I have used Ty and Clearwater Summit 3 times over the last 14 years. Initially in 2000 Ty did a comprehensive design of our property that included walls, paver walkway and steps, lighting system, water feature, trees, plants, sprinkling and drip system. We were excited about the design and hired them to do the work. The team of experience professional completed the work timely and to our satisfaction.
In 2012 we invited them back to do some maintenance on our paver walkway and to expand the pond in the water feature. We were again impressed with their timeliness and professionalism of their team.
This year I ask TY to enhance the look of our backyard to include expanding our rock wall, remove trees and bushes that were overgrown near our water feature. TY design included the expansion of our rock wall and the new trees and plantings that have turned our backyard into a garden. I recommend Clearwater Summit to your landscaping design and work.

Ty and all the Clearwater crew did an incredible job with a project at our home, they created a perfect addition to the backyard adding plants and landscaping and converting a dead space area into a top notch volleyball court. The project was delivered on time and Clearwater listened to our needs and had a bunch of great ideas to make it perfect. They followed up and followed through we highly recommend Clearwater Summit Group.

I simply can't say enough positive things about Clearwater Summit! We had them transform our backyard last summer and they did wonders. New sport court, fire pit with large seating area, elegant pavers, beautiful rock seating wall, new gorgeous Trex deck, outdoor kitchen w/ gas BBQ and sink, plus all the landscaping and lighting. Clearwater Summit sets themselves apart by the care and attention they provide from concept, design, implementation and beyond. They even returned this spring to check on everything after the snow melted - replacing a tree that didn't survive. They found one-of-a-kind rock slab steps and pulled in top-notch subcontractors when needed.

Hands down, they're the best landscaping company we've ever worked with and recommend them wholeheartedly. Fantastic experience!

We contracted w/Clearwater for lawn services at our home. We also asked if their design team would contact us as we planned to redesign our back yard next spring. We also requested gravel for the side of our home. First, Bobby and his mowing team were fantastic; second, and most important, Sergio did not communicate w/us, and did not reply to our emails requesting mowing dates so we could accommodate Bobby w/access to our locked gated back yard. Never heard from the design team, never got the gravel, and had no idea when they would mow in October, asking repeatedly for a schedule. We cancelled our contract today due to Sergio's discourteous behavior, lack of communication, and lack of services. If you are a smaller client, do not use this company.

Clearwater was extremely easy to work with. We had them hydroseed our 6000 Sqft yard and they did an awesome job. Curt was responsive through text or email right away and even showed up when they were spraying to check on the work and to make sure we were satisfied. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Curt was great at communicating with us throughout the design process of our front and backyards. He patiently made changes to fit our budget and changing needs. Luke did great in overseeing the execution of the project and communicating any changes or updates. Justin, Ryan and others on the construction team were diligent and hard working and meticulous in measurements to match the plan and they made sure the retaining wall blocks were correctly placed, using a level. They did a great job with the pavers and irrigation, grass, rock mulch, trees... They are the best workers I have seen. They are careful about details, putting weed fabric on the ground before putting the rock mulch on top. When they got a bad shipment of rock mulch that came with extra dirt, they took the time to sort through the rocks and separate them from the dirt. I was touched to see so many men on their knees working to get this done. They could have been lazy and careless and just dumped the dirt-filled rocks, but they proved to have care and integrity in their work. They all had great attitudes and it was a pleasure working with them and watching the team tranform our weed-infested yard to a beautiful, usable place for our family. I highly recommend them!

Our experience with Clearwater Summit Group from start to finish was positive on all counts. Everyone was friendly, professional, highly responsive, and dedicated to pleasing us as customers. Special recognition must go to the foreman, Brendan. He is exceedingly professional, smart, considerate, friendly, and mature beyond his age. The results (two beautiful retaining walls) exceeded our expectations and we are thrilled. Thank you again to everyone involved.

I have used Valley Landscaping for several projects and could not be happier with the outstanding work that they do. A special thanks to Matt and Jason for their work. I look forward to my next landscaping project.

Wonderful experience, Jason and his team communicated better than any company we have dealt with. They are honest, got the job done exactly how we asked and very reasonable. I will hire them again!

I'm really hate leaving bad reviews, but my experience was really poor with Valley Landscape. I scheduled one appointment on a Thursday to have my sprinklers turned on and then a week later they were going to come aerate the yard. I carved out two hours to make sure I was home, but no one showed up. I called, but the office was closed already. The next morning I got a call from Wendy who apologized the guys got stuck on another job and said they'd be out that afternoon (Friday). Again I waited during the window and no one showed up. Saturday I got a call from David who asked if he could take care of the sprinklers right then, but I wasn't home. No biggie - told him to go ahead anyway. Explained how to get to the turn-on and specifically outlined which sprinkler heads I needed fixed/adjusted, including listing a couple that I knew were broken and I did not want fixed right now because I don't use them (in a patch of weeds). Then I asked him to call me when he was done and let me know what he discovered. When I got home Saturday and went to run sprinklers, they still were not on. Sunday goes by.

Monday morning I was woken up to loud music going back and forth outside my bedroom window (as were my small children). The guys went about adjusting the sprinklers and the work they did was well done (earned more than one star for that), but they fixed the two sprinklers I asked them not to and didn't fix one I had specifically mentioned!

Roll around to the next Thursday when my aeration was scheduled. I leave work for the third time to be available during the window they said they'd be there and guess what...no one showed. I didn't even bother calling. No one ever did come...or call.

Got a bill for the sprinkler heads I didn't want fixed, though. Then if you add up the three times I left work when no one showed up after they said they would, I'm out a pretty penny.

I'll always reserve the right to assume the business is great and believe that I am an anomaly, but that many no-shows. If there is no bad intention, they definitely need to get organized and show up when they say they will.

I watched an employee be selfless and generous. I do not know your name sir, but I watched you look out for a gentleman in a blue shirt by Jack in n the box. Nobody knows who anyone is anymore, and the fact that your selflessness was witnessed, means you are doing the right things. Great employees!

Very professional team. Longstanding relationships within Eastern Washington and Norther Idaho. Prompt response time to request, and very quick to answer questions and do estimates!

This is an amazing place. The guys that come out are very respectful and super nice. My two kids came out while they were mowing and ran up to the kid and gave him waters he took the time to turn off the mowing and talked to the kids and was just super sweet! I will recommend this company to everyone I know. I wish I new the two kids names so I could name them. What ever there names are thank you so much for what you did.

Premier Landscaping has been a great choice for our property's landscaping needs including weekly lawn care, fertilizing, quick quotes for additional work and fast response to completing the work.
