Review 1: Just bought a house and had a lot of plumbing fixes needed. Back in September, I had 3 serious issues but thankfully Matt Lindstrom is amazing! He came out twice to help me—first to repair and replace my toilet supply line in my super old 1950s bathroom, and then to fix a laundry room water supply leak and a kitchen sink leak. Both times, he was friendly, professional, and super efficient. He arrived within minutes of my calls, sent helpful text updates with the plumber’s picture, a brief description, and a tracking link, and then called to give me an ETA. Everything was done quickly, correctly, and with a smile. I can’t recommend Matt and Bulldog Rooter enough—they make plumbing stress-free!

Review 2: I also can’t say enough good things about David and DJ! I'm DIYing my guest bathroom the toilet was giving me massive issues so I decided to reach back out to Bulldog Rooter. It was a Sunday and not an emergency, so I didn’t expect anyone to come out—but they did! They gave me a window of time to choose from (1–5 pm) and showed up right at 1:30. I had a tricky pipe situation (thought it was cast iron—turns out it was lead), and they handled it perfectly: fixed the flange, installed the wax seal, and assembled and installed my toilet in record time—and it was done right. Both David and DJ were friendly, professional, efficient, and helpful. Incredible service and a pleasure to work with!

David and DJ are absolute life savers. We had a bathroom pipe literally burst at the seems and they showed up within 20 minutes of us calling and had it fixed in even less. We now get to start our bathroom renovation a little earlier than expected but with better peace of mind knowing they were able to get it done the right way! HIGHLY recommend!

DJ and David did an amazing job! They were extremely pleasant, professional, and got the work done quickly. The company was also able to schedule us within just two days, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Jeremy was wonderful, prompt, courteous, and professional. He had our new water heater installed within 4 hours of calling. We have used Bulldog for years and will continue to do so because of this level of customer service.

A pipe burst in my walls due to high pressure coming in to my house. Bulldog/David&DJ replaced the cracked waterline and put a Pressure regulator on my house line for a very comparable price. Overall, the experience was great as David and DJ took care of us with quickness and precision. Great guys and fun to chat with! Sorry for jinxin ya on getting wet guys. Would/will recommend in the future!

David and his partner were very friendly, informative, and honest. They completed the work quickly and left the site clean. I will definitely use them in the future.

Wow what great service! My water heater went out this morning and I called Bulldog Rooter to get scheduled and they got me on the schedule right away. Taylor replaced my water heater and he did fantastic. He communicated when he would be here, was very up front about pricing for replacing my water heater, and replaced my water heater in an extremely quick and efficient manner. I would absolutely call Bulldog Rooter for service again.

This review is hard to write. I chose bulldog rooter because I worked for Allklean for a while and we did lots of work with them and figured they would be the place to call for their reputation and reviews.

We had Taylor come out on December 5th, we had called them out due to us having an excessive amount of calcium build up and intermittent low water flow problems with just our shower. After discussing the problems we were having and causes and fixes, their tech was adamant that servicing the heater and adding a pre-treatment filter would fix the problem, or at least that’s what they told me. After conversing with my wife we decided that we should go ahead with the service. So I then double checked with Taylor and made sure to ask specifically if doing said service would fix the issue, and he said yes. The did the work very well, and very efficiently. They were quiet and did not make any messes and were very respectful of our space and belongings.

However, the problem was not fixed, instead it was immediately worse. Instead of the shower going cold after 20-30 minutes the hot water shuts off after two minutes now and will not come back on without us resetting the hot water heater by unplugging it, leaving it unplugged for 3-5 minutes and then plugging it back in. (I was told that was the correct way to do it by Taylor). I called them the morning after the service to let them know the issue had gotten worse, and Angel helped get me on the schedule for a warranty service the soonest available opening.

Then Taylor called me on his personal cell phone. I regret not recording that phone call as it was right after I had scheduled the warranty service. Speaking with Taylor over the phone he said he didn’t mind coming back and looking at it again, but at this point really the only thing to do is get a new heater. He said they had credit card plans through their company and estimated it would be around $7,000 to replace it.

My frustration is that I called a professional to come fix an issue we were having, and we trusted said professional. I’ve always lived by the mindset that if you don’t know how to fix something, call the pros so you don’t make it worse. But it kinda feels like we handed you guys our whole savings account for you to make our problem worse and then tell me to pound sand and go into debt with you. Please explain to me why I spent $1,100 dollars with you guys to service the heater and install a Home Depot filter.

Your technician Matt was extremely talented. More than that he went out of his way to make a return trip to assist with getting the water back on when I couldn't handle it myself. With all his friendly advise and his attention to detail to make your customer extremely pleased. Initially I was going to try a different provider because I felt your price for the job was high and not within my budget being a senior living on social security. After Matt's professionalism and taking his time and expertise to answer all my questions and then some. I decided to put the repair on my high interest credit card.Thanks Matt! I hope Bulldog

I had a very upsetting experience with Bulldog Rooter and would not recommend their services. Without any prior notice, their crew accessed a neighboring property by crossing through my yard and another neighbor's—tearing down my clearly marked garden fence in the process. This was done without permission, and when I confronted the workers, they were extremely rude, dismissive, and talked down to me.
When I called their office to report the damage, I was met with more indifference.

The workers claimed it was an easement, which is false, and regardless—there should have been communication and respect for property boundaries. To make matters worse, they parked directly behind my driveway and in front of my home, making it difficult for my family to come and go.
This kind of unprofessional behavior—damaging private property, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability—is unacceptable. Please think twice before hiring this company

Update: I was recently contacted by the owner, Chris, and was shocked by how rude and dismissive he was. He took no responsibility for tearing down my garden fence. Instead of addressing the damage, he showed no remorse and made it clear he didn’t see it as his problem. When I tried to explain my concerns, he called me crazy and abruptly hung up the phone.

Even more troubling, he threatened to involve his attorneys if I left a review — an attempt to intimidate me and suppress my right to speak out. This kind of unprofessional and hostile behavior is unacceptable. I strongly urge others to think twice before doing business with someone who treats people this way.

I want to clarify that your account of the situation is not accurate. I’m a single mother who was simply standing up for myself and trying to prevent further damage to the fence surrounding my garden.

Your crew acted in an unprofessional and aggressive manner—raising their voices and attempting to intimidate me. The neighbor who hired you has at least two points of access to their yard, so there was absolutely no valid reason for your team to trespass through my neighbor’s property and enter my garden area, causing damage to my fence without my knowledge or consent.

This conduct is both unethical and unacceptable. I have already reported the incident to the city and will continue to pursue appropriate action until the damage is properly addressed and repaired. Furthermore, your threat in response to my honest review was completely inappropriate and only reinforces the hostile behavior I experienced.

Excellent workmanship a technician knew exactly what to do. You went above and beyond to take care of our problem. Make sure everything was working properly before he cleaned up and left. I highly recommend them.

I called on a Monday morning because of a toilet clog and they had a technician out to my house in less than 2 hours. Vincent was professional, kind and very informative. I will be using Bulldog for all my plumbing needs in the future.

4.5 stars. I only deducted a half point because I can't really speak to how their costs compare to other companies.

Our hot water heater gave out on Thanksgiving. We were able to make an appointment online for first thing Friday morning. We were amazed at how easy and quickly we were able to get someone out to our house the day after a holiday.

Taylor and his assistant Daiden were professional and knowledgeable. Taylor gave us his recommendations and answered our questions about different water heater options. We didn't do any comparison shopping so we can't speak to how costs compare. Taylor and Daiden had the new water heater installed within a few hours and checked to make sure it was all running properly. We were very happy with the service we received.

Bulldog Rooters was very helpful in clearing my plugged sink. I was able to schedule a service call in a timely manner and the technician was prompt. He was friendly and professional. I’m very pleased with the results. We have used them in the past and have always had great service. I recommend them.

David layne and his partner were amazing, respectful, Super professional, and friendly. They listened to what i had to say and were respectful with what I asked them. Would recommend to anyone asking for a good plumbing service. So glad I called bulldog roster and would recommend for sure. Thank you David Layne for the hard work you do. Bulldog was great! They came out right away and the tech. , Vincent, could not have been nicer. Great price too! I highly recommend them.

Things I appreciated very much: David and DJ arrived earlier than expected, and were friendly, professional, presentable, and very efficient. David even changed the O ring in my kitchen faucet for me. The service and performance of the technicians are 5 stars.
Things that disappointed me: I am the sole income in my small house and asked about any discounts or current offers or rebates and was informed there weren't any available. I was told a flat price for installation and removal of the old heater was $2,475 which I thought was the price "out of the door", however once the invoice was tallied tax took it to almost $2,700. I checked the website after they left to see if there was any form of itemization of what the rate I paid covered, and found that they were indeed offering a Black Friday coupon for $250 off any new water heater installation...I called since it was same day to see if that had been applied and if it could be if it hadn't. I was informed that coupons or discounts could only be applied at the time of service when the invoice was created....it made me feel as though my value as a customer ended once the bill was paid in full. Many companies will honor their offered sales and discounts after the fact if presented to them in a timely manner, Bulldog apparently isn't one of them.
I also did not receive any manufacturer warranty or registration paperwork from them after the installation, which I feel is important to protect my investment as a homeowner. This aspect of their service is a 1 star rating, for sure.

Called Bulldog adn they were out to fix my issue within 90 minutes. Derick arrived and he was, simply put, awesome in every way. Took the time to explain what he was doing, what could have caused the issue and how to prevent similar issues in the future. I don't typically write reviews, but Derick was so good I had to take the time to say how wonderful he was.

I thought life was going well...until I heard myself, declare...Yikes, something is wrong with my plumbing!

We are very glad we called Bulldog when our sewer backed up on wash day. We live in a heavily treed area and forgot to get our annual maintenance done. They answered the phone on a Sunday and were able to schedule us first thing Monday.
Josh and Vincent were great! Very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They gladly answered all our questions. We opted for the photo inspection due to issues with neighboring homes which costs more, but we felt it was worth it this time for peace of mind. Thank you again Josh and Vincent!
