I called Callie about noon today and within the hour they were here replacing my hot water heater. They were efficient and used a top of the line hot water heater. I would never use any other Plumbing Company.

This place is dream come true if you need faucets or anything to do with them. New, old, discontinued, it doesn't matter. You'll know you're in faucet heaven when you walk in the door.
This is not a fancy shop. It's a get it done shop. Which do you prefer? Right!
They're also plumbers so they know their business and can steer you in the right direction, even if they can't help you.

Montgomery Hardware referred me here to find a replacement part for my bathtub faucet. I brought in the faulty part, the young woman at the counter briefly looked at it and immediately knew where to find the replacement. Furthermore, she showed me how to replace it. If you have a plumbing need or question, this is the place!

My wife and I strongly recommend FAUCETS & STUFF PLUMBING, a family owned and operated business near Pines and Sprague. Our neighbor Dee recommended them, so I called and got an appointment for the next day.

Rob showed up early with a well-equipped van and got right to work replacing a leaking copper elbow and adding a valve for running water to the humidifier on our furnace. I asked him to reduce our water pressure, and he discovered our water pressure valve was broken. Less than 1/2 hour later he was back with a new one, and installed it in just minutes. All in all, under an hour's work for everything.

Excellent and professional service, at a very fair price. Rob (one of the sons of the couple who started the business) exuded confidence, skill and pride in his work. We highly recommend them.

I had been without hot water and shower for months. I called many places in town and they would come out and estimate the repairs nearing $1000. Some wouldn't even touch it. I called these guys and was happy that they could come out within a few days. The guy shows up, I tell him my problems and three hours later he was done. They were reasonably priced, didn't push unnecessary repairs on me, let me watch and ask a million questions, and in the end everything worked!!! That's all I wanted. I'm happy knowing there's people like him that know basic problems don't require an upsale. I'd recommend them to anyone, any day.

We called Faucets and Stuff regarding a bad sewage pump and Rob discovered it was clogged and the pump was totally fine after it was unclogged. They got me in quickly, they were friendly, and their pricing was great. Definitely would recommend!

Our water heater died and needed replacing. Unfortunately for us, not knowing but it was the most complicated and expensive setup that we had. We had received a bid by another company and could not understand WHY a water heater would be so expensive. We called Faucets N Stuff and within ten minutes, they had explained why in terms that we could understand and also gave us a significantly lower price. Day to install came and everything went VERY smoothly and they are SUCH nice guys! Thank you very VERY much!!!

I have been using this company for 20+ years now and they have never disappointed. From a major downstairs renovation in 2005, to replacing water heaters, captive air tanks and fixing toilets, they have always solved every problem and fixed things the first time. I bought some parts today for my water heater and they gave me good advice and even looked over my e-mailed pictures to relieve my mind on my install. Definitely the best company in this area and I’ll always take my business to them!

I was at a loss to find old and very unavailable pieces to have my bathtub faucet fixed. Not only did they have it in stock the woman behind the counter was amazing at identifying and locating the parts that would work. If only all customer service was this great. Wanted to leave a positive review for Faucets and Stuff. Six months ago they installed a pressure reducing valve, pressure gauge, and replaced a bad water heater expansion tank in my house. Rick and Rob arrived on time, efficiently completed the work, and there have been no issues with those items. Additionally, their price was quite reasonable.

We have used Faucets and stuff since they installed a new hot water heater for us about five years ago. We have always been very pleased by their friendly and quick service. They are reasonably priced and Rick and Rob really know their stuff. This is a great company to do business with!! I paid for a quote from Mainstream plumbing for two shower cartridges replaced. They tried to charge me $944, but I was smart enough to call this company. They sold me the cartridges for 35$ each and walked me through the process. I saved over $800 dollars using them. They would have charged me $180 nan hour plus parts if they did the work. Still a substantial saving over Mainstream. Cali was very helpful and knows her parts. Well done!

I had a leaky washing machine valve. I was referred to try Faucets N’ Stuff. Amazing service! The nice lady at the counter was so helpful with which replacement part I needed and how to replace it. I highly recommend this place!! I’d give more than five stars!!!

Quick helpful service! I had my water heater finally go out and had no hot water. They quoted a price for me over the phone and came out same day and replaced it for me in about an hour! It also has a 6 year warranty which is very comforting. They gave us a military discount as well. Thanks Faucets n Stuff

Amazing service! Came out next day to give an estimate, very reasonable! 2 days later came out and replaced our damaged mop sink and 2 leaky faucets in an hour! Absolutely dynamite! We are very grateful!

Faucets N Stuff is amazing! Mandy helped me find a stem for the faucet in my 1965 Airstream trailer. She was very detail oriented and found me the best piece for the best price. The parts came in a few days and we were back in business. Thank goodness we still have small specialty shops with people who care! Thank you so much for your excellent service! We are extremely happy with our experience working with Plumb Zebra. We had an estimate done on Tuesday and the work completed by Thursday! This company is responsive, efficient and priced fairly. We had water pressure and temperature issues in our 1990s home, plus needed a toilet replacement. The work done resolved the issues.
