Called this company based off of reviews, and proximity to my house. But would highly recommend this company no matter where you live. Easy appointment made online. Confirmation sent. Friendly response when I called in. Vladimir was very nice, but most of all, he fixed my dryer! I thought the cost was more than reasonable. Will use this company again for sure, when needed.

Called for a dryer repair and he was out within a couple of hours!! Finished diagnosis and had repaired promptly. Extremely professional and courteous!! I would definitely recommend them!!

Discourage hiring them. DO NOT recommend for business. Find someone ethical & transparent for all your needs. Unprofessional & unethical owner Vladmir and technicians (Ivan & Alex) that over charge. They are horrible at communication and give false timelines. They said 1 -2 days initially ... it took 3 days just to get a part and they didn't let me know, I had to reach out and ask what was happening. Timelines change and I get that but, it is the businesses responsibility to communicate with the client of any changes.
The technicians use Google, AI and Youtube to learn how to diagnose and fix your fridge. They came up with the same answers I came up with myself to troubleshoot my fridge. They had no idea where to start to diagnose the problem. When they put it back together they left a component of the freezer outside and I had to find a youtube for one of them to teach them how to put it back together. The work is a one person job with an hour max of labor and usually quoted at around $200. They charged me over $400 for their "service". One technician did nothing except watch the other technician work. I was present the whole time. It is safe to assume that excessive fee included both of their wages.
The invoice was also not clear or detailed showing the breakdown of costs for parts, labor , service call etc. Just a generic invoice with a flat fee.
They don't tell you and don't give you an option but they use Amazon $30 parts instead of OEM parts that cost $100 and make you believe they are giving you OEM parts for your appliance. They over charge for simple fixes as well as the new part. Also, they attempt to take your broken part without your consent.
It was not an accident, they took the old part intentionally because when asked why they took my broken part the technician laughed and got defensive and asked me why I wanted my part back. What an odd question to ask unless you planned on keeping my old part. Also, very weird they took it in the first place.
They may have done this stuff before because it took 5 days to finally get my old part back. I received so many excuses before then and when I contacted the owner, there was no accountability, no professionalism just "ok" as his responses.
They also told me to come pick up my old part from them yet they are the ones that took it in the first place.
I have gotten work done by other contractors and never have my old appliance parts been taken without permission or asked why I want to keep them. Also, when told it will get fixed with an original part it usually is original not an Amazon part. This is unethical businesss behavior and the owner did not apologize nor try to resolve the issue professionally.
They were also speaking and they failed to realize I understood them when they said this fix was quick easy money for them.
I hired them through Home Depot pros but, beware and choose wisely. Take your business elsewhere if possible. I got taken advantage of and don't want any other women or people to also be taken advantage of by unethical behavior. Take your money to a transparent local business instead.

Excellent experience. They were able to service the day I called. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to fix my appliance issue. I will definitely call them for future business.

I have had this company out 2 different times for my Samsung dryer. Each time the repairs are done without an issue. The guy that has come both times makes sure to have me present to show me what the issue is before actually fixing it.. my home warranty was the one to recommend them both times but should I ever need anything outside of my warranty I would definitely call on them.

Outstanding service. I called the office this morning and was scheduled an appointment for after 4pm. I received a call from Vladimir, he was available in my area so he came to diagnose my dryer. He arrived at 1pm, found out the issue, dryer belt broken. He replaced the belt.He did a complete check of the motor and pulley and said everything was in good condition. He charged me $147 and was done at 1:45. I also have a 30 day warranty. I was so pleased with the service and the price. I highly recommend using their service.

Came out on Thanksgiving when our oven failed the night prior. Nick was courteous and professional. Only downside was that we were told he could be back out with the part required the next day before noon, but it ended up being 6pm.

Raincity provided stellar service to repair our drier. Nick was professional, friendly and had incredibly deep knowledge on how to fix appliances.

I definitely recommend RainCity Pro here in Spokane. I called and they had technicians out to fix my washer and dryer within 2 hours. They were professional and courteous and explained things well, and prices were fair and reasonable.
