Very fast scheduling! The technician was here the day after I called. He did a thorough assessment. My repair required parts. They let me know the same week that the parts were on back order. The office kept me up to date throughout. Everyone is so kind, and professional. I got a call last night that the parts were arriving. Repair completed today. The cost was very reasonable. Eugene was able to identify and fix my issue with my warming drawer on my oven in less than 20 minutes. He also arrived in the first hour of my estimated time of arrival. Very efficient and I appreciate the communication with pricing.

I called to schedule a repair on our fridge. I called in the morning and was able to get a tech that evening. I gave them the info on the fridge so they could ensure they had the parts to fix it the same day. The tech did everything he could to get the fridge to take the coolant. It wouldn't charge. The repair wouldn't be worth cost, So he recommended replacing it. I was charged a service fee that was affordable . highly recommended.

Nick at Rain City was pleasant and punctual. His repairs seem to be working, and I believe he diagnosed our problems accurately. The repair fee is a flat rate, not hourly, so a fast repair felt a bit overpriced. But this could be how all appliance repair places operate.

Technicians were friendly and did a great job! Was not a normal problem, broken wire, but they were determined to figure it out. Glad we don't have to buy a new dishwasher! There was a mixup with the invoice, but they took care of it.

I contacted them on Saturday afternoon and they were back in touch with me within a short time. Repair was scheduled for Monday at 10:00. Technician Eugene showed up promptly at that time. By 11:10 he had the dishwasher up an running perfectly again. Great service - highly recommend this company!

The service tech, Eugene, was friendly and knowledgeable about what needed to be fixed. A part needed to be ordered and it arrived within a few days and he promptly completed the repair as soon as the part was here. My machine will last many more years. It was SO REASSURING to know that I didn't have to deal with the expense of replacing it. Nor did I have to find a laundromat to fill in while I waited for the repair, he was that prompt.
