I highly recommend Plumb Zebra. They fixed and restored my plumbing after a sewer backup. They came out multiple times at different stages of rebuild and every time they were super professional and got the job done quickly and efficiency. In particular, Jett and Nate. They were super kind and knowledgeable. Nate asked if had any other plumbing concerns in the house and patiently walked thru and answered all my questions (even in the uneffected areas!). And Jett brought to my attention issues w my water heater and helped me with a plan going forward. All the work they did was exceptional. I will definitely be using this company again in the future. Thanks guys!

Had Plumb Zebra install a new 50 gallon water heater in 2024. Prompt and efficient service. However, the mixing valve went out a few weeks back and Cole and his team came and replaced it at no charge immediately regardless of warranty eligibility. Honest company who backs up their workmanship and products

Cole and Brandon gave me solutions to my plumbing issues as well as giving me options for the expense and future maintenance. Roto-Rooter was the only company to respond quickly to my request for a quote. Ryan came out the next day and I had a quote later that afternoon. I appreciate how easy it was to schedule the fix and Ryan (with another coworker named Ryan) came to work in the prescribed time window. They fixed the big plumbing issue quickly and were so great! Very thrilled with the work done!

Nolan was amazing and super professional I’m so glad he came out as fast as he did,
I have nothing but good things to say about him. We had a back up issue and Nolan came out super fast and super friendly and talked us through what was happening and he was able to help us sort out our issue within a few hours. He brought in a clean up team and all of a sudden everything is done, clean, and back to normal. Nolan is one of the most nicest and most knowledgeable guys who knows what he’s doing and knows how to keep people at ease while doing his job, he wants to keep people involved and informed about what’s going on in their pipes so they aren’t confused for next time.

We had a clogged pipe and called the roto-rooters and they sent somebody up it only took 1 hour from the call time. Mark was quick to fix the clog and he was very professional. I would recommend them to anybody looking for septic services.

Mark was great and very professional! Showed up within the hour as stated on the phone. Unclogged both our drains within minutes and even cleaned out the grates for us. Definitely recommend!

I had catastrophic flooding in my basement a week prior to hiring Roto-Rooter. How I wish I had hired them first rather than ServPro. I was so impressed with the two men that arrived and explained so much (both named Ryan). They were obviously more thorough and detailed in their handling of details related to the sudden and unexplained source of the water intrusion. They will be my first call for anything flood and/or sewer related. If I could give more stars I would.

I'm very impressed with Roto-Rooter. Luckily I was able to get a same day appointment, even for a non-emergency situation. Mark arrived promptly, he was professional yet friendly, and offered many suggestions to avoid future potential problems. I will definitely call Roto-Rooter again if / when the need arises.

They can by and cleared out our pipes, very friendly, very honest and reasonable. Let us know about how much time we may have bought ourselves before the big replacement expense.

Super knowledgeable, friendly, clean, and quick!! Both Ryan’s were excellent, as well as (Kay?) the front desk. Truly great teamwork.
