Very unprofessional you don't get paid drive time even though your in a company truck driving to an from locations. Foreman did not accurately record my work times so when you gotta go back to the shop you gotta make sure you go check an see if they haven't clocked you out so while your taking their class an setting up a truck your not off the clock doing it for free.

Talked with Angela about finding a junction box and she was not forth coming in help or information. I had to drag it out of her.

Dew drop staff turned my backyard from rocks and weeds to beautiful green lawn in 1 day for a very fair price. They were professional and timely. Will definately use them again. Thanks! Daniel Butcher

He was super nice and informative + gave an easy run down of our new system + helped us find hidden sprinklers we thought were flooded so ended up saving us money!

DewDrop put in my back yard (sod and sprinkler system). The back corner 25% of my lawn started flooding the very first month. When I called them, they sent someone out who said I was watering too much. They turned my watering times down and the lawn died. Except for the back section that was still so flooded that you'd get muddy just walking over there. The next year I powered the system up but did not start watering my lawn. The back section flooded! With DewDrop you can have a swamp with green grass all year long, or half your lawn dead and the other just very soggy. Neither are great. I'm ready to rip it out! They also put in a paver patio, and they did a really Great job with that. They were also very accommodating when I added that at the very last minute. For that they get 1 star. P.S. I don't know what sod they use, but I got some sod from a place on Dishman Mica to use in a couple areas. That sod is WAY better than whatever DewDrop gave me.

Don't know how google gets three and a half! If they were actually willing to take responsibility for their work and fix this botched job, I would say: "after several years of being frustrated with my sprinklers, DewDrop fixed my sprinklers and my law no longer floods!" Because you're reading this you should take stock that they don't stand behind their work.

After moving into our new Viking home and having several lawn issues---Dew Drop has not only corrected all issues, but has shown outstanding customer service. This company rectified our unsatisfactory lawn and explained why these issues plagued us . I am happy to say that I will be recommending this company and look forward to doing future business with them.

Technician that came out to blow out my Sprinklers was rude I told him to get off my property and cancel my service -- company still billed me. Had to call office and explain several times that no service was conducted. Will not call again or recommend to anyone.

We had winterization services performed as a package that included spring startup the following spring, according to the technician and included a discount, whether it was veteran or package sign-up. NICOLE, whom works in the office, did not provide a courteous or professional interaction over the phone, said that we did not pay for that service, tried to sign us up for a new service and after NOT allowing me to work with somebody else, or the technician whom apparently quit, rudely told me to find someone else and hung up on me. I will not use this company ever again and I hope that you don't either.

Contacted them about coming out and explaining to me what to do with my sprinklers system. Spent about a 1 hr out there. Fixed some leaking pipes. Gave me the suggestions on what sprinklers to install and why. He was great with my son. If i have any problems again. Im going to call them again for sure. Once again. Thank you.

Dew Drop did the irrigation and hydro seeding for our house as part of a new house build. They totally skipped one section of the yard and the part that did spray didn't come in. We were told they would respray in the spring but when I contacted them they were not pleasant and didn't want to respray. They told me it was my fault because my neighbors yard looked great and mine didn't My neighbors yard looked so bad he decided he would just sod it and not deal with Dew Drop but that's what they compared my yard to. They finally said they would be out in a couple weeks but never showed up. I got fed up and reseeded the yard myself.

Amazing detail is put into their service. They know what they are doing! Most sprinkler guys walk my lawn, turn on my sprinklers, charge me a fortune and do nothing and say, everything's fine. These guys go through everything and give a detailed report, make minor adjustments along the way.

I called about having sprinkler systems installed on two properties. I called back twice afterwards to see if I was on the estimator's schedule as I had not heard back. It's been three weeks and no call. I called today to have my name removed from the estimator's list of possible installs so that maybe others would get their estimates in a more timely manner. That's just poor business.

SUPER impressed with the work Dew Drop did out at my place. I'm getting ready for a wedding in a few months and we had nothing but dirt piles around our house. Dew drop turned it from dirt piles so an insanely functional and BEAUTIFUL yard. Their custom designer worked really well with us to interpret our needs out of our yard and not turn it into either a park with too much lawn for us to maintain nor a boring flat patch of grass. We have a beautiful fire pit, lots of rock beds, a nice lawn area and some beautiful and well thought out tree placements that add color and 'texture' to the look of our house.

I would highly recommend dew drop and have been very happy with the end product. I can't wait for our wedding, our guests will be blown away!!

We moved into a new Viking home in Greenacres the beginning of summer. I started calling landscapers to get quotes on our backyard. Dewdrop was definitely the cheapest and we decided to go with them. So glad we did!

From the minute excepted their quote they got to work! The next morning they started work at 6:30! They have the sprinkler system in by 10 o'clock. It was a large crew and they definitely knew what they were doing. They were extremely professional and helpful. They answered any and all questions I had. After installing the sprinklers they laid down high-quality weed barrier where the rocks would go. Today they had quality-curb come out and do our edging. Tomorrow they are bringing in the rest of the rocks and Wednesday they are hydroseeding. They are very efficient and I have been extremely happy with their work. I would definitely recommend them again!

I have used them for a year now For irrigation maintenance. So that means a Spring start up and Fall shutdown. They are always friendly and always on time and always thorough. The team member that comes out to do my house always makes time to check on our system and see if we need anything. He Is also a good resource when we have questions about our lawn care. I like that you can pay up front for the entire year which saves a bit of money. I feel like pricewise they may be a bit high, But besides that I am very happy with them.

A Dew Drop technician took the time to diagnose, provide a quote for, and install a sprinkler timer and new sprinkler valves for me. He was personable, detailed in his service break-down, and even provided me with several sprinkler line pressure tips for the hotter months. The valves were installed, and all my zones work great now. I look forward to a worry-free season this year!

I have had dew drop as my sprinkler service for the last seven years. Don has been outstanding! He's a Vast wealth of knowledge for lawn, sprinkler systems and tree care. The office staff have always been helpful, kind and considerate, and understanding to my needs. Thank you Dew drop.

Terrible service. Person responsible for blowing out our sprinklers let our side gate open and upon arriving home, proceeded to let our dog go outside and he ran off since the side gate was left open. Thank goodness nothing happened and he was found. And even more greatful I didn’t let my toddler out in our yard since side gate is always closed.

Also upon turning our system back on for the spring, there were pipes that were frozen and there was damage to our system that cost us money out of pocket to fix when the job should have been correctly in the first place.

Don’t use them if you want your pets safe or your system taken care of properly.
