My husband had used this company a few years ago and liked them, so we hired them again despite the higher price. We paid $180 for two people for 50 minutes. They didn’t even clean the tub or shower in either bathroom, which desperately needed it. When they vacuumed the living room rug, they didn’t go all the way around the coffee table. Dusty floors that could have easily been cleaned and dirty sink drains. The pictures are from after they left. Definitely a lack of attention to detail. That really surprised me because I just assumed the higher price meant more professional service.
The ladies were nice both times they came. I wrote off a broken lamp the first time because accidents happen. I can’t overlook poor cleaning though.

The girls arrived on time and did an AMAZING job. I asked for a deep clean and that’s what I received. Everything was sparkling, dusted (including ceiling fans) and the baseboards were all clean. Highly recommend.

I’m kicking myself for not taking before pictures because the “after” is night and day! My house literally *sparkles*. Life Maid Better has been cleaning our house twice a month for many, many years. It is the best thing ever to come home from work to a beautifully clean and wonderful smelling house! I don’t know what they use to clean but it smells great!! They do a great job of communicating and make scheduling very easy. I highly recommend this cleaning crew!

Really great experience so far. Getting the quote and setting up the schedule with Alison (the owner) has been a breeze. And Lindsay and Denzel did an excellent job for the deep clean. Highly recommend.

Alena is absolutely incredible! Walking into the house after the first cleaning almost brought me to tears. There were stains that I had tried bleaching, scouring, scrubbing, etc. that she managed to get out. The paint on our baseboards is very challenging to clean, however, she made them all look new. Even our ceiling vent in the bathroom was deep cleaned. She was also very sweet with our grumpy dog. I wish I would have done this sooner.

We absolutely love Alison and her team! We have utilized their home cleaning services when we lived on the South Hill, to clean our rental property before tenants move in, and at our current residence in North Spokane. Every cleaning feels like such a treat- the products they use smell absolutely amazing and our house always feels so great with their attention to detail. Our current cleaning gal, Aaliyah, does an amazing job - she is friendly and we couldn’t believe how good she made our home look and smell. And with a toddler at home, that is no small task :) We would HIGHLY recommend Aaliyah, Alison and the Life Maid Better team. Amazing service and so easy to arrange and get an estimate. This was supposed to be a one time deep cleaning for my wife’s birthday, she was so pleased we’re going to make this a scheduled quarterly occurrence.
Amanda was extremely thorough, courteous, and had a great attention to detail. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone. Worth every penny.

Alison was amazing and was able to squeeze us in last minute before we moved in. She and Casey worked seamlessly with our landlord and us to get us exactly what we needed. Our house went from a disaster to feeling like home. Casey did an amazing job on our shower, which was coated in hard water stains. We will definitely use their service when we move out to ensure a spotless house!
