Really appreciated the fast callback. The estimate was completed quickly, and they have a large enough team to send a plumber out in a timely manner.

Water heater wasn't producing any heat. I figured it was the TRD, located at the base of the heater. But I couldn't get the panel off. I called these guys to figure it out. And immediately they were making up excuses.
"Oh, it's really rusted here. These models are notorious, etc." They then proceeded to offer a full inspection for 500 dollars! I could get a new water tank for that price.
I redoubled my efforts to do it myself and sure enough. It was the TRD. A 40-dollar part. And they wanted to charge 500 just to tell me the problem.
Needless to say. I won't be hiring these guys for future work and WILL be warning everybody I know to avoid them. The whole experience was a joke.

We have use Division One Plumbing twice now.
1st job for residential shower. Outstanding job.
2nd work on pipe drainage at Lakehouse. Which is hard to get a plumber to go outside city limits. No problem for Division One. And again excellent service done in one morning.

They came to give me an estimate for replacing my shower diverter valve. Told me my valve was too old to get a replacement had to install a new one for 1700$. I reached out to a different plumbing company. There plumber found a new one in less than 45 minutes and replaced the O rings to stop the leak while were waiting for replacement valve. The cost 319$. Always get multiple quotes!!

Austin and Layton were amazing! We were able to make an appointment for a clogged kitchen drain at 8:30 at night and they were here ahead of schedule the next morning. They even called first. Nice professional people all around. The cost was good and they left us with a fixed drain and lots of good advice. We are first time homebuyers and they will now be our plumber go to. They have so many 5 star reviews for a reason!

Everyone at Division One is very nice and knowledgeable. I've had them out multiple times for various plumbing reasons, and every time, they have fixed the issue in a timely manner and for a good price. More importantly, they seem to actually care, and if you have an emergency, they work to get you fixed up asap.

Fast, friendly and efficient. Matt and Austin worked hard to fix it. They definitely improved things but it's an older condo and we may have more to do for 100%.

Wow! I was so impressed with the prompt attention to fixing a water leak in my crawl space. I called Division 1 plumbing in the afternoon, and they said they would be out to check out my leak the very next day. they were promptly there at my Duplex at 8:30 as they said they would be. They went into my crawl space took pictures and gave me an estimate of cost to fix the leaky sewer pipes that were rotted out. The estimate was reasonable and I gave them the go ahead to fix the leak. They were finished in 1 and 0ne half hours. They then discovered another leak in the sewer pipes and gave me a combined estimate. They went to get more piping parts and finished the whole job by 11:20.
I am very impressed with the great work they performed and would recommend their company to anyone who needs plumbing repairs.

Division one got the job done! We had to replace an undermount sink, garbage disposal, faucet, cap the air gap to the dish washer and clean it all up. The guys were courteous, efficient and (above all) honest about the work they would perform.

We have had plumbers (who shall not be named) tell us they could put a undermount sink in after they ripped out our old one, only to leave and not come back (and took our old sink with them). Division One told us what we needed to do to get our new sink installed (countertop company) and we're honest about their expertise. And they were really affordable!

We had not had a working sink setup in 4 years. Because of Division One, we can finally relax with a functioning sink and kitchen. What a relief!

3 days before Christmas and we discovered a leaking pipe in the basement and a repair I wasn't comfortable tackling. With our kitchen out of service at the worst time of year, Daryl came out quickly, on time, and took care of us with professionalism. Highly recommend division one, and thanks again Daryl.

This is a great company! I always request to work with Austin, he is a wonderful guy and has on multiple occasions managed to squeeze me into his busy schedule on short notice. He does amazing work and is always willing to help out no matter the situation. I will always go to division one and Austin with all of my plumbing needs!

Austin and Dave were very professional and explained all options for the plumbing solutions. They performed the work quickly and cleaned everything up before they left. When a problem developed (not caused by the work they had done) they returned and fixed that problem too!

Division One plumbing are a very honest and helpful plumbing service. I called for an estimate and they diagnosed the problem as a main line clog, and suggested affordable rooter services. It's a rare practice to really do what's right for the customer and suggest solutions instead of some other services which pressure you into an inflated price service. For ANY plumbing issue, call them in and they will get you to a good solution, whether it's them or not. Don't shop around, call Division One Plumbing!

Reached out on a weekend for service and was scheduled first thing on Monday; no hassle or fuss. Austin was very friendly and able to get the job done without adding considerable trust. I highly recommend Division One Plumbing.

Recommended to me by the individual who is doing the drywall work in my home. Good recommendation—good experience working with them. Installed a pressure reduction valve, the pipework, & venting for a bathroom in my basement. Prompt at returning my call, at coming over to give me an estimate, and at completing the work.Pricing under what another company had given me. Austin & Landon very friendly—knowledgeable—explained well the process. Ran into some problems which required additional work but they stuck with the price they had set. There was an additional problem that resulted in not passing inspection the first time but they returned immediately and got it corrected. They were honest about the issues and I felt they did a great job considering the challenges and would recommend them and use them again. They will be coming back when I get the next phases of the bathroom done to finish with the drain & faucets and setting the toilet.

I had an amazing experience with Daryl and Matt today. Late Saturday afternoon, I discovered that my hot water heater was leaking from the bottom. I immediately started asking neighbors for plumbing recommendations, as it can really be a shot in the dark as there are so many. Thankfully, I was referred to Dave at Division One, who had a crew—Daryl and Matt—at my home first thing this morning, with a new hot water heater in tow.

Unfortunately, I bought a poorly renovated, allegedly "upgraded" house about four years ago, and everything seems to break because things weren’t done properly or gets more broken when you try to fix things. (For example, when I had my HVAC replaced, those guys broke the edges of all the hardwood stairs to my basement and even shattered the light fixture above the stairs.)

I expressed my anxiety to Daryl and Matt, and they immediately took off their shoes, listened carefully to my concerns, and called in two additional team members to help carry out the old water heater. It was located deep in an awkwardly laid-out basement, where I had just installed new carpet and new furnishings. Remarkably, they didn’t let a single drop of rusty water from the broken water heater touch anything—a huge feat! They also carried the new heater in by hand to avoid damaging my stairs with a dolly.

I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for the care and respect that this company showed me and my home. I could tell right away that they knew exactly what they were doing. They worked efficiently and had me back up and running in no time.

Out of all the experiences I’ve had with this money pit of a house, this was by far the best—thanks to these kind and genuinely thoughtful men who went above and beyond for me. I will definitely use Division One in the future and absolutely recommend them! Thank you Daryl & Matt!
