I had several leaks in my gutters that I couldn't fix so I called Bob's seamless rain gutters. A company representative came out and reviewed the problem, gave me an estimate and a guarantee. After the work was done and some time had passed one of the corners was leaking and I called them back to repair it. Jeremiah and Ron came out and went right to work, fixed the problem under warranty even though the problem was caused by an installation error from the original installer. Definitely a five-star crew and a five-star company

Bob’s Rain gutters installed new gutters on our shed this fall. Our estimator visited within a few days and gave us the best of three quotes for color matched gutters and downspouts.
The installers did a fantastic job; on time, called ahead to alert us they were coming, did great work fitting everything together. Highly recommend this great team.

If there were six stars, I would give them six. I had a DIY project. I needed some more gutter. They helped me and when I ran into an aspect of the project I could not handle, they came and helped me finish it. They made it better than I could have and with a very fair price. The foreman, Jeremiah, dialed it in for me. Great people. Great company. Great product. You can trust them.

Outstanding from start to finish!

Bob’s Seamless Rain Gutters absolutely knocked it out of the park. Dominic and Kaden showed up early (already winning points), got straight to work, and delivered a truly phenomenal install on both my house and shop.

These guys were professional, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work. The gutters look fantastic, function perfectly, and were installed with zero drama, zero hassle, and zero “oops” moments. Honestly, if every contractor operated like this, the world would be a better (and drier) place.

They worked hard, communicated clearly, and when they were done, they cleaned up so well it was like they were never here, except now I have beautiful new gutters and rain going exactly where it’s supposed to. If I hadn’t watched them install everything, I’d swear gutter elves came by while I wasn’t looking.

We had a great experience with Bob’s Seamless Raingutters. Justin, James, and Tristan showed up on time, were professional, and did solid, quality work. They not only installed the new gutters well, but also took the time to check our existing ones and made sure everything was securely fastened. The crew was efficient and left the area clean when they were done. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for reliable gutter work.

Absolutely outstanding work by Justin and Walker. Very nice gentleman who worked quickly and efficiently and actually quietly, which is amazing because I work from home. Hardly heard anything from them putting gutters on my house. They were very good with my animals, One of whom is about 130 pound dog 🥰
and Justin even fixed one of my gates That had never worked properly! Just an excellent experience all the way around. Also, Sam in the office is a joy to speak with. Always positive and full of energy, communicative, accommodating, and just awesome.
Lastly, but not least, the gentleman who came out to do the estimate, I believe his name was Mike, but hopefully they can look back and see who did it! Also did an excellent job. I was working and in a bit of a hurry. He was Quick efficient and very nice and didn’t talk too much ha ha ha ha !!! Clearly did an excellent job color matching because you almost can’t see the gutters or downspouts!

Not sure if this was a review or the pilot episode of ‘Parking Wars: The Paint Company Edition.’ The building wasn’t even open, yet somehow there was ‘harassment,’ dramatic claims about sideways parking, and a full investigation into handicap spaces. Impressive imagination. I drove by and saw… trucks doing normal work things.

This team has done outstanding work on multiple projects. Their prices are fair, their work was of the highest quality, and they did it in record breaking time. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

Old School Painting has recently completed both internal and external painting jobs for Leavitt Capital Companies on two commercial buildings we manage. The pricing was fair, and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. Old School was easy to communicate and schedule with relative to the work, and we were very pleased with the finished product. We will use Old School again and would recommend them for work on other projects in the Spokane area.

Courtney and his crew have helped me with several projects, and they’re fantastic every time. They leave the worksite clean and tidy each day, and their results are beautiful. They take pride in their work and don’t ever cut corners. I recommend them without reservation.

Trevor from OSP Air duct cleaning and Dryer vent cleaning of WA delivered high-quality services for air conditioner repair, dryer vent cleaning, and dryer duct cleaning. He promptly fixed our air conditioning and made sure there was adequate airflow in the whole house. He checked for moisture buildup and clearly explained mold inspection results while cleaning the vents. Provides reliable services for mold remediation, mold testing, and preventing black mold. I would gladly use OSP Air duct cleaning and Dryer vent cleaning of WA again due to their professional approach and attention to safety.

Tim and Bruce showed up within minutes of our call for services. Within an hour the damage was assessed and a plan was developed and implemented. Tim and Bruce are awesome!!!! They were so helpful and polite. We really appreciate all that they did - my 92 yr old mother was extremely relieved that all was fixed so quickly!!!! Thank you so much!!!

Thank you, Ralphe, Tanya and Travis for coming out to my home at midnight to help me with my water damage. Update 2/17/26 Ken Kelley came out to my house and did asbestos testing. Answered my questions and was on time.

I had a flood in my large finished basement. I called ServPro and they came right out with a lot of equipment for the water mitigation. They were friendly, flexibe and they knew what they were doing. The only trouble I had was with the pack out. We have a large sewing room downstairs with lots and lots of loose pieces. They had a difficult time getting started on the boxing up of the loose pieces, but once they got the right people involved it went very well. They could then get to the sheet rock and insulation. I loved their work and their attituded, and they were extremely patient with my insurance company. I would most certainly use them again, just if you can box up the little stuff. :)

Austin and Kaden did a great job with the reconstruction portion of our house after our water damage. They were very friendly and courteous while here working and answering our questions about process and timeline. We are very happy with their quality work. Ryan did a fabulous job restretching our carpets and putting down new carpet pad to match existing pad.

Ryan did a great job on the carpet installation and Kendall did a fantastic job with the bathroom countertop. They installed all the trim and just did a bang up job. Not to mention that they’re very professional and very friendly guys. I wanted to add that Josh AalGaard was the overseer of the job and I really appreciated that he was always there to correct any issues that came up and he was super friendly and would quickly quash any anxiety you would have. He would stop by often to check on the job. Thank you!

We had Spokane ServPro dry out a section of our home where we had a water leak. Once Spokane ServPro dried everything, Austin and Kaden came in for the demo work. All of our flooring had to be replaced throughout the house. They were awesome. They arrived early and worked all day, removing all the LVP and cleaned up after themselves each evening prior to leaving. Both Austin and Kaden returned to install our new laminate flooring. Again, they were very professional and did an excellent job. The house is back to normal and looks great. Kudos to Chris and Jason for running a great disciplined crew! We highly recommend them.

D’ontay &Carlos had a time with their GPS but once they arrived, most pleasant and professional and communicated the results to ease my mind once again! Nice guys!

I’m so glad I went with Servpro for my soffit repair! Everyone I spoke to and met was extremely nice, helpful, and had great communication throughout the process. Joshua, the project manager, went above and beyond to work around my crazy work schedule and even squeezed me in before heading to another job site across town. He came out to assess my issue before scheduling a day to start the repairs. His communication was excellent and made everything stress-free.
Joshua and his team, Austin and Kaden, came out on Labor Day and did an amazing job fixing and painting my soffit. They worked quickly, did quality work, and left everything clean when they were done. I really appreciate their professionalism and dedication.
