The service technician William was great. He politely listened to my issues and quickly solved them. One simple drain clean later all issues fixed. I even got a very reasonable quote on some possible issues. I will definitely be using Raptor Rooter again in the future.

Brandon came on time, was very professional and friendly, removed complicated water purification systems under our sink in a timely fashion, and shared some possible solutions to flooring. Definitely would recommend him and his company in the future.
He also shared some photos of a treehouse he rented!

William was very upfront with the issues I was having with my plumbing and the cost to fix it. He was very professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Raptor Rooter annd Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

Josh was absolutely amazing! They were able to send him out within an hour and he was finished fairly quickly. He was able to fix the leak and replaced the faucet with new one. Thank goodness because I couldn’t imagine going the entire weekend without running water with 3 kids and 2 dogs! Thank you Josh for such an incredible and swift response!

Amazing! So easy to book an appointment- the tech showed up right before the window time, and immediately had our issue fixed quickly and efficiently. Dylan was helpful and even gave us some great advice for moving forward.

Josh from Raptor Rooter came out on Tuesday (this was after calling Monday to get an appointment, so very quick turnaround) to talk to us about a water softener system. After identifying that the house was best suited for a salt free system, we agreed on a product, and the work was scheduled for Thursday, and completed by noon that day! Josh was up front with everything, quick, kind and courteous and really made the whole experience a breeze. I would recommend Raptor to anyone, and will be using them in the future for any of my plumbing needs!

Called Wednesday and Repairman did the job completely on Thursday. I'm really happy with the repair done by an expert. So many companies only replace rather than repairing. So, considering the cost of a new sink the price was minimal.

Raptor Rooted came recommended by a family member, who said they were good, fast but not cheap. We needed multiple services for a plumbing disaster in our house. William Holt came out quickly, same day. He was thorough, explained things he saw in language I could understand. William was sympathetic to our predicament and helped us arrange for a restoration and mitigation company to help us start clean up. William helped us look at options for financing and even helped arrange once we decided. He has been helpful in getting paperwork for insurance as well. They did great and are not as expensive as other companies, with better quality.

I got a new 50 gallon water heater installed by Zachary and another guy, who I regret to say I forgot his name HOWEVER don't let my shortcomings distract you from the fact Zachary and the guy with him did an amazing job. They were extremely professional, they went the extra mile in my water heater installation to make sure everything was safe, installed correctly and prepared to last into the future. I appreciated the level of work, effort and professionalism they displayed and I will definitely use Raptor Rooter again in the future for my plumbing needs. They cleaned up after themselves well beyond what I was expecting and I hope Raptor Rooter knows and appreciates these great guys on their team.

Their overall service Id say is 4-5 stars. They were able to come give a quote within a few hours. Zachary was great he answered all my questions and seemed very honest about what my options were. He did his best to get my hot water heater replaced asap which I appreciate. He kept in regular communication with me which I also appreciated. They did have to reschedule once but it wasn't a big deal at all. Garrett was the one who did our actual replacement. He was friendly and courteous and seemed to do a good and thorough job (time will tell I suppose) however he did something that I didn't appreciate and that is why I made my review 3 stars. I told him that I was working from home and apologized when he first arrived that I didn't get to the door immediately. (He waited about 5 minutes or less) He was very gracious about it. When he went to tell me his work was completed he knocked on my garage door. I heard him knock and immediately got up to answer the door however my office is upstairs so it took me a moment. It had been MAYBE 1 minute from the time he knocked to when I got to the door. My complaint is that when I went to reach for the handle I heard it jiggle from the other side and since I had grabbed for the door at the same time felt the knob turn. Thankfully I had the door locked so had the timing been different he wouldn't have been able to get in but I was really upset about that. I understand he has places to be and had no idea I was on the other side of the door but surely calling me wouldve been a better first step than trying to open the door to my house. Im assuming he heard my dog bark from the first time he knocked so what would he have done if my dog attacked him or got loose? I also have cats that couldve gotten out. Even if he had no intention to walk inside and only planned to give me a shout, again- calling would have been a smarter first step. I understand his time is valuable and while he seemed to mean no harm by it, my feeling of safety in my own home is just as valuable. I wouldve preferred he call. As I said- everyone's overall service was great but that last interaction left a really bad taste in my mouth.

Had sewage backup into my basement the day my husband left for two weeks to Europe with my 16-year-old autistic son for a much anticipated trip! So glad I called Raptor Rooter. Dylan was AMAZING. No only did he fix the immediate problem, he called in a remediation company, and helped me get that ball rolling. Not only was his work quick and expert, his manner professional and friendly — he also made it feel like I wasn’t hanging out on a limb by myself with this disaster! HIGHLY recommend Raptor!!

Dylan did a wonderful job helping us out and was very friendly. I personally tried to unclog our toilet but I did it wrong. After he did it with the same tool I have he gave me some helpful tips on how to use the tool in a more effective way next time it happens. Raptor rooter has been there for us in the past and have always been good to us. I highly recommend going with them if you’re in a pinch. Good honest service with good honest employees. Called needing a garbage disposal replacement. They answered on the first ring and got a tech out to me a couple hours later. Brandon was amazing! Super personable and very quick. Brought all the required parts to get us up and running and even fixed one of the steps on my staircase! He looked at some other work we need done and put together quotes for me. Very grateful and pleased. Highly recommend and will definitely have the out again. Thank you!

Nicholas installed our new Krause sink—a challenging project—and he handled it beautifully. This post is really all about him. He was courteous, on time, and checked with us at every step to be sure we were satisfied. Quite frankly, we wish there were more people like Nicholas in this world.

Came home from work to find my kitchen sink and toilets all backed up. Called Raptor Rooter to schedule an emergency appt, (because what family can go overnight without working toilets) and was told the technician would be calling soon. Within 15 mins, Brandon called and 30 minutes after that was already in my home diagnosing my problem. Told me the issue, what he would need to do, and gave me the cost up front. They are spendy, but you get what you pay for. Brandon was very thorough and made sure everything was cleared out and working as it should, before putting everything back together and leaving all areas as clean as he found them. Brandon is very professional but also very personable at the same time. He recommended things that could be done to make it easier if this should happen again, and emailed me those quotes with no pressure to schedule. I’d definitely recommend Raptor Rooter for all of your plumbing needs. Ask for Brandon.. you won’t be disappointed.

The service was outstanding! We called on a Saturday and they had the guys here in 15 minutes. The service guys knew their stuff and figured out exactly what the problem was within 5 minutes, fixed it, and were done fast! Fast service, knowledgeable staff, and great company! Justin Brady provided excellent repair. I allowed someone to attempt a repair during winterizing my drip system which didn’t work.

We took advantage of Gold Seal’s water heater flush special. Technicians were courteous and professional and arrived on time as promised. Work was completed promptly and everything was explained. Would recommend Gold Seal’s and plan to use them for future plumbing needs.

The team is awsome. Great work and friendly informative all through installation of a entire home filtration system and exterior faucet. Cleaned up the site after work was completed. I will highly recommend them for any plumbing or water work you may need.

We had a leaky frost proof hose bib. I'm old and disabled. One call and in a matter of a couple days, Gold Seal replaced it and was done in under an hour! Very nice considerate people. Highly recommend
