I highly recommend Bulldog Rooter, I've used their services in the past and will again if I ever need plumbing work done again. David and DJ came over this morning, a Saturday, and had to replace two old galvanized pipes, one pipe was behind the wall, that lead to the drain (1949 home) from the kitchen sink, plus replaced the T Trap, wasn't exactly a smaller job, that as homeowners we probably wish we could get by with, when getting plumbing work done.
However David & DJ gave me the heads up and showed me what needed done, and the price, so no surprises. They were awesome and just so polite & they got it done faster then what I thought it would take.

We had a basement leak happen on a Sunday evening (of course!) and Bulldog was so helpful in getting someone out for a quick response. We worked with Josh Maxler who was so kind, very professional, quick to assess and address the issue, he and also educated us on a few things that we can do to maintain our ancient pipes to avoid future issues. We had a small miscommunication with the admin office about the assessment being complimentary, and they decided to honor that with zero hesitation. Of course hope to not have more plumbing issues, but if we do, we're calling Bulldog :) thanks for your time Josh!

David & DJ from Bulldog Rooter are the BEST! Had an old water heater that was leaking water everywhere in my basement. They arrived to my house quickly on a Saturday afternoon. They removed my old water heater and replaced it with a new one. Installation was quick. David & DJ were fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! Highly recommend David & DJ! Thank you!

I reached out to Bulldog Rooter over the weekend and they were able to come out first thing Monday morning. Super punctual and professional. Vince was the technician and he did an amazing job—clearly explained what was going on, had all the right tools, and didn’t leave until he made sure everything was working perfectly. If I ever have another issue, this is absolutely the company I’ll call again, and Vince is the person I’ll be asking for.

Excellent service! Two other places haven't even bothered to return my call. The person answering the phone was very pleasant and helpful, though I forgot her name. I really loved that I received a text with the name and photo of the tech that was going to respond to my call. It was reassuring knowing who to expect. I also received a call from Caden when he was about 10 minutes away. The service was a little pricier than I expected, but it was a set price and I knew how much the charges were going to be before Caden began the work. (Some places charge based on how long it takes and how far away you are from their place if business.) I had a choice of payment options, and no additional fee to use my card, so I appreciate that as well. Overall very happy with Bulldog Rooter, the service I received, and the work Caden performed. 🙂

I have used Bulldog for a couple emergency repairs when our sewer line backed up and recently had them do a larger job and do a sewer liner at my house. Each time they were prompt, professional, cleaned up after themselves, and explained what they were doing and my options. They are easy to get a hold of and respond quickly!

Jeremy was very helpful, very professional and listen to all my bits of information before he jumped in an tackle the problem. Handled things quickly and efficiently, and was very informative! 5 out of 5 stars, I would recommend him again, fingers crossed no extra plumbing issue in the near future, but if I do, he is the guy!

Absolutely thrilled with this plumbing service! DJ and David were outstanding from start to finish. They came out for a last-minute emergency visit and completely saved the day. They were prompt, professional, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed our pipes connecting to the septic, explaining everything along the way so we felt confident in the repair. They worked efficiently, were honest, and left everything clean when they were done. Highly recommend!

I very rarely leave reviews because I have never been so impressed by a service that I’ve received. Let me tell you I have used Bulldog Rooter for several services in the last year and every time I get excellent service. Today I got a repeat technician named Dave Layne and DJ . DJ explained in detail the why of a question I had and Dave remembered me from when he installed my gas stove !!!!!! He even asked how the stove was working for me. Both Dave and DJ were efficient, knowledgeable and caring . I am so impressed . I want to thank you both for the excellent service. I also want to thank Bulldog for always sending servicemen who are knowledgeable and efficient . Thank you .

TL;DR if you need a plumber, call these guys

I have never been so utterly impressed with a local company as with Bulldog! I consider myself an aficionado of customer service, having been in the business my entire life, and these folks are deserving of awards and accolades!
They were able to help us from having a bad sewer leak situation by replacing our sewer line and all within 36hrs! They saved us THOUSANDS! They accommodated my mother-in-law, who had recently fallen, at EVERY possible turn! Their excavator even made sure Mom had an even spot to step on to get outta the car!
They also have a shining star! A diamond in the rough! Tanner B.! I cannot stress how much he alleviated my stress! From the beginning with his diagnosis, to the very last second, he was there. He went above and beyond to make sure that it wasn't just "good enough" but that it was RIGHT! He was the first to enter each day and last to leave! He is absolutely "THE GUY" you want to be by your side through an expensive and traumatic time! Bulldog, he's a benefit to your company in more ways than the labor he provides. He's a keeper.
Long story's end: if you want service worth more than your dollar, call them!

Highly recommend Bulldog Rooter. I had a major issue with my plumbing and septic. Bulldog was highly responsive and sent an experienced and professional technician, Tanner, out who was at my house within the hour. Tanner gave me a fast and free estimate along with his honest opinion about what might be going on. I then had my septic installer come out and confirm what Tanner had suspected, that there was damage to the sewer line going into my septic tank. These guys know what they are doing. Highly recommend for fast, professional solutions to plumbing problems.

Very happy with Bulldog Rooter Plumbing. We have done kitchen and laundry updates with them with very good results. We needed a water heater replaced today and I was particularly pleased with Taylor Contos, Technician. He and his apprentice did an excellent job troubleshooting the problems with the old water heater and helped me identify the best path forward. He did an excellent job rerouting supply lines and testing flow after the installation. Very much appreciated them removing the old heater and they did a great job cleaning up. I would definately recommend Bulldog Rooter and particularly Taylor Contos for any repairs, replacements and diagnostics. Bulldog Rooter is our first call when we need anything plumbing or appliance related.

Chris and his team at Bulldog are top notch! Great techs with knowledge and customer service skills. Had them out for a couple years in a row for root blockages. Their team was very responsive and got things cleared out and drains flowing quickly. This year required a damaged pipe to be replaced and liner to be installed for a more permanent solution. When I reached out to general manager Chris he was knowledgeable, kind and determined to get the job done for an affordable price. Drew came to provide information and estimates. He was a pleasure to work with and I appreciated the effort he put into finding a solution. We were very pleased with the level of customer service we received, as well as the quality of work Bulldog provided.

Sully did a great job replacing my old garbage disposal and was very fair and gave me several options for a new one. He offered the company membership but I declined.
I felt confident in his level of expertise. He also answered some additional plumbing questions that I had. He was very helpful.

The service tech did a great job clearing our sewer line. Afterwards ran a video through our line. The video exposed several issues.

I had a main water line leak under the foundation of my home and I needed service fast. Bulldog Rooter took my call on the weekend and also had one of their Plumbers (David) call me back shortly after making the initial call to discuss my situation. This was not an easy repair with the leak coming from under the foundation and being in a very tight spot up against a cooler. David and DJ. showed up early (8am) Monday and knocked out this job in only a few hours, with breaking through the foundation to get to the leak, re-routed my main line to a better position in the utility room, replaced localized old pipe, and re-cemented the work area. Really fantastic and highly skilled work in very responsive and short time, I'm very impressed. Highly recommend these guys!

My sink started leaking because the super old pipes rusted and we couldn't get them apart. Matt came to my house and got it all fixed up while I played a couple missions on my phone game. I think it took an hour or 2, and that was with the added interruption of me asking for an estimate for an upstairs washer and dryer. No complaints from me.

We came home to water on the floor in the garage due to our hot water tank leaking. We were able to get ahold of Bulldog and were told they would have someone contact us in about 10 min. Received a call from Jeremy and said he would be there in 15 min. When Jeremy arrived he was very polite and knowledgeable. After accessing the situation he said he had all the parts to repair the issue, gave a quote, and had it fixed in half an hour. We were very happy with the service. Thank you very much.
