That Mark dude was a plumbing rock star, fixed our plugged up toilet in minutes, we had to have it fixed right away because my wife has mobility issues and can't get down to the basement toilet. Again great service from Roto Rooter, and Mark was awesome!

They were happy to call me out to let me look on their screen to show me the tree roots and line breaks that were causing my issues and explained the process behind locating the breaks underground, as well as fully walking me through what will need to happen for the repair process to begin. They came within 20 mins of me calling on a non emergency. They were kind, quick and professional and they suggested a fix that way far less expensive than a quote from a different company.

I had a leak on the property, Rick came out and gave me a quick inspection and estimate within a couple hours for no charge. He mentioned I could potentially dig it out myself to save some money before calling him out for a patch, so I gave it a try....5 hours later it was much deeper than I thought, but I appreciated him trying to help me save some cash. I gave em another call and they were out with excavation equipment the next business day and had the pipe uncovered and leak found (about 7ft down) within 1.5 hours. Fixed up and filled back in within a few hours.

They did good work and gave me (a new homeowner) lots of information about my plumbing and septic system to fill in my gaps in knowledge. Would recommend roto rooters overall, was a smooth experience.

I got home a little before 4 pm from a seven and a half hour drive to find destruction in my bathtub. I called and Lisa was super helpful and was able to get techs out immediately! And then the two Ryans showed up and after a short explanation, they were able to fix my bathtub in like less than 20 mins! The Ryans were professional, made sure they explained the process and fee structure, and then, like magic, everything was solved! No one had been able to take a shower for two days and within an hour and a half- from phone call to completed service, hallelujah! People can bathe (thank goodness 🤣)

The best customer I've ever experienced. Called on Saturday with a flooding toilet. They had a service rep at my door within 2 hours. Completely repaired by Monday afternoon. The other company I called couldn't even confirm they could come give an estimate until Monday. I love you, Rotor Rooter!

Had a plugged up kitchen sink. Called the office and an hour later Mark showed up, and after 20 minutes. The clogged sink was working great again. Five stars.

Nolan was our technician and did such an amazing job! He was very knowledgeable and explained every part of the process; going above and beyond to help ease our worries when our main sewer line backed up. The pricing was fair and easy to understand, and they were very transparent about it which was appreciated, since our emergency happened on a weekend after hours.

They will be my first call for any plumbing issues in the future! (Fingers crossed we won’t ever need them again)

Absolutely amazing people, didn't have a plumbing issue, instead my cat had gotten out and had crawled under my house and they came out and crawled underneath to help get him, they got him in less than 30 minutes, truly thankful!

Cannot say enough good things about the service. Called and had someone come out right away. The guys who worked on the breaks in the line and pumping out our septic tank were very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing job.

Have worked with Platinum a few times, but most recently with Anthony and his team in the Valley. We ran into hiccup after hiccup, but they were able to adjust where we needed and communicate efficiently, informative, and quicker than we excepted. Thanks guys!
