I’ve used Raptor Rooter on a few different projects with Zach and Nicholas. Both guys are friendly, competent and easy to talk too. I like how the Raptor Rooter sends the guys out that day, sometimes within an hour or two, and in some cases take care of the issue on the spot. Highly recommend.

They showed up very early which I liked! The technician William Holt was completely professional and courteous and forthcoming! No hidden fees or costs! He went over all possible procedures and the associated costs before he got started. I had same day service and the front desk was just as helpful! Definitely recommend to anyone!

These guys were so fast to respond! Within 40 minutes of my call to them they were at my home taking care of the problem. After the issue was resolved, I was given immediate estimates for long term resolutions and within 35 minutes of it being repaired, the restoration services arrived to inspect possible damage. All of this was done after hours as well. These guys are fantastic.

Dylan is very professional and knowledgeable. Arrived quickly, discussed the problem (clogged main house drain) and got right to work. Overcame some small issues with our clean-out access, and was able to show very quickly what the issue was with our drain with a video camera. Clean out was performed quickly from the access point all the way to the street. Very pleased with Raptor Rooter and their technician, Dylan. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this company. They gave a service window of 8-12 and arrived before 9. Dylan came in ready to solve our problem and he did it quickly amd throughly. Very nice and knowledgeable young man. If you have a problem, call these guys!

Josh replaced the shut-off valve and now it’s way easier to turn on and off. He was super helpful and easy to work with. I’d definitely use them again!

Garrett was beyond kind, he was also quiet and efficient. He would have arrived early but I was not home. He explained all, cleaned up after himself and did a great job replacing our tub faucet.

Had an 8:00 a.m. appointment scheduled this morning. At 8:15, no show. OK, stuff happens. At 8:30 still no show. Called the office to inquire where their staff was. Was told they were probably getting supplies and would have Zach give us a "courtesy" callback. At 8:50, Zach calls and says THEY'RE AT ANOTHER JOB!!! Really?? Was our $2,000 appointment NOT (money) enough for a courtesy call the night before or a no-show, no contact at the scheduled time??!!🤔 Zach was kind enough to offer "maybe " making it at 10:00. And we were kind enough to take our business elsewhere!! WOW! My husband, God bless him, even had water off and the kitchen prepped and as ready as could be for their arrival, as a "courtesy". Who does business like this? Oh, yeah...Raptor Rooter that's who!!

Raptor Rooter & Plumbing absolutely deserves a 5 star review. From start to finish the experience was exceptional. They were quick to respond, showed up exactly when they said they would, and immediately diagnosed the problem. Professional work thru and thru. I'll definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Brandon sheldon was very good at fixing my kitchen sink drain. He was very personable and professional. I would be happy to have him come again if I needed more repairs.
I gave 4 stars because it cost a little over $400 to get my sink drain fixed and that kind of surprised me. He told me ahead of time, but what could I do it needed fixed. But that's not his fault. He was just doing his job. I do Hope that the plumbers that work there get paid a lot.

Parker was awesome! Super professional and was beyond willing to go the extra mile to get the job done! Would recommend 10 out of 10 times.

Dylan was really great! Another plumber told us our main line was collapsed and quoted us a crazy amount of money. Dylan and the crew came out and hydrojetted the main line and cleared it all up! Thank you so much for your help!

Had a septic system back up. At first thought problem was in the internal pipes of the house. Brandon efficiently diagnosed the problem being external to the house. Kept me informed and thoroughly explained what he was doing and recommended the next step. Appreciated his courtesy and professionalism.

Brandon was polite and friendly, very professional. Knew his job, told me what he'd do, and went straight to work, fixing the problem in record time. Very happy with results! Will use this company again.

William did a great job! Communication via text phone calls, and emails were great as well. Job got done quicker than we figured it would, which is nice since it was a sewer repair!

Ineffective Service, Exorbitant Charge for Nothing, and Management Ignores Customers

I regret calling Raptor Rooter & Plumbing LLC for a serious plumbing issue in mid-November 2025. Water was backing up from a basement floor drain in my South Hill Spokane home, creating a messy and urgent situation.

Technician Brandon arrived and, after I described the recurring problem in detail, tested the drain by running water. He then briefly ran a cable snake only about 2 feet into the drain and stopped. He provided no diagnosis, no explanation for the backup, and admitted he didn’t have a camera scope on hand—which would have revealed the root cause.
After roughly 45 minutes, he left without resolving anything. I was shocked to be billed $462 for this unproductive visit.

Hoping for some accountability, I left a message two days later for General Manager Chris, asking him to call me about Brandon’s service. It’s now January 7, 2026—nearly two months later—and Chris has never bothered to return my call, showing a complete lack of integrity or concern for customer satisfaction.

I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST CONTACTING RAPTOR ROOTER FOR PLUMBING ISSUES BEYOND ATTACHING A GARDEN HOSE.

Fortunately, I found a reputable plumbing company in the area who's general manager and team have been responsive, thorough, and fixed the problem permanently.

Needed to have the kitchen faucet replaced. I had purchased the replacement from a major hardware store. Raptor Rooter came out and gave me a quote over $400. I told him I was hoping the total would be under $200. Josh, the tech, called his boss and he approved the price reduction. It took him less than an hour to do the work.

Great people. Easy scheduling. William is a great technician and has come out to our home to handle several plumbing issues. Their number is on our fridge and I wouldn't call anyone else!

Conner was great! Very professional and knowledgeable. He was honest and that is much appreciated. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs.

Leak was in garage wall. Required locating where leak was coming from and then removed wallboard. Hard place to reach due to heat ducts. Parker was great and found the problem and did the repair. Checked for
Leaks after repair and contacted restoration services.

Want to thank you for sending Parker to our residence to repair a plumbing problem that we thought was going to be a huge costly disaster. Parker came and put our minds at ease almost instantly. You can tell Parker enjoys his job. We have dealt with several companies in the past and we enjoyed and felt more confident in Parker than any of them. Parker is a great asset to the company and his high quality work is top tier. Thank you Parker!
