Constraction reviews in Spokane, Washington

When my garage doors went 'kaput' a couple of months ago, I immediately contacted Steve since he had provided valuable help to me in the past. Steve did a very professional and thorough job diagnosing the problem and replacing my garage doors. And he took extra time to explain how to operate them. They have worked flawlessly ever since. I highly recommend Steve if you need garage doors! There is no substitute for experience!

I was one of many people in the Spokane area impacted by the August 11th, 2022, hailstorm.

I reached out to Perrenoud roofing to go over removing and replacing my garage roof and my 24 x 36 metal building roof.
Kevin Edwards met with me and discussed the options available and timeline for repairs.

Kevin was attentive to my needs and concerns. I was not pressured into making decisions that I was not comfortable with. Kevin was responsive during the whole process and even beyond when I needed help with insurance questions and mortgage company follow-up.

When the weather broke and the crew was able to begin work Jan. 23rd, they were able to remove the damaged roofs and replace them within the week.

I do not have anything negative to say about the crew of 4 who began work Jan. 23rd and were finished by Friday the same week.

They had to sweep snow from the roofs on two days before beginning work, and cleaned up the area before they left the site for good.

The nails and screws left behind were mainly hidden by snowbanks, and a supervisor came back twice on his own to recheck the finished product. On his last visit he invited me to call them when the snow melted, and they would come back out and pick up any nails/screws that may still be on the ground.

I chose Perrenoud roofing to support a local business and also based on recommendations from my cousin who had used them for a roofing project.

Sincerely,

Deborah Pintler

After a windstorm, I contacted 3 roofing companies. 2 got back to me, but only Perrenoud actually followed up on communications continuously. Keven Edwards was nothing short of AMAZING in helping me negotiate with my insurance company!! I am very happy with my new roof - it's gorgeous and the work crews were all fast and professional.

We've had the pleasure of working with Perrenoud on a couple of projects. The first was on our rental house. We were in the process of closing on it's sale, when it was discovered it needed a new roof. There was wind damage we were unaware of from the big windstorm of 2015. Keven and crew coordinated with our insurance company and completed the job prior to close. The finish work looked amazing. The second project was on our home. The original gutters needed to be replaced. The Perrenoud team completed the work in the timeline they estimated, at a lower price point then a number of there competitors and timely follow-up to insure the completed project met our expectations. I highly recommend Perrenoud Roofing for any roof or gutter project.

Pleased with the communication and quality work on my new roof. Thanks to Keven and the roofing team! You went above and beyond my expectations, especially with winter weather beginning. I also appreciate the pricing and that proof of warranty registration was delivered promptly after everything passed inspection.

All the best of everything at a fair price!

Perrenoud Roofing just completed a total and complete replacement of the roof on my home. The old roofing materials were removed, and a new roof was installed, along with new vent covers and roof edging.
I am just amazed at the high quality of the Perrenoud team and the professional installation, cleanup, and attention to detail that was exhibited throughout the entire process from the initial bid to the final follow up.

I did much research prior to asking for bids from several roofing contractors, and Perrenoud was recommended by several friends. Their bid was very competitive, and now that the new roof has been installed, the EXTREMELY high quality of their work and roofing materials is evident everywhere!

If you want a 5 star roof installed at a fair price... GO WITH PERRENOUD!

We had Perrenoud install garage doors on a few of our homes. The installation was equally as poor as the product. The doors do not close properly and are not square with the frame. We asked that they come fix them but received no response. We asked that they just come take them back and again received no response until we received a summons from their attorney. We fully intend to fight it and expect to win however, it would be much nicer if they would just come take their low quality product back.

An excellent company!! Efficient in doing the job and handling problems that arose from doing a house that is 82 years old! Hardworking crew that even got it all cleaned up without me having to do a followup behind them. Options explained and questions answered in very short time.
They (crew supervisor and the estimator Keven) did a followup to make sure it was done correctly and that I was pleased, including going around to check for any debris they might have missed during construction. Beautiful looking roof gave a whole new look to our home! They didn't have the lowest bid, but did the highest quality work with friendly crews-including pulling in extra help to completely re-sheet the roof in one day after a new problem arose while removing the old layers of shingle! Impressive employees all throughout the process! I highly urge you to consider using this company even if their bid isn't the lowest. The quality and care you will receive is very much worth it! An excellent company and experience all around. Thank you.

I had a great/epic experience with Perrenoud Roofing. Steve was above and beyond helping me with my garage door. When I called, he was so kind and was at my house within 30 min. The service was quick, and the billing was transparent. I have no doubt that I will come back again. I have peace of mind and that is priceless!
Thank you Steve!

Steve with Perrenoud Roofing did a fantastic job repairing my old garage door. The door was in desperate need of updating and had recently broken. Steve replaced the old tension springs and installed a new torsion spring which makes the door quieter and much smoother to operate. I would highly recommend Perrenoud Roofing for your garage door needs, repairs, or new installation. Just a great experience from start to finish.

Perrenoud Roofing did a whole roof replacement on a rental house that I owned in N. Spokane. At that time it was my property management company that recommended them. They use them a lot because they are reasonably priced and do good work. I later had Perrenoud do gutters on my house. The price was good, they did good work on the gutters, and everyone I worked with and talked to was friendly and helpful. Several years after they did the roof replacement, a small leak developed over the garage. Since the property management company had contracted that work (not me) there was a little confusion about whether or not they had really done that work, but once that was cleared up they took full responsibility for making the necessary repair on the leak. I'd use them again and recommend to others.

We recently had a full roof replacement completed and are very happy with the result. The roof is beautiful and the work was done in an organized, efficient manner. The clean up was also very thorough. We would like to recognize our estimator, Tyler for his assistance and especially roofers Ishmael and his crew. They were hard-working and very nice, polite young men.

I had Keven from Perrenoud Roofing out to look at my roof damage from the wind storm He advised me to contact my insurance company to start the claim process. Keven met with the insurance adjuster and worked though the claim for me. The roof was removed and installed in two days! The crew was wonderful and my new roof looks AWESOME!!!!! Perrenoud Roofing Inc. is who I will recommend for any roof, skylight, or rain gutter work.

We had a NEW Roof put on by another Company, 1st winter with the new roof it leaked! They sent out a under qualified handyman to fix it. We decided to use Perrenoud to do the fix. BEST decision EVER!!! They showed up when they said they would, did the work in a timely manner, cleaned up everything. A few weeks after the fix they even sent out another employee to look over the fix and make sure it was done properly. Best part of all, the Roof did not leak after they did the fix. We HIGHLY recommend Perrenoud Roofing.

We called to get our roof done late in the year. I was pleasantly surprised that Perrenoud Roofing was able to come out in inclement weather and get our bid done quickly. I was also surprised that they were able to get it done in one weekend in November. They had a very professional crew and they did a great job. The roof looks amazing ,has a very good warranty and was cheaper than expected. Thanks

Our roof had to be completely replaced after a wind storm and after receiving 3 quotes, we chose Perrenoud. My wife's boss used them for his own house so we trusted the recommendation, and they also somehow we're the lowest quote - with the highest being twice as much as their quote.

They did an amazing job, with great customer service, and as a business did everything they should for a customer. No complaints, and the salesman Keven helped us with not only choices but with insurance every step of the way.

Definitely recommend.

We had hail damage from the storm last year and had Perrenoud fix our roof and replace our gutters. We worked with Keven and he was great and easy to work with! We had one issue with our gutters and they came the next day to fix it. They also helped us by working with our insurance to have a couple of things covered that the insurance initially didn’t want to cover. Thank you!

We had heard many great things about Perrenoud Roofing, and when we decided it was time to replace our 30 year old roof we contacted them for a quote. It came in at a very reasonable price, and we also elected to get our badly deteriorated fascia and gutters replaced.

They did a gorgeous job! We were concerned about damage to our extensive shrubbery next to the house, but they were exceedingly careful. Their crews are professional, meticulous, and did an excellent cleanup when the installation was complete.

We were so pleased with Perrenoud that we also had them install a new garage door, which turned out great!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Perrenoud for any homeowners' roofing, gutter, fascia, or garage door needs! High quality at a very competitive price.

We had our roof and gutters replaced by Perrenoud after recent hailstorm damage. Our contact was Keven Edwards who did an excellent job. He gave us a thorough quote, explained everything in detail, did all the work with the insurance company and kept us informed of the progress. He made sure we were satisfied before collecting final payment. I highly recommend Keven and Perrenoud Roofing.

We decided it was time to get a new roof, got 3 estimates and decided to go with Perrenoud based on the 3zcellent review we had read. Keven Edwards gave me an estimate on the spot and explained the steps that would be taken to put on the new roof. They even do gutters so were able to have one replaced. Very professional and they make sure you are happy with the job. Would definitely recommend then to anyone. They did an excellent job.

My roof is the greatest! Actually had one half done, then the other. My roof was leaking around the chimney (8 foot wide). They installed a cricket so the water would run off and around the chimney. To perfection I might add! Wonderful job, the employees were the best!
