A pleasant and polite young man named Blake, came to clean my carpets today. He was straightforward with pricing and then proceeded to do a wonderful job. I plan on having my downstairs carpets done soon and will ask for Blake personally to return. I have to say the best thing about using Zara res, is once your carpets have been cleaned and they are dry, there's zero crunchy carpet afterwards. Why, because they leave zero residue in your carpet. My carpets look almost brand new. Again. Thank you so much!

I really love Zerorez because they do not use chemical to clean with. Non toxic for your home and family. Leave a nice fresh clean carpet not a r chemical residue like the other carpet cleaners. The technician was friendly and took care to wear booties and not leave my carpets soaked. I really appreciate a great company like Zerorez.

Our technician Zack did an amazing job. 20+ year-old carpet with stains came out as well as expected for it being as aged as it is. Always satisfied with the services and the knowledgeable technicians. The special for the month, and the additional pet treatment for five rooms was around 400.00.

I had Zerorez out to clean the ductwork on a small rental property. I scheduled at and was quoted a price through the fair in Spokane, and when the tech got to the house, he said this is smaller than I thought it was gonna be any adjusted the price accordingly to save me some money. Friendly, on time, and cleaned up after himself. Would recommend them for this service at your home.

Zeroes cleaned our carpets today. They did four rooms and small hallway for under $200. The technician contacted me at the time I was told they would and arrived at my home in the time I was given. The technician was Extremely Professional and treated my home with care. They did exactly as I asked and performed extremely well.
And if you’re wondering, yes, I Will be using them again in the future.

I got my air ducts cleaned. The fella working was nice and informative but I’m not sure how well they are actually cleaned. Hoping that I’ll be able to notice the next week, maybe I will be able to tell with allergies etc.

I was annoyed that some of the vents needed to be screwed back in, parts of my hardwood floors were left with black scratches, nothing cleaned up outside each of the vents and biggest issue was the dent in one of my ducts just outside the furnace. He came back to get the giant hose he left behind, and said it was like that when he arrived. I honestly did not want to bother arguing with the guy and have it go no where but he did tape it up. But I’m 99% sure it was not like that as I took a pretty close look at everything the day before and would have noticed air coming out there.

So beware, take pics of everything before and be prepared to clean up after them even after paying $500+ for their services.

Absolutely the worst we've ever paid for! We only had them come in to do the stairs and a small hallway. The cat had urinated at the bottom of the steps and there was a "stain" from someone taking the garbage out and it dripped (not grease).
Upon drying the urine smell is worse as ever and the "stains in the stairs are same as before. So I got out my little hand held shampooer and went over it myself.
It was so dirty still that I was pulling up mud! This is incredible that we spent hundreds of dollars and literally nothing was done, but our carpets getting wet.
I would never pay this company another dime and I would like a refund for the money we wasted!

Zerorez came out to clean our couches and they were fantastic from start to finish. They were knowledgeable and clearly knew what they were doing, taking the time to explain the process and answer our questions. The guy was friendly and professional, making the whole experience easy and comfortable. Most importantly, they did an excellent job—our couches look refreshed, clean, and noticeably better than before. We were very impressed with the quality of their work and would absolutely recommend them to others.

Zerorez did incredible work. Zachary was a phenomenal technician and even offered to move my couch and kids beds to clean under them. All dog urine stains were removed and we had plenty of them from a puppy we had a year ago. It looks like brand new carpet and smells brand new too. Only took him an hour and a half to clean three bedrooms, stairs, a hallway, and our downstairs living room. Was really impressed how quickly it went and was able to work the whole time as I work from home. He did a great job explaining the process and showing me the progress. He also did not complete the job until I was fully satisfied. I will be using them every time we need carpet cleaning services.

Dominic was our cleaning technician and he was great at communicating his arrival time. Once he got here he was very nice and hard working. Gave us a good price for cleaning and odor removal. He was amazing! Highly recommend, especially if you get Dominic- his customer service skills are far better than most.

Smelt and looked amazing after service! This carpet is over 22 years old and was once upon a time white. Never been professionally cleaned!! Been through years of kids, teenagers and pets and it is fluffy again!
