Great customer service. Very prompt responses . The technicians did a great job. Super friendly, efficient and just all around professional. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up leaving the bathroom beautiful. Will definitely be my new go to plumbing company and love that they are veteran owned.

If I could leave a 10-star rating I would. I can't say enough good things about this company. They went above and beyond helping me correct a drainage pipe leak in a rental. They were prompt and came out usually within a day and I needed them multiple times. Their ability to do great work in a very timely manner and warranty the work just made them stand out as Excellent customer service. Great on the part of andrew when we had to troubleshoot a couple of things. I wouldn't use any other plumber now!

Division One Plumbing came to the rescue quickly. The technicians were on time, polite, and clearly knew what they were doing. They diagnosed the issue right away and had it fixed within an hour. Everything was explained clearly, with no surprise costs.

What I appreciated most was the attention to detail and how clean they left the work area. The toilet works perfectly now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommended if you need a reliable plumber!

Great service! They were honest and the prices are fair. The best part is that it is a free service call! I have experienced the same problem in the past with my water heater, and I called a different company at the time. The part the other company installed broke with 2 years and I was charged double compared to Division One Plumbing. Thank you Division One! I will definitely be coming to you for all my future plumbing needs!!

I've had D1 out to my house many times for a variety of services over the past few years from broking pipes, water heater install, water softener install and resolving mysterious plumbing issues. I highly recommend. They have provided great service and fair pricing.

The lid of my sump pump was rusted through. I called and got an immediate response. I was able to schedule at a time that was convenient for me and it was repaired perfectly. I thought the price was very reasonable. This is the third time they've been out to repair the old plumbing in my house and I have been very happy with the work and the price. Highly recommend using them.

Daryl to to the rescue again! I bought this older home that constantly gives me grief. I heard my fridge making some bad noises, and was going to order a new fridge. However, when I pulled out my 16 year old fridge to get exact measurements of the space, I noticed an archaic water valve. I immediately realized this old valve was a problem and would not be compatible with a new fridge water line. Daryl was out the same day I called, and replaced the ancient valve. Daryl actually discovered that the old valve was actually loose and truly saved me from an even bigger nightmare. Daryl is exceptionally knowledgeable and has amazing problem solving skills, which are definitely needed with my old house! I can't express how much I appreciate him!

Division One was wonder to work with. They had excellent communication throughout the whole process from bid to project completion and provided great work. We had several things done at once and they worked efficiently for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend and will work with them again for any future plumbing needs.

Austin and team were awesome from start to finish. They came out to do a water softener install estimate (within a day or two of calling), had very competitive prices, and then when I decided to proceed with the install, they were able to do the install within the week. The install was quick, painless, and stuck to the original estimate pricing as well. The whole team was friendly, knowledgeable, and they will be my go-to plumbers for anything I need in the future!

Had the best experience with the Mainstream crew that came out to diagnose the problem with my furnace and then promptly and professionally provided me with options. No pressure, just honest and very informative feedback. Adam, Brock, Jacob and Justin were so knowledgeable, helpful and courteous throughout the process of purchasing and installing my new furnace. Couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them!

Scheduled a hot water heater flushed. They came with no hose, let some water out of bottom drain and said they were done. Did check element on tank, said it read low. Tried calling 4 times was told it needed to go to management. After 3 business days had to argue for a little while then said they would come out, but I was done. Asked for refund, said the would get back with me but would make sure tech would have a hose on his truck for future services. UPDATE. GM Came to my house with a check reimb I reimbursing me for full cost of service on 2/27/26 and apologized for my experience. He offered to due the service at no charge but I an declining at this time. Just thought it was fair to update

Our technician did a good job with an electrical issue we had and gave us a bid for future work we’re thinking about. He was very thorough and did a great job for us. We are very happy with what he was able to accomplish.

Waking up with flooding in our basement was not the highlight of our day, what was though was the 2 experts they sent our way, Austin and Pierce. They communicated very thoroughly and helped solve our problem. Not only were they very professional they were extremely friendly and our kid loved talking to them too! Would highly recommend them and their good work too!

Taylor did a fantastic job replacing our under sink plumbing. Appreciate the quick service and attention to detail. Steve did our initial inspection and estimate and was very helpful. We had a second project completed by Ryan and he explained everything thoroughly and did fantastic work as well.

The technician was prompt, very knowledgeable, and explained things well. I needed a light fixture repaired and all fire alarms replaced and he drafted a detailed quote for various options. They will do the work next week but I am confident they know what they're doing!

Ethan and Liam were here last week to replace our electrical panel and set up a dedicated circuit for our new sauna. I honestly cannot say that I have ever had such professional technicians in our home. They were here for a very long workday, and they worked almost continuously. They even solved a couple of problems we didn't know we had with our wiring. And they worked well together and seemed to enjoy the work. Really, they were terrific!! Highly recommend!!

I'm editing this review because the week after the electrical panel was installed, we decided to have Mainstream try to figure out why our outside drain was draining so slowly under the house. Pierce F came out, and we so appreciated his diligence in trying to get to the root of the problem. He explained what he thought was going on and short of jackhammering the floor to get down to the line, he did everything he could to clear any lines that were tied to the main drain. We're confident that the slow drain, while faster, won't cause us any problems. Thank you once again, Mainstream! You have the best crews!

Mainstream Electric, Heating, & Plumbing of Spokane has the best business model of any service company I have ever experienced. They are courteous, friendly, and skilled professionals. They communicate their progress from service order to final payment, and even share beforehand the service technician's name and photo for customer recognition and safety. Their service fees seem reasonable, especially considering my rural location. I highly recommend this company. PS - I'm not being rewarded in any way for this review.

We had our toilets and showers back up, of course, on a Sunday. I called around to get bids for drain cleaning, but all of the local plumbing companies were either closed or had after hours pricing. I have to be honest; I assumed Mainstream would have been the most expensive because of all their commercials and nice vehicles, but I was wrong. After getting high on-call and after-hours bids, I looked at Mainstream just so I could do my due diligence. I was pleasantly surprised they did not charge me extra for the weekend and they had a guy out that afternoon. They bid me "$83 or it's free" for drain cleaning. Unfortunately, they were unable to clear my line because I had worse problems. The supervisor Tye came out the next day with the camera and found a break in my sewer line. The recommended the "Jetter" to clear the line and assess the damage. It was later determined I had a break and required them to dig in my front yard to fix it. I was so nervous because I was afraid, they would damage my yard. The guys did such a great job and were so careful as to not hurt my grass with the excavator. They had special little plates they drove on to protect the ground, and they used canvas tarps for the dirt. Because I had to have a bigger fix, Mainstream reimbursed me for all the prior work they did. I also was pleased with Mainstreams' policy about fixing sprinkler lines. The guys did break one of my lines but repaired it. Although I wish I never have to go through this again, I was pleased with the work they did, but more importantly, the kindness and professionalism of every one of the crew members. Special shout out to all the guys, especially Tye and Nathan. My only complaint about Mainstream is the dispatch. They did not keep me very informed about when the crews would be there for the work, they would just tell me like a half hour before they arrived. It made my daily plans more difficult because of the lack of communication.
