I called platinum mechanical and stated our sink pipe broke and needed fixed asap. Their response time is the best in the market for sure. Was able to snap a couple of pictures to show what was needing fixed and a tech was able to come get it done same day! Anthony and Bart are doing an amazing job with their customer service skills. And the lead Plummer Ryan was friendly and did a wonderful job! Highly recommend them! Kalista does a wonderful job being the companies manager, I wish I could add more stars than just the 5.

The employees at Platinum Mechanical installed a new hot water tank in my home. They listened patiently to all my concerns, did everything I asked and answered all my questions. They were very professional, did not pressure me and left my home clean. My experience with this company was excellent! I would recommend them to family and friends.

Luis was one of the nicest people that we have had work on the house. He was very polite and great at communicating to us about his process of diagnosing and fixing the issue. We will definitely be trusting him with any plumbing problems in the future!

Setting up a an urgent appointment was no problem. Got me scheduled for the same day. The technician, Chris, was great and very professional.

Chris was quick and expert in his handling of our clog. He’s helped us twice now. We hope there will not be a 3rd, but if there is, we know we have outstanding support.

Anthony was amazing ! Came to help fast and was very specific in what the process would be. And up front with cost. As he dove into the project and things came up he talked with us about them and discussed options . Would highly recommend.

First off, the guys doing the actual work seemed down to earth stand up guys. Definitely not the same for management. Platinum mechanical mistakingly dug looking for pipes that were located on the other side of the yard. THEY DUG IN THE WRONG PLACE! So big gaping whole and sprinklers torn all out on the wrong side! Then when they found the pipes shoring to contain the trench was unavailable. So again huge gaping hole in the front yard. And so now I have a 1800.00 repair my yard quote (cheapest of 3 by over 1000.00) and the platinum mechanical representative is telling me I'm taking advantage of the situation when I ask them to cover half that bill. He says the best they can do after all that is 462.00 my bill to platinum mechanical after it is was done was about 15,000 Platinum Mechanical in my experience will not fix a mistake made by themselves. Untrustworthy! Customer lost. Also they left a mess for me to clean in between my sidewalk and street. Proofs in the pics.

Chris and Bart came out did an amazing job clearing blockage in my bathroom sinks they were fast and efficient and CLEAN. They were awesome definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Ryan, Bart and Anthony excellent service. Their expertise and professionalism got our 1950’s built home to modern standards. They installed a tankless water heater and softener. It looks awesome and we will more than likely turn to them for our plumbing/gas needs. Highly recommend. Lowest bid and they followed code. Anthony of Platinum Rooter & Plumbing went above and beyond. He and his crew spent 2 days not only replacing our 25-year old toilet but also built us a new floor since the old one was rotting and could have fallen thru. He even put the original floor covering back to the point where you could not even tell we had work done. Looking forward to years of happy flushing. If you want a locally-owned plumber that shows up when they say they will and do a great job at a fair rate, my family recommends Platinum.

Chris came out for my bathtub and kitchen sink that were backing up, he diagnosed the problems really fast and had the right tools to get the job done fast easy and clean. He also gave me a bottle of there total C stuff and it has my kitchen sink draining good and fast and smell amazing. I really recommend these guys if you have any plumbing needs.

Ryan arrived less than 20 minutes after I called and completely replaced my water heater and fixed a leak in my water line all before lunch time! He was super professional and courteous while being extremely efficient. & he beat out my previous bid for the job. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing! Anthony came out very promptly when I discovered a broken main line to our house. He’s professional, kind, and obviously cares for both people and the work he does. He was prepared for anything and handled the situation swiftly. I’m impressed with his efficiency, and he gave great tips before leaving as well to flush out sediment from the “event” before using fresh water so we didn’t get surprise gunk when we went to use water next in the house etc.

Awesome plumbing company and Anthony Arroyo is a great plumbing advisor. I had a tiny leak being reported by my Leak Bot, so I called Platinum Rooter & Plumbing. Anthony came out and brought Josh with Restoration 1 with him to see where the leak was coming from. It was such a tiny amount, it was undetectable, so Anthony said he would contact the rep from Leak Bot to see if he could figure out where the problem lies. Great service, and great guys! Highly recommended! And to top things off, there was no charge for the visit! That’s unbelievably amazing!! Thanks again!

My water heater stopped working on December 23rd, and I called Platinum for help. Their service was absolutely phenomenal. They were able to send a technician to my home the very same day during the holidays!

Gabe, the technician who came out, could not have been more helpful. He clearly explained what was happening, walked me through all of my options, and allowed me to make an informed decision without any pressure. I ultimately needed a new water heater, and Gabe went above and beyond—he patiently waited while I purchased a more affordable unit from Home Depot, hauled away the old one, and professionally installed the new heater.

I cannot recommend Platinum highly enough. Their customer service, professionalism, and integrity were outstanding, and they will absolutely have my business for life.
