Absolutely the worst company to deal with! I don’t want to even put any stars. The plumber they sent had a hot temper and he turned off the main for our sprinkler system which should not have been turned off. Half of our grass was dead. Then when I called them out on it they said they never touched it. They were the only ones in the man hole since the spring. Don’t ever deal with Doug (supervisor) because he will avoid your calls and gaslight you and not apologize and don’t ever deal with Justin (plumber) who will be a condescending to any one who questions him or is a woman.

Joe and Jeremiah were amazing and professional! We needed help with our leaking kitchen sink and they were in and out in an hour! They explained every step along the way and guaranteed warranty. Thank you both! You were wonderful and gave us such peace of mind with all new plumbing for our kitchen sink in our project dream house! Highly recommend.

The problems that created a flood in our garage/shop were completely overwhelming for us--all we could do was shut off the main water supply. Travis and his apprentice came and got us straightened out, water turned back on, our questions answered and everything cleaned up. We became members of their annual service program because it only makes sense to know that if problems arise in the future, a plumber who knows the complexities of our particular system will be called upon to come out and address the issue. We are very pleased with Gold Seal.

Had my hot water tank flushed. Tech called ahead showed up on time. Did the prescribed work and didn’t try to up sell any additional service. Great job!

I called Gold Seal based on a neighbors recommendation. Jamison was knowledgeable and efficient. He installed a utility sink in our garage and remedied an issue with our dishwasher that was due to shoddy installation by another company. We are very happy.

Ron and Seth were pleasant extremely confident and competent in their work for me. I had my water heater flushed. They answered all my questions and my concerns.

Had a corner jet tub drain pipe and drain replaced. Brian did a great job. Quick, clean and at a fair price.

UPDATE- they covered my heating air vent in my bathroom!!!!! Had to use them , they hemmed and ha about the project ,had to bring a new set of plumbers to my area to only find out they cut corners, things was building up from wrong fitting’s and the toilet broken flange they left as they used over sized washer to secure to the toilet was leaking all over the property. Sink pipes underneath the home was the wrong fittings to only leave water and sludge buildup . They also didn’t leave my hot and cold pipes in the correct area and had the new people replace it in the proper area to be used. I also had to replace my subfloor from the leaking plumbing under my bathtub as they didn’t seal or correctly use the proper fitting’s I spent lot of money on them to only spend more . Unhappy with them If anyone ask me about these guys I’ll send them off to better plumbers .

Excellent service in all aspects. Very professional and knowledgeable. Each of the team members have good interpersonal skills.
