I would highly recommend Platinum Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. They work efficiently and are very professional. They repaired multiple leaks at my home, including cutting in a couple walls to fix the problem. I was very satisfied with all the work done and will call them for any future plumbing needs.

I am moving my father in-law into the house with me and he needs a taller toilet. So, I decided to switch the toilet from his bathroom with another taller toilet from a different bathroom. I ran into some problems and was not able to get either of them fully installed. I called Platinum Plumbing and Anthony showed up, that same day, and he was able to get both toilets up and running ! Anthony was very friendly and very knowledgeable. When he was all done he would not let me pay him. He got me out of a sticky situation and I cannot thank him enough. Anthony was a blessing and I would highly recommend Platinum Plumbing!

Anthony was amazing and very professional. He and his helper replaced my old pressure tank and pump mother with a new system.

We called Platinum after hours because our 120 sewage pipes finally broke and they were able to get Anthony out within the hour. Anthony was knowledgeable, professional, and hard working. Him & his team explained what the issue was and had everything fixed by the end of the following day. I highly recommend him.

Chandler and Anthony did fantastic work. Chandler came at the exact time he said he would on a Saturday before Memorial Day. He fixed the problem quickly with event results. Anthony came to fix a different problem that Chandler identified while he was in my home. Anthony showed up at the time committed and again quickly fixed the problem.

I had a great!! Experience with Platinum Rooter & Plumbing. I experienced my first winter here and my pipes froze over night. I realized I needed a plumber around 6:30AM and by 8 I had Chandler and his team at my home. They were the only plumbing company of the 15 I called prior that could make it out expeditiously. The professionals and swift diagnostic was much appreciated as I also had to run for work. Will definitely be using them as my only plumbers and will highly recommend their services.

We called Platinum late Friday evening after calling many places before them, desperate to get someone out. We had a clog that needed to be dealt with immediately since water was backing up in our basement. Not only were they super friendly on the phone, they had someone out to us within an hour. After being told “no” at so many other places it was such a relief to hear “yes”! Luis Villasenor came out and was so friendly and professional, he gave us some options, and then quickly got to work. I can’t say enough good things about my experience, Luis is a star!

Appreciated the professionalism. Also, we now know what our future options are. Everything was cleaned up after the fact. Will definitely plan on using them again.
