I have sprinkler blow outs with other companies, but Earth Stone has gone above and beyond . After a problem we had with the sprinklers, we had prompt service, kind workers and an amazing attitude . Over all this company has reflected a hard working team and I can't recommend them highly enough. I won't be using another company again. They are the best Spokane has to offer

I can't tell you if they're any good. They were recommended by a neighbor, so I called, scheduled a time for an estimate, and they no-showed, no-called. It's really too bad, because I have good money to spend for my landscaping needs, but since they're only available Monday through Friday, and we have to take time off of work to get an estimate and the job done, I guess we won't be calling them again.

Was driving out of the 76 on government in cda. Landscaper decided to start edging while next to a vehicle with an open door. Got pelted with a rock in my side as a result. Can not say anything good about a company whose employees are not concerned with safety.

For several years I struggled with how I was going to fix my front entry after the previous deck rotted away and left behind a monstrosity of concrete and stone.

I contacted Collin initially for design services. He was collaborative, listened to our ideas, and incorporated feedback during the design process. Ultimately his design reflected the mid century aesthetic that we are driving towards. Throughout the process he was communicative, responsive to feedback, and was flexible when schedules got challenging.

I look forward to working with Collin and his team in the future on additional projects in the future.

Colin did a fantastic job, was quick and cleaned up after completion. . I loved his follow up phone calls to see if I was satisfied and to make sure the sprinklers were working as promised. Highly recommend.

Collin is knowledgeable, creative, quick, and listened to what I had in mind for my front yard landscaping. He suggested a variety of native plants and ones that would be colorful in the wintertime too. Glad to have found a terrific partner for this design step of the process.

Collin and his team have been great landscape design partners on many projects and have worked on projects in Spokane, post falls, and Coeur d’Alene over the years. His ability to listen to our clients and deliver beautiful landscapes really sets him apart from other landscapers.

WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. GOOD TECH PEOPLE BUT BAD OFFICE AND SCHEDULING ISSUES FOR THE SECOND CONSECUTIVE YEAR. I HAVE TO ADMIT THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK---SEVERAL YEARS AGO THEIR BAD BLOWOUT CAUSED SOME DAMAGE WHICH THEY REPAIRED AFTER SOME WRANGLING WITH THE OWNER

Website says they do sprinkler installation, but they are not doing them. I emailed, no response. When I called to ask, they were short and said they are not doing them this year. They should at least update their website.

This has been a ridiculous experience, I’ve been reaching out to the company for 3 weeks now wanting to discuss my warranty with my lawn (that came in obscenely patchy) very patient all I wanted was a phone call to discuss what I needed to do and if any warranty covered it and if not I was going to hire them to fix it as well as potentially my back yard

After 3 weeks And multiple voicemails to the rep as well as the owner I have yet to hear from anyone

I completely understand why the construction company Viking Dropped them as their landscaper

They get 3 stars because the ONLY good thing about this company is the only technician, Don. Everyone in the office is lazy, rude, unresponsive, and unorganized.

I sent you guy's a message via facebook messenger in regards to the man who came bye and turned on my moms sprinkles and never received a response. My mom, the customer, and i talked about the treatment by the employee after he left and we were both surprised by what he said to us.You guys never responded until now. Since now the rating is public.

Put in the lawn in my sister in laws new home in Post Falls. It's in a development by Viking Homes.
They sprayed Hydro Seed on the existing lot without cleaning it up or putting top soil down.
It's covered with rocks and a piece of concrete the size of a basketball. They won't do anything about it. Do not use these people. They do a terrible job and won't warranty their work.
