Merry Maids have done an excellent job! They cleaned my house from top to bottom. They were very professional from just the initial estimate all the way to the end of the cleaning. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a professional job done and a clean home!

I have had these ladies clean both my houses and they are absolutely amazing! They are worth every cent! I would recommend them 10/10 times to family and friends! The most important part my wife just raves about them and we are very particular about cleanliness.

I had a great team of ladies come out to organize my pantry. I cannot even put into words how much this has improved my daily living. I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Mackenzie and Lexie were friendly and professional and Monik and Michelle were great during this process as well. This is an amazing service and well worth it.

Upon reading the reviews on Google, my husband and I decided to use Merry Maids as the method to clean our new home for move in. My husband walked through our place with a Michelle I believe and told her everything we wanted done.
Our appointment was the next day and we left the house in the hands of two friendly ladies, trusting that everything we asked for would be completed. When we returned home it was obvious that they had wiped down surfaces, windows, and the many many mirrors throughout our place due to the smudge and wipe marks left behind. You could tell that they hadn’t even been wiped all the way to the corners. Dust was left in corners, the shower and bathtubs weren’t cleaned properly, and the granite surfaces were wiped but not scrubbed. My fridge had sticky oil residue on it after it was said to have been wiped down...
Overall I was very disappointed to pay the amount I paid and then have a little cry upon realizing my home was still not ready and have to go immediately out to buy cleaning supplies and spend hours cleaning it myself. I won’t be using this company again and I will not be recommending it to friends.
I delayed posting a review because I asked someone to get back in contact with me about the issue, since no one ever did - here we are.

Ladies we’re extremely nice. I have to reschedule my appointment a few times due to the contractors working on the home not finishing on time. However even tho we rescheduled, they charged me for the cleaned already even tho no one had been to the home. Upon them being done, they did not do a single thing that we spoke about and I don’t believe they even cleaned, some of you would not believe what I came back to still fine. This company charged me far too much for the amount of space and for not doing the work. You could tell immediately upon walking through the home that they only took a cloth and wiped the kitchen counters and window seals and the dirt that was there wasn’t cleaned out it was shoved into each coroner of the window. I have had to hire cleaning company’s before but when I say this was a horrific job done and experience I mean that. I will not recommend you nor use you again.

I have been extremely satisfied with the service the ladies have provided on both occasions. They did a deep clean the first visit and it was so amazing that I requested them to come every two weeks! The relief this provides my busy family is worth every penny! I love the special touch when they leave a card after they are done! Highly recommend for a busy family!

The team was in time and friendly. I do think it would be beneficial for them to use a check list. I came back at the end, plus my neighbors checked in several times. I reminded them to clean the blinds and the door handles. They did. When I came back later I noticed a few areas I would have felt better doing myself. The kitchen appeared "surface" cleaned and the fridge and freezer had been missed. I took out the drawers and wiped it myself. It surprised me that the floor by the sliding glass doors had dirt between the floor and the door that could have easily been vacuumed out. I feel the price was much too high for the end results. I will not use Merry Maids again.

So nice to come home after work and have a clean house. They did amazing and I was a bit embarrassed that my house had gotten so bad. Sincerely appreciate that they are bonded, insured and do back round checks on all their employees. May pay a bit more for Merry Maids but my initial clean had 4 people cleaning. Looking forward to the bi-weekly cleaning, leaving more time for family and doing things I would rather be doing.

We had a deep clean done our home. After approximately 5 hours of cleaning the women left. We noticed that a lot of our furniture was only dusted on the front half, the ceiling fans weren’t done, one of our showers wasn’t done, and there was still dirt around the top of our kitchen cabinets. We called the Merry Maids location and told them. They had the women come back to clean what had been missed. They both had good attitudes and apologized for what had been missed. Overall an okay experience, but not sure it was worth the price.

I have worked with Merry Maids multiple times over the years and they do a great job! They use text reminders to communicate and even allow you to see when your assigned cleaning person will arrive to the minute.

The services promised have not been performed completely. At our first interview we were promised that the inside of the windows would be cleaned. That still hasn’t happened. The attention to detail has not been good. The lady cleaning seems to feel she has to hurry in and hurry out as she attempts to bring all of her equipment through the doors at once, banging doors and door jambs.

Review Amendment. We have discussed the issues with company management and service has improved greatly.

TERRIBLE customer service! I contacted them to do a couple of things in my apartment. First and second month were ok, last month was awful. Instead of working with me to resolve, they refused and I was forced to fire them.

DO NOT USE Merry Maids if you expect good service!

They mopped VERY DIRTY FLOORS from years of cats and dogs being kept indoors by previous owners. Some floors they mopped 4 times on hand and knees. Lovely sweet young ladies and we look forward to having them back regularly!! Finally our house smells clean and we can walk barefoot!

Friendly, personable, and thorough young ladies. They weren't put off that I was home. They asked me to check their work, and they did a great job. I've never had anyone clean my home for me before, but career demands were leaving me stressed with a not clean house. Worth every penny, and I highly recommend. Thank you Merry Maids!

Laura is a welcomed sight each month. I know I am going to have my house cleaned thoroughly and efficiently every time. And the best part is, since she is my regular cleaning professional, she knows exactly what I want and how I want it without any instruction. Laura is the best! Thank you Merry Maids!

Merry Maids has done an amazing job for us. We’re very picky (maybe even a little high maintenance) and they have exceed our expectations. We have been so relieved every time we come home after they clean. Last time, I requested a very last minute clean due to family coming into town unexpectedly. Brett and his team made sure someone got to us the very next day. We have found our “go-to cleaners”

If you are looking for a cleaning service who is reliable, does the job needed (such as taking out the trash and putting new liners, etc.), and just simply follows directions communicated thoroughly many times, please look for another company. Total waste of money and consistent frustrations could have been avoided.

From my experience, your first cleaning will go well to gain you as a customer and the quality of cleaning will start to get poor as time goes on. I was highly impressed with my first cleaning. My second cleaning was not awful but had flaws (I just thought it might've been a bad day). I was unsatisfied with my third cleaning, so I finally contacted Merry Maids and I expressed my frustration to them. I came home from work after that cleaning no one had been home the entire day my microwave still had food splats on the upper part of the microwave and my floors hadn't been swept or mopped crumbs were still visible. After this, I was told by Merry Maids that they would send a new cleaner for my next cleaning and not charge me for the last one. I was hopeful that this would go well. For my fourth cleaning, I got the notification that my cleaner was on the way at 9:53 am and at 10:44 am I go the notification to rate my cleaning (which means the job is complete). I was highly unsatisfied with this cleaning when I came home after work this time it almost looked like nothing had been done. I called Merry Maids this morning and told them about the poor cleaning services and that I would like to cancel their services or have someone come back out and get the job done correctly. The associate that I talked to didn't seem to care and just told me she was sorry and would cancel my services. I'm not sure if my job just wasn't worth their time because I don't have a huge house, but it sure felt like she brushed me off as if customer service meant nothing. The services I requested from Merry Maids were cleaning my kitchen and (2) bathrooms. I thought this was a pretty simple task, so I was bummed that it didn't work out.

I recommend Merry Maids if you are looking for a great team who really care about the job they do. I want to thank Sarah and her associate especially. I have had them help me on and off, and they have been stellar each time! They were here to clean the day of my husband's surgery. When I returned home a day and a half later with him, it was extremely nice to come home to a clean house with their little touches that meant so much! They even made a bed I didn't ask them to make, which was such a nice surprise! I could just relax and take care of my husband without the stress of housecleaning! Thank you so much Merry Maids!!

My house looks great! Loved the team of Sarah and Jasmine. They were very efficient. They even cleaned off my front glass door from all the dog nose prints. I hope to see them again!

Merry Maids always does a terrific job for us. They are able to take care of the household chores that I can’t do with my back condition. I really appreciate them and their staff.
