Had to have a commercial water heater replaced in an emergency. All the staff at Bulldog were great and communicated well. Taylor amd Daidyn did the install and they were awesome. Kept in constant communication and went above and beyond during the install amd made it look great. When done the space was even cleaner than when they had started two great guys amd a job well done. 10/10 would use again.

Jeremy Archer, from Bulldog Rooter LLC, came to my rescue today. I got a call from the city saying that we were flooding somewhere and less than 2 hours later this night in plumber gear showed up and repaired the gushing pipe. I even paid less than I thought I would pay for an emergency service call. Also the creepy hole in the ground, he went in there and without a single judgement or complaint. For that he should have a huge raise, which you will see in the pictures. Thank you Jeremy, for helping my family today. I am grateful that you were so kind, you even put up with my barking dogs. They never stopped barking the whole time he was here. Very happy with Bulldog Rooter today and we will see you again in the future.

Derick was our technician and he was very polite and informative. We had a blockage caused by roots, and he cleared, and went over areas several times making sure it was clear.

Matt from Bulldog came out to give me a free estimate on replacing an old basement toilet (on a weekend). I realized while he was there that there were a few other things I had questions about. He graciously took the time to look at the extras I was asking about and give me information on them as well. Matt was never hurried and explained everything. I have no hesitation in hiring Bulldog when I’m ready for the work to be done. Matt is very personable, understanding, and honest. Thank you, Bulldog! You’ll be hearing from me soon.

We had a great experience with Taylor from Bulldog Rooter. Our water heater started leaking quite suddenly last night and had to be replaced. Taylor was out the next day and he was incredibly quick and efficient getting it all sorted while also keeping everything tidy. We’ll always choose Bulldog.

These guys were AMAZING!!! Top notch service all the way! My initial call was to see about getting someone to come out and take a look at my plumbing and main shutoff valve, (we had a middle of the night emergency a couple nights earlier. I wish I would have called Bulldog then!) The representative on the phone was so sweet and helpful! I wish I could remember her name because she deserves major kudos for kindness and help!!! So she hooked me up right away and sent out Sully Sullivan. He was at my house in less than an hour of my phone call. And I gotta say, this guy is AWESOME!!!

I felt like the sky was falling from a ton of family emergency issues, health problems and vet bills this past month, and plumbing issues was just the icing on the cake! But Sully assured me he could help us out, no problem! And he was right! He came back the next day and cut out our old 50's plumbing, in extremely tight quarters, and rebuilt our plumbing and main shutoff valves under the kitchen sink! All on a Friday afternoon and without tearing our walls apart, like another company wanted to do! 4 hours of struggling under there (old piping did NOT come out easy!) and he always kept an upbeat attitude while constantly pushing forward! Even joking & laughing with me through our conversations. GREAT GUY! Very knowledgeable and explains things very well! He even took a liking to our cat and was very sweet to him! Always gave us a heads up when he was going to be extra loud so our cat could get in the back room to not be freaked out! ABOVE & BEYOND SERVICE!!!

Oh, and the price for our work was way less than I was quoted by others! Without tearing out our walls too!

Caden was a peach and a TREASURE to work with! I called them around noon and they worked so well with my schedule and got him dispatched same day, arrived exactly as they said and he got right to work! Was insanely respectful, well informed and was kind enough to help my cat get hands on experience for her upcoming plumbing test.
Caden was fantastic and walked me through the whole process and showed me exactly what was wrong, while its never a fun bill to get your drains cleaned the price was very reasonable especially with such great customer support. While I hope I never have too I'd always call them back to my home!!!

We came home to find water in our garage coming from the hot water tank and knew we needed help quickly. We called Bulldog Rooter, and they responded immediately with an after-hours service call on a Thursday evening. They arrived within 20 minutes and had the issue diagnosed and fixed in about 30 minutes.

The speed, professionalism, and ease of the entire experience absolutely earned our loyalty. We’re incredibly grateful for how quickly they took care of us and made a stressful situation simple. Highly recommend Bulldog Rooter!

Well, he tried. Tough clog. Tipped him 20 bucks. However, I’ve called a few times since reminding Raptor to pick up his muddy hose from the backyard, and it’s still there. Please pick up your tool and clean up. Been out on the yard since December 12. If it ain’t gone by the end of the week, I’ll clean it myself and donate it, courtesy of Raptor.

Called them out because my pipes were trying to turn my house into a water feature. Zachary removed the sketchy T-tap of doom and fixed a leaking valve that was clearly plotting against me. Instant improvement. My house is dry. The pipes are behaving. Peace has been restored.

Was it expensive? Oh absolutely. My bank account is still staring at me in disappointment. I briefly considered selling a kidney, but then remembered water damage costs more than pride.

Did it hurt to pay? Yes. Did it hurt less than replacing floors, walls, and my sanity? Also yes.

No leaks, no shortcuts, no “this should hold for now.” Just solid work and pipes that look too scared to ever mess up again. Worth every painfully hilarious dollar.

Raptor Rooter attempted to severely overcharge me for services. I have a belly in my main sewer line that occasionally builds up sludge and needs to be hydrojetted. Raptor Rooter quoted me over $1500 for the hydrojet job including two hours of work. I promptly said no and called Action Drain and got a quote for $550, and they completed the job in under an hour. Raptor Rooter's pricing scheme is nothing short of predatory toward folks who do not understand the basics of plumbing. BE CAREFUL

Working with Zachary and Nick was a great experience-thank you so much guys! They are knowledgeable, sociable, easy to work with, humorous, fast, and efficient. True professionals. I will be using Raptor Rooter for future projects or emergencies, and be recommending to neighbors. The price for complete replumb of kitchen and laundry room drains to sewer stack was just over $3,000, which is a fair price too.

The day before Thanksgiving we had a blocked toilet. I called and Caden Taggart came out from Bulldog Rooter. He was quick, professional and took care of our problem in no time! This is the second time we have used this company and have been pleased both times. Highly recommend!
