I'm really hate leaving bad reviews, but my experience was really poor with Valley Landscape. I scheduled one appointment on a Thursday to have my sprinklers turned on and then a week later they were going to come aerate the yard. I carved out two hours to make sure I was home, but no one showed up. I called, but the office was closed already. The next morning I got a call from Wendy who apologized the guys got stuck on another job and said they'd be out that afternoon (Friday). Again I waited during the window and no one showed up. Saturday I got a call from David who asked if he could take care of the sprinklers right then, but I wasn't home. No biggie - told him to go ahead anyway. Explained how to get to the turn-on and specifically outlined which sprinkler heads I needed fixed/adjusted, including listing a couple that I knew were broken and I did not want fixed right now because I don't use them (in a patch of weeds). Then I asked him to call me when he was done and let me know what he discovered. When I got home Saturday and went to run sprinklers, they still were not on. Sunday goes by.

Monday morning I was woken up to loud music going back and forth outside my bedroom window (as were my small children). The guys went about adjusting the sprinklers and the work they did was well done (earned more than one star for that), but they fixed the two sprinklers I asked them not to and didn't fix one I had specifically mentioned!

Roll around to the next Thursday when my aeration was scheduled. I leave work for the third time to be available during the window they said they'd be there and guess what...no one showed. I didn't even bother calling. No one ever did come...or call.

Got a bill for the sprinkler heads I didn't want fixed, though. Then if you add up the three times I left work when no one showed up after they said they would, I'm out a pretty penny.

I'll always reserve the right to assume the business is great and believe that I am an anomaly, but that many no-shows. If there is no bad intention, they definitely need to get organized and show up when they say they will.

I have been with Greenleaf for 4 years and wouldnt change a thing, I love the service and enjoy the knowledgable kind employees!

We have paid for Greenleaf maintenance for many years but they are not returning calls or vmails and our plants and trees need attention.

They have the WORST customer service. The gal that answers the phone is incredibly rude. She has hung up on me three times simply because she could not comprehend what I was trying to tell her. She refused to transfer me to her superior as well as she refused to give me any contact names of anyone who could help me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

become more complacent. Used to be right on top of sprinkler repairs and blowing public spaces as well as individual driveways after each Mow. Now it's in and out .

Their they damaged my property by not closing the gates on the mowing trailer. She the employee drove away, the gates swing open and damages out enclosed trailer(made a big hole in the skin). They have dodged the insurance company and will not pay for damages.

Workers are dishonest reporting their times worked. Hidden charges (I was also billed for driving time and apparently I was responsible to pay the workers for their lunch time!). During several interactions with the billing staff, i was repeatedly told how i was wrong and they were right. Service very mediocre. Will never use again.

Greenleaf has a very high level of integrity, commitment to customers, and has been in business in Spokane for over 36 years. They do high quality work. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Well if the service is like their driving I will definitely not be using them. Driving down market street i stop for a person crossing the road and the green leaf driver yelled at me and called me some nasty things I will not say on here but they were bad. Then when he could pass me he gave me the bird.

Very disappointed in this company. I have talked to someone five different times over the course of two weeks to have someone come back and permanently fix the sprinklers they had previously done a temporary repair on. They said they lost the work order from when they did the temporary repair, so they were trying to figure out who did the work and they would call me back. They NEVER called me back. Five times with promises to call me back and to no avail. I will be going elsewhere.

Service has been great until 2017. We had dormant insect spray done 04/28/17 on our maple trees which we believe should have been done earlier. On 05/10/17 we notified greenleaf that trees now have aphids they said somebody would get back with us so on 05/12/17 hadn't heard a word from them so we called back and had to leave another message 05/12/17. And now it's 05/18/17 and I am still waiting to hear from them.
