I love having these gals clean my house! They’re friendly, professional, efficient and always on time. They do a great job and are always willing to do a little something specific if I ask. And they work within my budget! I definitely recommend White Glove Cleaning!

Quoted a 2 hour move out cleaning and as soon as the cleaners arrived they said it would take more time. According to friends in the cleaning business the price for the job was greatly inflated. So I expected professionalism however the cleaners who showed up were very unprofessional and rude. I asked what they would be able to do in the 2 hour time frame and they couldn't answer. Which seemed strange considering they are professionals who knew it would take over 2 hours yet could not give me an idea of which tasks would push them over that 2 hour mark. Overall poor experience would recommend interested party's shop around first and only use this service as your last option.

Had met Kim and we went over everything that needed to be done. I was excited to have a "professional" do the move out cleaning of my rental.
They came one day for an hour and got the washer looking new.
Then we finally got another day scheduled to get the whole house done and they were 2 hours late. I checked on their work when they left and was deeply disappointed. Had them come back and finish and still not a "professional" clean. I will have to go back clean and get it clean like it should have been. Very disappointed

After an extensive research on who to hire to clean my home & commercial properties I decided to go with White glove cleaning. Kim & the team are professional, reliable n trustworthy. Their price is reasonable & the job get done in a timely manner. They even send out email & text reminders!!! I couldn’t be happier, highly recommend this company!!

White Glove did an amazing job cleaning our home. We liked our last cleaner, and she just retired, so we asked around and White Glove was recommended by a couple friends. What an amazing difference! By far the best cleaner for the money that we have hired. We were planning on having them do a one-time cleaning, but my wife loved it so much, we are having them come back for regular scheduled cleanings.

They do an amazing job! Between 3 humans (one being a toddler), 2 dogs, and a cat, my house gets out of control quickly even with my best attempts. White glove has been a life saver! I love coming home to a sparkling clean house. They even let the pups out when they come which I really appreciate. I can’t say enough great things about the ladies and the company!

After a pretty major home remodel this winter, White Glove helped me out with a deep clean of my entire house. Walking in, it felt like a new home. Nothing was missed. Nothing was partially done. Fantastic job and I would definitely recommend Kim and the White Glove crew for any cleaning services.

White Glove Cleaning was my first experience with home maintenance. Having had no previous commercial comparison value, I can offer what I know: I'm very difficult to please. These ladies did a thorough, spit spot, top notch job for us. If being "client friendly" is also a priority for you, you can not surpass this company. Kudos, and I'm looking forward to the next phase!

From the very moment that I called Kim, and all the other communication with her has been phenomenal. I didn’t even have to fill out a form. She did it for me and there were texts and emails that informed me of the whole process. Also the fact that I called her On a weekend and she was able to get my house, cleaned that same week easily.

Her team was so kind and made me feel so considered. They cleaned things that I probably never would have cleaned until they became an issue down the road. I cannot say how much I would recommend this cleaning service and business.

We love White Glove!!! The crew that take care of our home are simply the sweetest people you will ever meet. Jenny has been with us for some time and she consistently does a great job and is always smiling and so pleasant. Kim, the business owner, if very receptive. She checks in periodically to see if everything is going well and if there are any improvements to be made. She answers the phone when you call the business (!!!), so you can have a conversation with an actual person and don't have to leave messages and wait for call backs. We switched to White Glove after having another local company clean our house for several years. We wish we would have switched sooner. This team really is great!

I called White Glove Cleaning to clean my home I sold & moved out of. They were very pleasant to work with and were able to get a team out to clean the house that week. The girls were very efficient and did a thorough top to bottom cleaning of everything. Very pleased, would definitely recommend!

Love, love, love White Glove Cleaning Service. I live out-of-state and White Glove worked with me to provide my elderly Mom home cleaning services twice/month. According to Mom, it was one of her best presents ever and she always raved about how her home smelled so good afterwards. Just wish White Glove was in southern Idaho :-) !

Update to my most recent experience, below this update is listed what we initially started off with. HOWEVER since white glove has visited, the amount of thorough work that was done is amazing. The girls that came out were very polite and wonderful to deal with. They took their time doing things right. I now have them set for every other week. Thank you!!

Previous Review = I recently contacted White Glove via their website to setup a walk through. And I was told that would happen and a set day was scheduled. The day of the walk through came and went. I then contacted them again and I was told that they recently changed systems which is why my information was lost and I never saw anyone. Two of their reps then came out the next week for a walk through and I was then told I would be contacted to setup services. Once again this did not happen. This company has serious follow through problems.

White Glove Cleaning is OUTSTANDING! We have them come twice a month and they are worth every penny. Their cleaning staff is friendly and professional. We have looked into other cleaning companies and no one compared to the pricing and service that White Glove offers. We have a three story house and they clean every inch perfectly. We highly recommend White Glove Cleaning and will be using them for years to come!

I've managed and maintained rental-income properties since January 2012. That means I work with many vendors and contractors, including cleaning companies. My regular cleaning service was booked so I tried White Glove Cleaning Services for a minor “touch-up” job. They were the only service I called that had openings on short notice. That should have been a red flag.

The 2-person team showed up late for the appointment (I also texted the “manager” about the delay). It was also clear that the young girls had no training whatsoever. After the brief "cleaning" service, I went into the unit to videotape it in preparation for the next rental occupancy and noted that the like-new, high-end LG Stainless Steel appliances were damaged and horribly scratched. I sent a text message with photos immediately after viewing the damage.

Now here's where it gets bizarre: THE APPLIANCES *WERE NOT* ON THE CLEANING LIST.

Within hours on that same day, I was meeting the new tenants - who viewed the appliances before the cleaning (on their initial tour) and after the cleaning - to hand over the keys. The tenants were disappointed as the appliances were not in the same condition as they were during their initial tour. I assured them we would figure it out and work with them to follow up during a pre-scheduled maintenance appointment.

I notified White Glove Cleaning Services about the damage about a week later (as we thought we could easily do the research and find a remedy; however this was not the case) and they said they would “investigate” and get back to me. Now mind you, I have before-and-after photos and videos, as well as 2 tenants and a partner as witnesses (not including myself) and White Glove REFUSED to offer any remedy to this situation. No offer of assistance (even a suggestion!) on how to repair the damage. No offer of a refund.

After weeks of back and forth with the company over a $100 cleaning bill (yes, that’s correct: $100) and weeks of research on how to repair the scratches, my partner found a solution and scheduled a time to go to the unit during the tenant’s Maintenance Check-up appointment. I invited White Glove to attend this meeting to view the damage first-hand and they REFUSED because the appointment was on the weekend.

During the maintenance appointment, my partner was able to remove about 80% of the damage. I informed White Glove and since then, they tried twice to schedule a phone call; however, they want the call to take place when my partner is unavailable. They REFUSE to schedule a meeting during a time when we are both available. They also asked me what I was seeking in terms of a remedy. I told them $160 total for refund, time, and materials for repair (and included the receipt for the repair items). I was not asking for a replacement of the appliances. I just wanted to be reimbursed for the “cleaning” service and repair materials (which fortunately worked over other expensive methods).

Anyway it has been over a month and this issue is still not resolved. My partner and I feel compelled to share our story so you can avoid a similar unfortunate situation with White Glove Cleaning Services – a company that appears to be in dire financial straits. Like I said, I have been hiring cleaning services for almost 13 years and this is my very first negative review.

If you do hire this company, I strongly recommend videotaping the untrained cleaners as they work because even if you witness any wrongdoing – with your own eyes – it will not be sufficient evidence for the owners at White Glove Cleaning to agree to a remedy. And even then, they will question the veracity of the videotape. There is no loyalty to the customer at White Glove Cleaning Services. If you care about your property and quality customer service, DO NOT hire White Glove Cleaning Services.

p.s. I tried to upload a video here as well; however, it is too large. Once again, White Glove is invited to view (in person) the video of my appliances taken within 2 hours of their "cleaning" service. It will be very easy to see the date/time stamp.

The White Glove team that came to our house for an initial deep cleaning (Nancy, Morgan and Paulina) was amazing. Not only was my home cleaned beyond my expectations, the girls made it fun. They were professional, hardworking and I so appreciated that a plan was made that tailored my cleaning needs. I plan on continuing to use White Glove and look forward to seeing the team bi-weekly to help ensure my house stays sparkly clean!

It was difficult to coordinate with Jane to schedule the appointment, several emails contained incorrect data for dates. It was also difficult for me to explain what I wanted cleaned and what can be ignored, she kept asking me if I wanted other areas cleaned when I only asked for bathrooms and the stove to be cleaned. I think she was reading from a list of possible areas to clean instead of listening to my request. The people who showed up were respectful, efficient and left my house perfectly clean.

An absolutely perfect experience. Our house is big with two huge dogs and a cat. Lots of hair everywhere. But this team went ceiling to floor (all three floors) and scrubbed this place sparkling. They were kind. They were professional. I could not recommend them more. Worth every cent. (They are not expensive). Thank you White Glove. You are a keeper.

This is an outstanding cleaning service!! The two ladies I had today did an immaculate job and I’ve asked to have them clean always!
