We called Roto-Rooter to help us asses an issue and potentially some un-clogging work for us.

Thought y'all should know! Any independently-owned plumbing company would never do this to their customers. If you want a tradesman that will consider the whole picture, go with the little guy. Big companies (Roto Rooter) see it as a score when they get little jobs like this. They probably paid their plumber ~$25 for this entire job. I paid some guy ~$361 while he sat in an office somewhere. Yucky!

Ryan and Ryan (Yes, both of them!) We’re exactly what you want to show up when you have a plumbing problem. They took on our job on a Saturday morning directly from another job clear across town. They had the part we needed on their truck, immediately got to work, and were clear and detailed about what they needed to do and what it would cost and how long the job would take. They worked fast, efficiently and had our sump pump up and running in an hour. We also didn’t leave feeling gouged by the price which is so nice anytime you have to call in experts to an onsite job. We will definitely use them again.

Roto Rooter did an excellent job helping us in a time of need. They came very quick and the team was respectful and knowledgeable. They did a great job diagnosing the issue which happened to be two different things, the first one being a clog that had developed. The second was an issue within the toilet itself. Roto Rooter provided a recommendation for a superior brand for replacement which we'll be installing tonight! Special thanks to Mark and his efforts troubleshooting the issue.

I’ve used this Roto-Rooter crew a couple of times for our 60,000 sf production facility . They are responsive, readily comply with our internal gowning procedures, are efficient and professional. They’re first on my list for drainage issues.

I had a bad kitchen sink drain clog. I called Roto Rooter of Spokane Valley and I had two guys at my doorstep within 2 hours. Ryan and Ryan were very quick at their work, fixed my clog, and even re-configured my P-trap to stop leaking. These guys are great! I thought the price was high, until I got an estimate from a competitor that came in $200 more than Roto Rooter. They also included a bottle of a solution to help keep my pipes clean in the future. DON'T HESITATE, CALL ROTO ROOTER!!! You can spend half your morning calling around only to find others who can come out and give you a free estimate and then schedule a repair. Roto Rooter gave me a fair quote over the phone, and that's what I was charged. I am now a huge fan of Roto-Rooter, and NO I am not paid by them. This review is totally legit and is being left by a satisfied customer who got his clog fixed. Best money I ever spent!

The two Ryans did an outstanding job. We needed a late evening sevice on a commercial property that had a 8” line. They were able to resolve the blockage with jetting and retuned the next day to Jett and camera about 400’ of line. They marked out all of our underground lines and indicated potential future problem areas for bidgetary purposes in the oncoming years. Nice to work with knowledgeable proficient people.

When I googled them, it said there was local company. Someone called me and said they were located in Spokane and if I wanted service they would come out but charge travel time.
A family member told me they are expensive but the best in business so I went a head and scheduled. I told them a previous plumbing company came out and didn’t know how to drain a pipe. Laundry water kept backing up into my kitchen sink.
2 guys came out, located the problem, and fixed it all in a days work. Everything works great.

What can I say? Herereeeees Ryan and Ryan!! The guys are great and knowledgeable and the only people that actually got to the root of our problem in order to solve it. The company is very customer service oriented and prompt. We really appreciate it. Costs are a little higher than others we’ve used but service and timeliness are so important. These guys were great and we would definitely use again for any plumbing services. Thanks guys!!!

We have our house on the market, when we noticed a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom. Our Realator recommended Platinum plumbing. They came by and diagnosed the issue. We told them our house is for sale and we have showings coming up. They brought 2 crews over plus sheet rockers. The cast iron main stack in our house was worn out and had cracks causing the leak. They replaced the whole stack, fixed the venting and plumbed for the shower hook up all in 1 day. When I came home from work the job was completed. Sheet rock replaced, taped and painted the same color. All the workers were extremely professional, polite and informative. Both my wife and I were very impressed and grateful for the work Platinum Plumbing did for us. I would recommend them to anyone that needs some plumbing done. 5 stars on all levels. From the moment I spoke to Holly on the phone, she was so pleasant, endearing, helpful, and attentive. I was put at ease, and I felt confident that she was going to make sure to send the right team out to fix my plumbing problems. I was not disappointed at all, as a matter of fact, they fixed my plumbing issues immediately above and beyond my expectations. She sent technicians Ryan and Bart and they both were punctual, knowledgeable, professional and patient with all my requests. Only a day after signing the papers to move into our house, we came to the property to start moving in only to discover that the pipes had burst under the house and it was flooding the crawl space. Being new to the house, we didn't know where the water shutoff was, and we tried to call a number of plumbers only to be told there was nothing they could do until at least 4 days later.
When we called Valerie and Veronica with Platinum Mechanical, they took our concerns seriously, and went above and beyond to find a plumber that could help us as soon as possible, as well as calling around to find a restoration service/someone to come out immediately to shut the main off. They were amazing and we look forward to working with them in the future as well.

As an update, Val and Holly and everyone have continued to be amazing. We had additional problems come up since the initial emergency, and they have stepped up to help with each one or helped us find someone who could. Its rare to find such a great group of people these days. We highly recommend them!
