Nick did an amazing job with our fridge repair! We didn’t know what was wrong with our ice maker but he came in and did a thorough inspection of everything and was able to diagnose the problem. He had to order parts and they arrived quickly and he was back in a matter of days to complete the repair. Definitely would recommend him and will call him again if any future repairs are needed.

Eugene arrived early, was very thorough and explained everything. I'm a do-it-yourself guy and he showed me, if I wanted to, how to make further changes. He also reassured me the importance of testing for natural gas leaks or he could make a return call to insure no leaks.. a very blessed call and help, especially during the holidays..

Both gentlemen were kind and professional!! Very respectful and even kind to our cat. Quick and efficient. We are very thankful for their skills.

They were very friendly, good with communication and punctual with their appointments. They did great work, had the part we needed for our refrigerator in stock, and it was under warranty so they took care of all the paperwork for that. I would recommend them for any of your appliance repair needs.

I called Rain City and had a tech come out the next day. He found the issue and came back the following day with the part needing replacement. I was kept up to date on arrival times and my tech was on time and friendly and fixed my washing machine with ease. It’s always more than you hope but I’m just glad it was something that was repairable and not something that meant a new machine.

At the moment, we are not thrilled with Rain City Pro. We have a washing machine that has been off balance every time it spins and the repair person came out. Looked at my video of what it was doing and immediately told me what it would need. Came back the next day and put in a new rod. Said it was fixed and left. It wasn’t fixed. Came back that evening. Spent an hour on the phone with someone else. Said it was fixed. It’s not fixed.

I will add they have been responsive and fast on the return but after spending $350 and asking me to immediately give a 5 star review (which I initially did because I hadn’t run a clothes cycle) is frustrating. I will update and change this if they can give me a better outcome this coming week.

Rain City was great for our dishwasher repair! They were so prompt and had availability right away. The tech was super polite and he was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly. I would definitely call them again what a nice experience!!

Nick was awesome! He tried really hard to get my oven working but it was so old and the part wasn't in town. I really appreciate his hard work and honesty!

Honestly, we were amazed at the service we received from Rain City. In the middle of the holidays, our washer broke and we needed help right away. We were impressed with the online reviews of Rain City, so we called them.

They responded to our call immediately and Eugene came out the next day. He was so pleasant. He was very honest with us and explained things clearly. He ordered a new part and was back to repair the washer as soon as it (quickly) arrived.

The communication with the office was excellent. The woman was very pleasant to work with. Both she and Eugene were professional and personable.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Rain City!

We selected RainCity Appliance Repair to connect a water line to our washing machine that had a slightly cross threaded intake valve connection. We were told that there would be a service charge of $89 to diagnose and that if we had the repair done the service fee would be deducted from the total repair labor and parts charge. The repairman Nick was able to reconnect the existing supply hose to the intake on the washing machine and did not require any parts. The total bill came to $224 for just the labor after the discount was taken off. I feel that the labor charge was excessive and expressed my dismay. UPDATE!!!!
Management reached out offering to adjust my charges to what I had expected them to be for this service. I have a much better attitude toward this company and believe the compromise on price represents a position of customer satisfaction desired by RainCity. Thank you for demonstrating good customer relations.

We hired this company to service our Bosch dishwasher on February 18, 2026. There were two technicians who were friendly and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing and why to my husband. They were here close to two hours and found the issue and corrected it. The fee was in line with the average dishwasher servicing or repair costs. We were very happy with their work and professionalism and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Nick was great! GE Dishwasher Heating Drying Element repair due to a plastic wheel fell off and melted to it during a cycle. Nick was easy to work with, efficient, & quiet working so not to disturb my two dogs which I had isolated away from him.
Very nice guy let alone easy on the eyes!

Nick is a super hero appliance repair man! The whole experience working with RainCity was wonderful….but Nick was exceptional!

We chose this company to help repair our dryer because after a few calls to repair companies around town, their customer service was by far the friendliest and most professional.

We were very impressed by Nick’s knowledge and obvious extensive repair experience. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed our dryer issue, ordered the part that was needed, and then got back in touch with us as soon as the part arrived to have it installed. The whole process was done within about a week.
