Bobby and his partner were very efficient and explained what needed to be done and how it would be accomplished according to all WA laws. I was impressed when Bobby wanted my opinion on where to place the emergency drain outside the house. After the job was finished they were very concerned about cleaning up after themselves.

The technician from Gold Seal Plumbing showed up on late, which was the start of the let downs. However, the overall experience fell short due to poor communication. I never received the promised quote despite following up. It’s frustrating when a company doesn’t follow through on basic responsiveness—it makes it hard to move forward with the work. Mixed feelings overall; they get points for arriving, but the lack of follow-up is a big letdown.

Kitchen drain got plugged thanks to thinking I could just cram it all down there. The guys were awesome and very professional and courteous. Go the drain unclogged and up in no time flat and on a holiday weekend in time for my crew to arrive. Thank you!

I've used Gold Seal Plumbing twice in the last couple of months for a bathroom remodel. Some rerouting of plumbing and setting a shower pan. Dawson and his companions did a great job both times (apologies I cannot remember the second person's name). I will definitely continue using them for my future plumbing needs. Excellent customer service every time I call in, and very professional employees. The price is worth knowing I don't have to worry about the plumbing when we close everything up. Thank you.

Gold Seal connected a Bradford White electric water heater. Also installed a zilmet activflo home water conditioner. They gave us 3 estimates and we were very satisfied with the results. Lots of problems were solved and I recommend them for their good service.

If I could zero stars I would, definitely would NOT ever recommend this company. Today was the 5th time in less than a year that Gold Seal has came to fix the same problem and charging each time totaling in over $10k and guess what it’s still NOT solved. Luke S. who came out today is NOT knowable about plumbing whatsoever, he told the problem was hand grease clogging the pipes, like in every time you wash your hands the grease builds up and that cause clogging, that all the pipes connect to that problem pipe, and that I need to use clear once a week to clean the pipes (was told in march NOT to use clear drain clearer from the same company). Then later in the day spoke to the project supervisor and was told that everything that has water has its own pipe and there all connected to the main out separately which makes no sense and it’s normal for older house to have to get clogs removed anywhere from 1 to 5 or 7 times a years unless I replace all pipes in my house with brand new pipes then I would only have to get the new pipes in clogged every 3 years.

The team arrived on time and quickly defined what the problem was. Though the leak was repairable, leaving the existing toilet in place, I elected to have two new high efficiency toilets installed. One was in the bathroom where the problem area occurred and the other was in a nearby master bath area. I having The two toilets replaced with new at the same time, I was able to save several hundred dollars excellent quality work and equipment. I have used gold shield PLUMBING for several years and Have found them to do excellent work each and every time.

We highly recommend Gold Seal Plumbing. We had a total house repipe from the meter to all the faucets and a sewer liner installation. My experience with Gold Seal Plumbing was 5 star. I needed my gas stove hooked up. Benjamin gave me a quote that was way out of my range. (no pun intended!) We discussed what I could afford, and after my $67 senior discount the new quote was acceptable.
