The home I purchased has been a nightmare of builder issues but Gold Seal has repeatedly been fabulous with ALL of my plumbing challenges!! Their knowledgeable, thorough, quality work is a fresh and appreciated experience in today's world. Each of their staff members are able to explain things so that even I'm able to understand the problems & the solutions. They are a role midel of customer service!!

Hands down the best service. First, I want to acknowledge Robert Steele for getting us an appointment and having a technician come out ASAP. We had a clogged drain we thought in the laundry, turns out it was the kitchen sink. I forgot the technicians name but he was outstanding. Explained the issue and how to prevent it in the future. Very fair pricing and quick service. 10/10 recommend!

Both were very professional, Knowledgeable and extremely helpful in making our repairs to our pipe system and installation of our sink and faucet. Their estimate was accurate and once work was approved they were able to start and finish the same day. They cleaned up afterwards and even gave us some helpful tips. Definitely would have them back on any future project.

We were so very happy with our Division One experience! We received prompt, on time service. The gentlemen who fixed our issue were very professional, polite, thorough, knowledgeable and respectful of our home and pets. We have already referred our friends and family and will call them for any future plumbing needs.

Got an appt booked for next day. Gave me a quote on a water softener, and was installed the same day! Great communication, and did an amazing job of explaining how it all works. Install was flawless, and very neat and tidy. Would highly recommend!

Austin and Terrance did a fantastic job replacing 3 toilets, 3 faucets and shower faucets! They came on time, finished in three hours and really did a professional job. This is a company. You should always call for any plumbing job.

We had them come and install a toilet for us. We called them Wednesday am and they were able to get us in Friday. The guys were really nice, courteous, very knowledgeable in their job. They took the old toilet with them. Along with the box for the new one. They left the area very clean. Highly recommend this company for any plumbing job.

Highly recommend!! Andrew & Matt showed up on time to fix a clog I’d been struggling with for a month. Very professional & helpful. Kept at it until they found the clog & of course checked to make sure everything was put back together correctly so that I wouldn’t have leaks. When they first walked up to my house, I had a bunch of inventory boxes that had been delivered to my front porch, and they immediately offered to help me carry them to my garage. It’s never fun to have to call for plumbing or some service to your house, but Andrew & Matt definitely made the necessity not so bad. I really appreciate their professionalism!

We were connected with Division 1 plumbing at 11am this morning(Tuesday the 12th)thru home-serv. This was after trying to get someone out since Friday afternoon, as the toilet could not be used, it was gushing water in the basement if it got flushed. Normally, someone could leave and go elsewhere until getting fixed. My elderly aunt does not get around well, falls very easily and her husband, my uncle is disabled, so this was truly awful and frustrating, every company was too busy, when the guy from Division 1 called me, I explained the situation, he bumped to the next call of the day, Daryl and Terrin came and assessed the situation, got it approved through home-serving, ran amd got the parts, came back and had it fixed SO fast!!! The bathroom sink also had no pressure, which i hadn't even mentioned, and they fixed that as well! We are beyond thankful, excited, happy and feel blessed for this company and these two gentlemen. They were so kind, friendly and very quick ans efficient! A+ all around guys, you rock and I would recommend you to anyone that may need theseservices! Go buy them a beer, they deserve it!!!! Highly recommend Division One Plumbing! Andrew is an absolute professional. He came to our home and quoted the job last week. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and I was confident in his ability to do the work correctly. Andrew returned today to complete the first phase of the work, along with an excellent apprentice (Terrin), and I am very pleased with the excellent job they did. The crew were great, explaining everything they were going to accomplish then, took the time to explain the new system they had installed. When there was a glitch in the water pressure, post re plumbing the system, they quickly came out to rectify the issue. I highly recommend Division One for all your plumbing needs!
