Angle Lopez was amazing he walked me through the entire process of the service that I would be receiving. After explaining the process he quickly got to work on making my carpets beautiful. Once Angle was completed with the cleaning he walked me around the areas cleaned since there was one spot that was difficult to get up. Working with this company, and their customer service was great. I really liked our technician, he was very kind. However, I was a little bit disappointed in the job overall. I feel that there were some spots still on the carpet that maybe didn’t get spot treated or just not cleaned enough.

On time, friendly, efficient and awesome job! The chair is 14 years old, has had heavy use and the did a beautiful job of cleaning it. Also great job on my couch. Highly recommend them.

Nathan was so friendly and explained everything he was going to do and as he was doing it. He was considerate of our canary and advised on best place to place him and when. We had the air ducts cleaned and the dryer vent as well. He stressed how important it was to have the dryer vent cleaned every 2 years! Ours was packed full as it had been 4 years.
And the heater vents every 5 years...
We highly recommend ZeroRez and will be using them again! Next week we're scheduled to get the carpets done by ZeroRez!

We have been using Zero Rez at our company for three years. They come twice a year to deep clean our carpets and have done a fantastic job every time. The technicians are knowledgeable and super helpful! Thank you!

They bait and switch their prices once the technician comes to your home for service. I contacted Zerorez to get my carpets cleaned a few months ago during the move out process of the house I was renting. I spoke with the receptionist over the phone and answered all of her questions about the number of living areas, bedrooms and stairs we had in the home that needed cleaning. She asked if we had any walk in closets and I said yes we had one in the main bedroom and the rest were normal non walk in closets. She said the walk in closet would be an additional cost which is understandable and that cost was included in the quote. She quoted me a price for the entire service and sent a document stating that price, but when Logan showed up to clean he said he needed to look around first then proceeded to tell me it would be an additional cost for the staircase landing no bigger than 3x3 and for the small (not walk in) closets in the bedrooms. I’m not talking an additional $5 for each of those locations, it was a hefty price tag for them- somewhere around $30+ for each closet and around $50+ for the small staircase landing and I was not happy. When I told him the price was already quoted to me and I was not going to pay anymore for things that should have been disclosed over the initial call I had with the company he became rude and belittling. I refused to pay for areas that should have been included in the quote because legally a bedroom can only be deemed a bedroom if it has a closet and a staircase has to have a landing, it’s not like these were things I hid in an attempt to pull a fast one on the company. After the service I was left with 3 bedroom closets (again NOT walk in closets) and a staircase landing uncleaned that I had to contact another company to come do. I would never go with this company again because of how slimey they were for doing this, find anyone else to do your carpet service!

I cannot praise the honesty and all around over the top service that Nathan gave us! He only did part of what we originally scheduled for because our vents were already clean (we have just moved into the house and didn’t realize that). He ended up just cleaning out our dryer vent. Not only that, but he went above and beyond by helping my 87 year-old mother get down the front steps of our house as we were taking her to an appointment. What an incredibly nice guy!

Just moved in and your service tech was fast and did a great job. The quote for the deal online for 4 rooms for $139 w food can donation was exactly as advertised. We will not only be using the service again but that cleaner in particularl. He was very polite & punctual even called ahead to come early so great job. We got his card and will ask for him next time. 10/10

Chase was our technician and called ahead of time to provide us an earlier time slot which worked great for us. He did an excelent job. He was very polite and clearly excellent at his craft. I would use Zerorez always. Denny and Sherry. The reason for the 4 star is that the overall price far exceeded the quoted price. That impacts retirees a lot.

Zach did an exceptionally great job! I had a semi-large coffee stain and he was able to remove it without any special chemicals that would have cost me more. He took pride in my house and even put plastic protectors on the corners of my walls, so the equipment didn't scar it. My off-white carpets look amazing! What a professional and just plain nice, pleasant person. I will definitely ask for Zach next time. I am extremely happy with his service and the outcome of my carpets!

Brice was punctual and very polite. He did an excellent job, even tending to a specific area I had failed to mention. I am always very pleased with Zero Rez. I would give a 10 if I could find a place to do that!
