Awesome service! Got me an estimate same day! I was the plumbing contractor on site. They came in and worked their tail ends off till the job was done!

Not a great thing to spend your money on, but truly made it much easier when dealing with such a great group of guys!
Everyone genuinely seemed like they cared about the work they did and I am very excited to have it done!

We experienced a water leak in the main line going to our house. Sadly it ran under our deck against our foundation. The guys from Shaw Trenchless did a great job rerouting the line.

They are so professional and awesome. Gave me a quote one day and had it done the next day. Their prices are amazing. I would recommend them to any one.

I was in deep despair because Mainstream said I need 5 to 17 thousand dollars of work. They said they couldn't see anything with the camera because it was "Mucky". They told me not to put any solid matter in the toilet. I have a $2500 deductible too, so I am buried deep. Shaw came out and their camera shots were NOT mucky, and my sewer pipe is clear to the street. Never use a company that fear mongers innocent people in order to get money. Shaw Trenchless is true blue, and I thanked God for you! You gave me hope.

They were simply awesome! I’ve had them out a total of 3 times. Our drain was clogged and I called to see if they had time to get us in. They were here within a couple hours. Brandon was awesome and showed me camera footage of what was going on and fixed my issue. I asked him if they could give me a quote for a new sewer line which they did pretty quickly. Very reasonable price and the turn around was quick! Got me in the following week! Sean showed up with his crew, got it done and left my yard looking as if they were never here! Will be calling them from now on for all my plumbing needs.

Shaw and his group are professional, and polite. They did a Major job for me over 100 ft sewer line and about 40 ft water line. Excellent work ethic and a well done job that looks amazing.

Just used Shaw Trenchless. Did a fantastic job. They are professional, communicated well, efficient and do great work. They know what they are doing. They do the job of replacing Orangeburg daily. It shows. We contacted two other plumbing companies who were several thousand of dollars more than Shaw with their bids. So happy we chose Shaw to do the work .

My experience with Shaw Trenchless could not have been any better. Their communication before, during, and after the job is complete is as good as I have ever seen, and I have been in the skilled trades for 50 years.
Their dispatcher is always responsive, returning missed calls in a timely manner. Their techs are polite, professional, and very highly skilled.
My plumbing problem was diagnosed and a plan to correct the problem was laid out , with an accompanying quote, within hours of the site visit.
The crew arrived at the agreed upon time, worked smoothly and efficiently, and left my yard in as good a shape as it was to begin with.
I highly recommend Shaw Trenchless for any and all of your plumbing project needs. You might find someone cheaper, but household waste line sewer plumbing is not a place to cut corners. So do yourself a favor and go with the best from the start.

Super knowledgeable and professional service! Came out to do a quote after I had been quoted an $8,000 job from another company. After they scoped the line, they couldn't find anything wrong with the line. I will definitely call them first next time!

As the project was going, they were very pleasant and communicative to work with. They got the job done in the timeframe that they said they would. Communication was clear, pricing was competitive, and the men who came and did the install were fast and professional. It was all done in a single day and the next day was just an inspection. Later on when we had a misunderstanding they cleared up the issue and made it right. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

I will update the review if we later have any issues with the line, but I don’t expect that will be likely.
