this company has ZERO work ethic. Use them at your own risk. Sorry in advanced for the icky toilet phots. This is a weekly occurrence and I am the one cleaning them because it is embarrassing. The mirror is the word "yuck" that I left there and wanted to be sure they cleaned that mirror....as you can see they just disregarded it. Sadly, sadly disappointed. To top it off they "blame" the customer saying we just can't be satisfied. I believe that anyone paying a company to clean would NOT be satisfied with this.

Five-star service from Vanguard! They are thorough, efficient, and very respectful of our workspace. The office I work in has never looked better. If you’re in the need for a top-tier cleaning crew that you can trust, this is the one. The last cleaning crew our building used would always mess with the stuff around my desk area- since we switched I’ve had zero issues with missing or damaged things around my desk/office!!! They even helped with a potted plant spilling and getting dirt out of the carpet!! Love them!
