The company is great to with when I need to reschedule or move dates and make adjustments to what is cleaned, and makes sure I use Laura each time. I highly recommend them!

The two ladies did an outstanding job and I could not be more pleased. Excellent work on an not so clean stove and refrigerator, will hire again when the need arises.

This was the first deep we have had since early Spring and we are glad for it. When Holly visited to give an estimate she thought it would normally take about 1.5 hours once a recurring service was started. This initial cleaning actually took about three hours and they did great job.".

We called Merry Maids to come in and do a deep clean for our house. The owner came in and walked through with me and we let her know what we wanted done. When I got home today after they were finished, I found things that SOME things were kind of wiped down, wood floors that were still dirty or hadn’t been cleaned at all, things that they said they would do for the deep clean and did a horrible job or not at all; like cleaning the windows…there were streaks all over them, and then not doing the things that we specifically talked about that we wanted done for the deep clean at all like wiping above our coat closet, that gets dusty (she said no problem and they had ladders) my sofas (needed vacuumed and cleaned down in cushions, wiping down walls $340 (which was inexpensive compared to others) now I know why. I was so excited to come home and have my house cleaned. I literally cried. This would only let me add photos. The videos are more comprehensive.

I have used Merry Maids for almost three years for occasional cleanings. They have consistently been thorough, professional, and effective. The office communicates well providing flexible scheduling with arrival estimates. They also provide the same cleaner whenever possible, which I appreciate. My regular cleaner Laura is great and consistently does an incredible job.

Highly recommended for anyone in need of a residential cleaner in the Spokane area.

We've used Merry Maids for almost two years. They're a great team and have been easy to get a hold of when needed. They're very flexible with our dates. The fees are comparable in the area as far as I can tell, and they're well worth it!

My husband had used this company a few years ago and liked them, so we hired them again despite the higher price. We paid $180 for two people for 50 minutes. They didn’t even clean the tub or shower in either bathroom, which desperately needed it. When they vacuumed the living room rug, they didn’t go all the way around the coffee table. Dusty floors that could have easily been cleaned and dirty sink drains. The pictures are from after they left. Definitely a lack of attention to detail. That really surprised me because I just assumed the higher price meant more professional service.
The ladies were nice both times they came. I wrote off a broken lamp the first time because accidents happen. I can’t overlook poor cleaning though.

Alison and her team are a wonderful cleaning company! After going through several house cleaners we greatly appreciate the reliability and professionalism of Life Maid Better and the thoroughness of their cleaning. Conscientious cleaners. Our experience with LMB has been top notch. Upon our initial introductory walk through with Alison it was evident that she is committed to providing her clients with a high quality service. And subsequently, Savannah our cleaning technician has delivered on just that. Working quickly and efficiently, she gets right to it and leaves our home spick-and-span.

The girls arrived on time and did an AMAZING job. I asked for a deep clean and that’s what I received. Everything was sparkling, dusted (including ceiling fans) and the baseboards were all clean. Highly recommend.
