10 year old water heater went out, I was extremely upset after calling fifteen companies to find someone who would fix it instead of saying sorry it's a liability and we cant work on them, which I knew was a sales gimmic.
Someone referred him and boy he was a life saver, NOT IN IT FOR THE MONEY, he's in it for the homeowners!
He answered after hours, had compassion for a histerical, emotional homeowner. Was honest, straightforward and did quality work!
