Absolutely great work and service! Robert had such precise control of the tools and equipment that one could hardly tell where the concrete was. The fee for the job was beyond reasonable and fair. I highly recommend Spokane Concrete Cutting.

I have used Spokane concrete cutting twice now and have had excellent service and results. Jeff is awesome to work with and is very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Robert has been fantastic at getting me on the schedule quickly. Will definitely work with them again.

I contacted these guys. They gave me a quote over the phone. They came out within a week and the job was completed like real professionals.

We hired Spokane Concrete Cutters to come out and cut our basement foundation. We are building a basement bathroom and needed part of our laundry room floor cut up. Justin came out and knocked the project out in under an hour. He was really helpful and cut out a block of the concrete foundation to make it easier for me to remove (we removed the concrete ourselves). I would highly recommend these guys!

Spokane concrete cutting inc. did a great job on this electrical Walker duct installation project. On time, fair priced, expeditious and easy to work with! Thank you and I’ll be calling you guys on the next one!

My husband and I had a Condron home we lived there for 17 years it was well built and had a functional floor plan. I regret ever selling it.

Highly recommend this team of professionals. This is our second new Condron home and like the first time, each team member has been involved and helpful with anything that comes up or we request.

If you want a home builder that doesn't back their product, Condron is the one for you! Within 1 year of living in the home, our stove caught on fire. We had to argue with them for 3 weeks on replacing it because they wanted to repair it. It wasn't until our realtor got involved that they agreed to finally replace it and they took the damaged one and we assume they put it in another one of their homes. They also wouldn't replace the hole it burned in our floor because we didn't have extra flooring and they wouldn't order any so it would look different because they were going to replace it with whatever they had. We debated on making them replace the entire floor so it would all look the same but decided not to pursue it because it was difficult enough to get them to replace the stove.
A few months later and our driveway and sidewalk is falling apart. Condron was adamant that it was because we used a concrete safe de-ice product and because the city of Spokane uses magnesium chloride that drips off our vehicles. We don't park on our sidewalk so that argument isn't valid and we contacted the de-ice company and they confirmed it is concrete safe and it was the concrete. We had 2 independent contractors come out and they both said the concrete was defective. They said it froze before it completely set and 1 used to work for Condron and said that even though there was sealer on the receipt Condron provided that when he was a contractor for Condron they never sealed their concrete. Condron supposedly sent one of their people out to look at it but we were never informed of the time and had the person's direct number and could not get them to return our phone calls to ask questions of them directly. Condron refused to acknowledge any of these points or concerns and just continued to blame us as customers so they wouldn't get stuck with the bill.
We are a military family and for a business that prides themselves on American Made they don't treat their customers who protect America very well. We can't wait to leave the Spokane area and get reassigned because everything that cost more than a gutter nail for our home has been a challenge. This is our 3rd home purchase and we have never encountered such poor customer service or someone that flat out refuses to back their product. The entire city uses de-ice products, and we have in all our other homes and everyone's concrete is not falling apart - ours can still be swept up by the bucket full, and crumbles when you touch it, over 3 months after 1 application of the de-ice product.
We filed a complaint with the BBB and all Condron did was "respond" with their previous email correspondences so it looks like the complaint was answered so it wouldn't hurt their rating. I highly recommend staying away, they don't care about their customers. I wish I could leave 0 stars, 1 is too many. -
Everyone on the Condron team was great to work with, even when we made change requests during the building process. We really enjoyed the building process with Condron Homes and love our new house.

As an experienced Realtor I feel very confident with the quality and care my clients receive with Condron. The owner is a 3rd generation builder. Many of their contractors have been with them for a very long time and they genuinely care about their clients. They offer American made homes and are Energy Star certified. They produce a quality home and each home is built with the intention of maintaining a long term relationship with their client.

We are extremely happy we chose Condron Homes. Thanks to Condron and their outstanding team, our entire process was smooth, enjoyable and quick. All of our requests were met and the smallest of details were paid attention to. If you're looking for a high quality and professional home builder, we would highly recommend Condron Homes.

My clients were very satisfied with the quality of their Condron Home. The experience throughout the entire process was smooth and comforting. The one thing that got my clients excited about the Condron family is the 3 generations of builders and their commitment to excellence. If you want professionalism, quality, and affordability consider the Condron Homes family.

I had the privilege of working with Condron Homes on a new build home for some clients. Corey, Craig & their team were always very responsive, flexible on building options and thorough in the final walk through with touch ups.
I will definitely be working with them again in the future! -
Having never built a house before and hearing from others what a hassle it was I was reluctant to proceed with constructing a new one. After looking at existing homes and not finding what we wanted, we looked at the new homes of various builders. We ventured into Condron Homes home office one day and spoke with Corey Condron. I must say that from beginning to end it was a pleasant experience. I was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of not only Condron's staff but also of all the subcontractors. The helpfulness was outstanding. The quality of construction and materials was excellent. When I asked for changes to be made after some mistakes on my part they were only too happy to accommodate. The prices were fair and they bent over backwards to make sure we were pleased. I highly recommend Condron Homes and would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Excellent company.
I had the privilege to meet Corey Condron, the owner of Condron Homes recently and I am very impressed with the way he runs his company. Corey is dedicated to building quality homes that use American Made products whenever possible. He puts the customer first and they have direct contact with him during the building process. He has long standing relationships with employees, vendors and sub contractors and this integrity produces a consistently high quality home that people buy with confidence.
I am also a longtime fan of Condron Homes-we had a Condron Home built in 1996 by Corey's father, Craig, and we raised our family there for 11 years!
