had a couple issues, Pierce was prompt and explained every step he was doing as he unclogged our kitchen drain. Very clean, very professional, and very knowledgeable about causes, warning signs, and preventive options to avoid more costly damage in the future. Pricing was more than fair, especially considering it was a weekend call. Will definitely recommend to anyone that asks.

An overall good experience but two less than ideal items.

1. To be fair I didn't shop around or research prices but I was blown away at the 2.6k or 3.6k quoted price options. 2.6k for 1 outlet to be re-wired/moved to a dedicated new 20a breaker and a switch in the pathway...which would no longer be needed, replaced with an additional GFCI outlet. The larger quote was to add surge supression to the panel (optional; thus a separate quote).

2. I have an older plaster and lath house. The outlet job on the wall left gaping holes and cracks and chips all around the outlet to the plaster exposing even the lath and the outlet is not square/level. I didn't notice this right away while they were on site. Texted them and they are going to dispatch someone to patch it up... presumably I'll have to foot the cost for painting after though.

That said, not a terrible scenario and the team was great who stopped by do the diagnosis/quote and the following team who did the work. They accomplished the job just cost a hell of a lot more than anticipated and now have to have a subsequent visit by a 3rd party to correct the plaster damage that resulted. Waiting for that follow up call to get the next visit setup to cleanup.

NOLAN SIEGEL and TY HOOLEY were both extremely knowledgeable and professional, striving to answer all my questions and very thorough on every detail and they did an amazing job, leaving the areas worked on cleaner than when they began. I raise a disabled nonverbal child and they made sure everything was safe and done right. I wouldn't think of ever calling anyone else other than the Mainstream team. They turned my nightmare around and even laughed at my dumb jokes. Very reasonable prices for high quality service and hospitality. Thank you for all your help and kindness, keep up the good work. Doing some much needed electrical repairs to some outlets in my home and Kendall was our gold star technician who not only did a speedy job replacing the outlets but took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Overall I could not have asked for a better experience and will not only be using Mainstream for all my electrical, heating/ac and plumbing needs but recommending their services to everyone I know. I urge you to make the smart choice in choosing Mainstream to take care of your homes needs as well.

Jack was right on time was even able to work me in earlier. Very professional arrived with everything he needed to start and complete the job. He made sure that I knew exactly what was going on and if I had questions he made sure I had the correct information to answer my questions. I will use them again should the need arise.

Pierce did an excellent job at cabling our mainline drain and an even better job cleaning up and keeping things clean. Would highly recommend him and Mainstream for your plumbing needs. The price jumped way up from just 6 months ago, so that's unfortunate, so save those coupons.

Scheduling was super easy and the dispatch team kept me well informed via text of when the technicians would arrive. When they did they were extremely courteous and professional. There were a couple of unexpected twists and turns with my Ring doorbell situation, but they adapted with ease and very quickly got everything up and running again. Very glad I called Mainstream.

Got an estimate by Steven M. Very great at what he does, he was extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. He deserves a raise for being such a great asset to their team!! Because of him I would refer the company to a loved one.

Was having issues with a toilet that chose to stop flushing. Pierce and Austin arrived and provided fantastic work. Both were professional, friendly, and completed quality work in a timely manner. I appreciate the help and will be using Mainstream again when needed.

I called company about my leak in water heater. Cody was out same day and gave me quotes on a few options. He was very knowledgeable. Maybe too! I agreed to one of the services and Taylor came out same day and fixed problem. Very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Isaac and Sean did a great job removing old system and installing new systems. The two electricians were also great. The whole crew was very friendly but did not waste time on the work involved.

Jacob was professional and knowledgeable. He was kind enough to share his knowledge with me so I could know what was happening in the pipes. The pipes are old and couldn't totally repair damage so someday.... However Jacob got things moving again and I am thankful for that.

We had a clogged pipe in our kitchen and couldn’t get it out ourselves. I initially called another company that didn’t have availability until the following day. I called Mainstream and they said they had availability today! We were very pleased. I got a text message with details about our technician Ricky, the. He called to tell me his estimated arrival time. He arrived on time, assessed the situation and explained the issue in detail and took pictures showing me out problem and different options to resolve it. I chose the which option and he fixed it and sent me a detailed email about the process afterwards. Mainstream took great care of us and were quick and professional.

Jay and Riley came by today to fix our plumbing issue.They were both very professional and very pleasant to speak with. They explained everything well, and the pricing seemed very fair. My issue was resolved quickly and very cost effectively. I would highly recommend Mainstream plumbing for any issues that you might have. Rick came in quick. Did an excellent job. Was very knowledgeable and professional. He snaked the drain, caught great video of the clog, and helped me understand the whole process. And the pricing was completely reasonable. My only regret is that I didn't call them sooner!

Everyone I had contact with at Mainstream electric was helpful from the receptionist that answered my first call to the technicians who came to my home.
