Greater Spokane - CDA area - I recently experienced a spontaneous pipe burst in my basement and the team - collectively - of ServPro couldn't have provided more exceptional. Came home from weekend at the lake and found water in the basement from broken sprinkler line that flooded window well. Called Servpro and immediately they sent representatives to start clean up and repair process. Project went well from start to finish by professional team consisting of Jason W(leader) and Sean S, Ryan S, and Jason D. I would recommend this company and employees to anyone who has the need for the services they provide.

Technicians Bruce, Waldo, Ralph were able to come by same day after another company gave us the run around on a burst pipe in our home. After we got set up with drying out the area, Ken, the asbestos tester, was able to come first thing the following morning to get the required tests to get the ball rolling on demo and repair. Definitely a professional and quick company.

I am over the top happy with the work Servpro did to my moldy basement. I now have a beautiful room thanks to their excellent work. I was totally impressed with all the employees I came in contact with. Most of this five star rating belongs to Kaden and Hunter. The did a wonderful job. I also want to thank Jason. It seemed he really did care that I received the best work possible.

As stressful as it was, knowing that our house was being taken care of is all we needed to help us not stress about what we needed to do to rebuild our house from water damage! Every question we had, was answered the same day, any scheduling conflicts we had, were fixed the same day! They are better than any home insurance agencies cause they actually talk to you EVERY DAY! Joshua and Kendall worked on a water damage project for the owner of the condo I am renting. They completely redid the bathroom. Flooring and tub surround look awesome. I can't comment on pricing, though...

On Labor Day, we had a pressure switch stick and flood the basement called Servpro Tyler Knight got right back to me came up within an hour. Had his crew Bruce and Tim up there within two hours had the water sucked out and started the drying process. They did a very good job!!!

My first experience with Servpro has been excellent. Josh came out very quickly, looked at the problem and gave me an estimate. Ken came out as soon as that was done and took the asbestos sample. Both Ken and Josh were very polite, very informative, prompt, and patient with me. I’m very grateful for that.

Josh Cervantis and Ken Kelley are stellar professionals at ServPro! They are responsive, knowledgeable, and customer driven. They answer my questions and are thorough in their explanations and for someone like me who is an IT engineer type, that’s priceless. Thank you gentlemen!!

Reconstruction services provided by Jason D, Noah, and Ryan were excellent. Very skilled and professional. All under Joshua's management to complete every issue with patience and attention to detail. I would highly recommend these fine craftsmen.

We had a small leak from our refrigerator which buckled some of our laminate flooring. A guy came in and started ripping up the flooring. You could see where the water got through under it, about 9 sqft of flooring. He kept ripping up flooring to find out how much was involved. When I noticed that no more evidence of water damage ( approx. 25 sqft), I said we should be able reuse some of the flooring, and I was told NO, and they kept hauling it out. When I mentioned it again he said here you can keep one piece. This was my property!

My house is 10 years old and my flooring has been dropped (this was also mentioned). The flooring company was able to find the last two boxes in the country luckily, but the flooring salesman and the installers were very iffy if there would be enough to put me back together. The decision on reusing any of the flooring should have been up to the installing professionals, not just some guy that is paid to rip up my house. Luckily there was just enough to fix it, but barely.

During the drying process communication was very poor. Promises to return the next day to check weren’t kept, or notified that they weren’t coming while we sat home waiting.

Obviously I will never call them again, or recommend them to anyone else!

After a devastating basement flood, and having many people tracking through my house. The services included water removal, carpet cleaning, pad removal, sheet rock removal and repair, insulation removalI, painting, content removal and delivery etc. I was very pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and professionalism of all the people I dealt with at Servpro. Namely, Tanya, Scott, Cady, Trent, Heather, Zach, Ralph, Travis, Jason, Karl, Ken, and Waldo. If I missed anybody else that was in my home, they need to be included!

Kendall and his team had to gut A rental for me on 8th Avenue in Spokane. He met with me the very first day and he told me exactly what was going to need to be done and everything was done to perfection and the bathroom looks amazing. Servpro Professional Ken Kelly called me on Friday to see if he could come out for a Sunday inspection around 10:00 am , Ken called me on Sunday said he was on his way out a little earlier than planned, about 9:40 I said sure Ken come on out. Took his samples ,ask if I had any questions. So polite and very professional. Customer Service is lacking in our country , Ken treated me the way I expect. Servpro has been Excellent in their service so far I would highly recommend to anyone.

ServPro has done an amazing job at cleaning and restoring my basement. Ryan was such a hard workers laying down my new carpet and linoleum. Ryan did the whole job by himself and he was so up beat and friendly and very attentive to any questions I had. The linoleum was quite the job as he had to spend 1/2 of the day scraping old glue and uneven cement until it was smooth to perfection to lay down the linoleum. Again, with such a positive attitude and willing to explain anything to me when I had questions. Come clean up time, Kyle was a big help getting the mess cleanup and items put back where they needed to be for the next crew. Thanks guys for helping make my basement better than it was before the flood.

I want to thank SERVPRO for coming out right away to start work on drying out our water damage. The contractors were outstanding, very professional and knowledgeable on repairing the damaged floors, walls and kitchen counters. We are very pleased with the finished product …we have our home back. Recommend SERVPRO - friendly and outstanding service, walking you through the repairs needed from start to finish.

Travis and Donday were today to take measurements and install some additional dehumidifier. They were very thorough, friendly and informative. Again, 5 stars for you guys!
Waldo came by to double check the equipment in the house. Really knew his stuff! Everyone has been very helpful through this process. Ken just came by to get samples of the material that will need to be replaced. Very knowledgeable and consciences. He was able to explain things in a way to easily understand the process.

In case I haven't mentioned it yet, Josh, out PM, has done a great job coordinating all aspects of our situation, including working with our insurance claims adjuster. We would be lost without him.

While I am thankful this job was done, I am not super thrilled with the timeframe in which the job got done. It took them 2 months to do a small bathroom, a few sheets of drywall, and a few rolls of insulation. Communication during the tear out process was great. I was made aware when the crew would be out to set up and check on equipment and if they were not going to be out i would be told that morning or as as soon as they knew. Then began the repair process and communication took a dive. It took 3 days for the project manager to get in touch with me and that was only after I had to call his manager to get him to call me. The workers that showed up were great and did their jobs but were routinely late or would not show up at all and I wouldn't get notified until hours later that they were rescheduling. Couple this with not working Fridays you can see how this small job took the time it did.

Unfortunately, the first day the workers were out to repair I was notified by the service manager that some animal feces in my shower needed to be cleaned up before they would be back as it was an unsafe/unclean work environment between that and the smell. I informed them that what they were looking at and supposedly poked and sniffed was in fact, the wax ring from the toilet they had taken out and put directly in my shower without anything under it. The smell was from the open toilet and sink drains that were waiting to have fixtures reinstalled. This was an unprofessional comment and factually untrue.

Servpro of Spokane County came out and provided excellent service on getting our water damaged identified, putting together a plan, and drying out the affected areas. Joshua Cervantes, Travis, D’ontay, Branden, and Ken Kelly performed each task professionally. They wanted the make sure the job was done correctly.

We also had Servpro of Spokane County work on the repairs and restoration once the water damage had dried. Joshua Carter, Jason, and Noah worked very hard to get the work done with high quality. It was their busy time and with some interruptions to provide emergency services to others in need, they came back multiple times to ensure that we were completed as quickly and correctly as possible.

These teams did a great job and we really appreciate all their hard work.
