I Recently found water In the basement of a home I just purchased, near the water heater. I was unable to detect where the water was coming from and was in fear of our water tank failing, and flooding the basement. I called Spokane water heater, my experience was A+. I received an immediate response from Manny. He was friendly and cared about our situation. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it at a fair price without trying to sell us extras we didn’t need. Spokane water heater genuinely cares about their customers and it showed from the moment I picked up the phone. Thank you for giving us peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Spokane Water Heater was our saving grace this past week! Temperatures dropped and we lost hot water 🥶 Luckily Manny was able to come and swap out our old water heater for a bright shiny new one. It was so easy to set up an appointment. The plumber was here within allotted 2 hours and checking in to let me know he was on his way. He was efficient and done in record time I thought. I was quite impressed with the professionalism and down to earth nature of Manny. I paid when the job was done and had no issues. I would use them again.

If you’re like me and sick of local businesses and contractors here in the Spokane area price gouging then I would give these guys a call. I don’t mind paying money for solid work but I have heard crazy stories of quotes over $7k to replace a standard water heater by some companies.
These guys communicate well, were able to come out quick, used high quality parts and equipment, did good work, and left the area cleaner than it was.
My understanding is besides water heaters they also do other plumbing work and remodeling.

Overall I will keep them in mind for anything I have in the future and I recommend them to others. Definitely at least get a quote from them before going with another company.

Unbelievably great service, at an incredible price! Getting a new water heater was a totally painless process, not to mention fast. I cannot recommend them highly enough! If you need a water heater, or any plumbing done, they should be the first call you make. I am happy that I have a reliable company I can trust for any plumbing projects I have.

As a plumbing company, we work with Consolidated Supply on a daily basis. Duane and Wade are particularly helpful and has help to set up an inventory reorder system with scan/reorder abilities. Consolidated is a wholesale company, so a homeowner should not expect service from them (good or bad). We appreciate all they do for us to help make things easier when it comes to obtaining parts for our business.

Very polite, they know by name and even in the covid-19 pandemic the still take all the precautions to keep me safe as well as themselves and do so with a smile. Excellent service
