I've used Shaw plumbing for years and have always been happy. This was my first time with Shaw trenchless, they did a great job and fit us into their schedule which allowed us to close on my buyers home as planned. They were on time, professional and the job was done without any issues. Thanks again to your crew!

We had used quite a few of the big name plumbers around town. I won't give you their names, but they are the ones that advertise on TV all the time. We even paid for a "Express service" type agreement with one of them. When we tried to use it they didn't expedite our service at all and we ended up using Shaw. Shaw has been great for us and we even referred my dad to them and now Shaw handles his plumbing issues. We recommend Shaw wholeheartedly

I had a pipe valve fail on my irrigation line outside. This meant I couldn’t have my sprinkler system winterized. I called Shaw Trenchless do the repair. They were awesome! They came out the day before the Thanksgiving holiday. They dug up the ground to get down in the meter box, made the repair and put the box back together in a few hours. What a life saver! Guys were friendly and professional and fast!! Thank you Shaw Trenchless for a job well done!! 😁

The men that came to do the work at our home were polite, respectful and went over the project with us before they started. They explained exactly what had to be done and did an excellent job without destroying our property. They were efficient and cleaned up everything after they finished.

We can across some unexpected obstacles while having a new sewer line put in an existing home. Colton and Pat handled everything with the highest level of professionalism. They were exceptionally careful with my plants, trees and grass. I was very pleased with their work ethic and the final outcome.

These guys are great! They replaced our sewage line in 2 days that went under a gas line, fence, retaining wall, and sidewalk with minimal digging done. The price was reasonable and was not pressured into accepting their bid in any way. The guys that showed up to do the job were extremely professional, fast, and efficient. I had roots problem that damage my very old sewer pipe. It needed to be replaced, I had another company bid, then I called Shaw for another bid. Shaw was few grand cheaper than the first company, so I hired Shaw to get our pipes replaced. No regrets here, they were awesome, job was done in 2 days, they were professional, efficient, fast, and the office was so responsive with all my questions. they assured me that there will be no more problems in many years to come. ( I had another clog problem before the schedule, I called Shaw and they were able to get another company to clear our pipes in the meantime time while waiting for the scheduled pipe replacement job.) I am so grateful for the services received from Shaw Trenchless. I had gotten a quote for a sewer line repair during the inspection process of purchasing my home. Their quote was less than competitors. I put off the repair for 6 months and as a result my pipe became entirely blocked and couldn't be cleared by another local company. I called Shaw up on a Friday afternoon and they were able to fit me in the very next week and honored the previous quote and didn't charge extra to clear the pipe and to put in an outside access sewer clean out which my house needed. Their process relieved my anxiety. They answered all my questions and were able to complete the work while I was at work. They had to remove my fence to get access and they put everything back with care. Communication was great and I would recommend their services to my family and friends. The price was right and I am grateful to have a quality repair. Sewer issues are stressful but the Shaw Trenchless team made a tough issue simple and treated me with integrity. Thank you!

Did an excellent job installing CIPP in my old sewer line. All employees were very friendly and respectful and got the job done quick!

The entire process from quote to scheduling to coordination through to project completion was seamless. What I think really stands out about Shaw is the people.
