From start to finish everything came out exactly how we wanted it to. Very clear and detailed communication. Big shout out to Jason! Very good detailed finish work. He communicated everything with us and made it very well known that he was here for us and had our back for our project, I'd give that man a big raise! Big thank you to him. I would also like to thank josh our project manager, for his high level communication and professionalism. I know I missed some names, just know we appreciate you all very much.

Ken Kelley, Waldo and Ralph and Travis and D'Ontay from Serve Pro were excellent to work with. They responded immediately to my house flood on a Sunday morning and have been following up daily. They were very professional and understanding. I would highly recommend them all. They are great people and employees

Joshua handled A pretty major bathroom, leak issue and Subsequentremodel with great communication and within the timeframe needed. He was professional and kind and the work is top-notch! I’m a realtor in Spokane and would highly recommend!

ServPro did a pretty good job. My house had sustained extensive water damage. Carpet and walls needed replaced. Jason did the reconstruction piece and did a great job. He was a pleasure to work with and cared about the quality of his work. For him, it was not just about getting the job done, but also that I was satisfied with the work. Servpro project manager Joshua and other staff were easy to work with as well.

Servpro has been very responsive to our water mitigation issue in our kitchen. Ken Kelly, Shaun and Heather were all very punctual and helpful as we work to mitigate the damage. Great team at ServPro!

Update! We just completed the full restoration and construction of our new flooring and trim work. We utilized the Construction division of ServPro and had the best experience. Chris, Joshua, Ryan, Ralph, Austin, and Kaden all provided their talents, management, and expertise to make our home our home again after the water damage we experienced. They all earned and deserve kudos. Thank you, ServPro!

Waldo, Travis, Tanya, Tyler, Bruce, Ralph were there when we needed them took care of our needs very courteous and caring. Explained the process to us and told us up front the costs which was important to us. Bruce was very detailed with explaining the close out process and Tanya was so helpful and kind. Tyler is very great at calling us and explaining and helpful. Waldo was excellent at the signing of the paperwork and Travis and Ralph were so busy doing their job I didn’t talk to them much. All in all very grateful for all of them and the company.

Bath tub overflowed flooding the bathroom, half the bedroom and the garage below it. Christian and Reschel were wonderful! They were efficient and timely, they explained everything as they did it as well as explained other things that might be needed down the road. Dispatch was excellent, they had these two on site in about an hour. Many thanks!

Had a basement flooding issue that unfortunately seeped into my drywall, and the carpet in my daughter’s room was completely saturated. Servpro came out same day within a couple hours. They were here ripping that old carpet out taking the padding out also doing assessments on the extent of the damage. setting up good fans with dehumidifiers, setting up nice plastic on my carpet where most traffic is being walked. They were very knowledgeable and thorough with all the information that was explained to me of how the process works. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I recommend Servpro. The two Servpro employees were very friendly and knowledgeable to make the experience as smooth as possible. Shout out to Reschel and Christian for doing a great job!

Ken and Derek were extremely professional when they came to my home last Friday. Ken conducted an asbestos inspection, while Derek handled the setup of dehumidifiers, laid down floor protection, and removed damaged carpeting and insulation. They were courteous, efficient, and took great care to protect my home throughout the process.

Tyler, Derrick, and Ralph were awesome. They were extremely responsive, kept me posted as they were en route. Showed up within an hour of my initial call. Courteous, professional all the way. Great crew!

Also, Ken Kelley showed up this morning first thing to get some samples. Called first, very courteous, showed up when he said he would, and answered all questions. Another great service.

Heather and Reschel were sent out to provide a demo of my tiled floor and underlayment material that was damage from a water leak in our kitchen. These two ladies were down right awesome! Very polite and communicated very well on top of that they worked their tails off to get a tiled floor removed after being installed for 30 years. Great job ladies a 5 star for these two we would have them back again hopefully not too soon!! Cory

Today the Demo team of Derrick and Reshelle came by. They did a terrific job!! And they are awesome people to work with!

A couple days ago our home was hit by a tree after the historic winds on Dec 17, 2025. After calling the Insurance company Promptly. I was contacted by Servpro of Spokane County. Today Ken Kelley came to our house and was checking for Asbestos and Lead in the home before repairs could be started. He was great even coming out on a Sunday. He was very knowledgeable and answered questions we had. He also made a new friend with our cat Sailor. All the guys that have come to our home Chris, Jason everyone has been great and service has been top notch. I will certainly recommend your company to anyone that is in need of your services. Had a wonderful experience working with Ken Kelley and Joshua Cervantes. They were professional, friendly and always on time. They were very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions.

They have completed the restoration and construction from our water leak damage. We can not express our gratitude in all Jason Walker did for us as our Project Manager.

He saw to all details and worked with us to find a solution to issues that arose with materials that had been discontinued. Which in turn worked out better for us and our project. He kept in continues communication with updates and questions. He herd our concerns to have the project wrapped up prior to an upcoming surgery and he made certain to deliver just that. Even making himself available to meet the plumber so I did not have to reschedule a pre-op appt nor delay the completion.

We were then blessed to have Kendall Green assigned to complete the work, and he far surpassed our expectations. His craftsmanship speaks for it self, and would have been enough since he did the install of the insulation & drywall, applied the texture,(not an easy task in this home) painting and tile installation for us. However, he made certain to let us know when he had questions to ensure we were all on the same page, respectful and kept to his time for arrival and completion daily.

Ryan Sims came in and promptly took care of the installation of the carpet in a short 4 hours and it looks amazing! He too was timely and respectful.

We had nothing but an great experience and would not hesitate to call on Servpro again should it be needed and will be referring them to anyone we hear in need of their services.

On Sunday December 21st Ken Kelley arrived to our home at 4944 E Hayden Lake Rd to do an asbestos inspection. He was on time, very friendly and polite. He did what he needed to do and stayed and answered all of our questions. We are so very grateful for the quick and fast response to our needs. They came out to the Spokane Tribe Casino for the 3 peaks restaurant very quickly. What was going to be a few hours of work turned into just an hour and a half. They worked quickly and efficiently. Travis, Chris, Ralph and Justin did a fantastic job. Thank you guys

Servpro recently finished the mitigation and restoration of our property in Spokane after a broken water heater flooded the basement bedroom and bathroom. The mitigation and restoration were completed in 3.5 months and everyone we worked with was professional and courteous. Our restoration project manager Joshua kept everything on track and responded instantly when I had questions. He coordinated the plumbing, electrical and carpet so there were minimal delays. Jason D did beautiful tile work in our new bathroom. Noah and Ryan did a great job on the sheet rook, painting and all the little trim details. Jason D, Noah and Ryan clearly take pride in their work. I feel lucky to have the Servpro team fix our house and highly recommend them.

Tyler and Derek came quickly, late at night, on a weekend.. with a great attitude! Travis came during a holiday, lined up the project with haste. He also thought of adding a plastic wall to separate the rest of the house, that I wouldn’t have even thought of asking for, I can’t tell you what a difference that made.. Rochelle and Heather worked really hard! They were so sweet, and were really flexible with my schedule. This is a great team of people, every one of them. I highly recommend!

My experience with Serv Pro has been exceptional. Today I had Austin and Kaden repairing the hole in my ceiling after a water leak from the roof that happened in December. They worked very hard both yesterday and today. They repaired my roof yesterday and finished painting inside today. The cleanliness of this company is rarely seen in construction. I'm so impressed.I will definitely recommend Serv Pro to everyone I know that needs repairs. I will use them again myself.
