Electrical work was adequate, but incomplete. Payment required at time of service(which I pd via check). Requested a receipt for service to be emailed to me me. Never received the receipt, however I received a bill for the service with additional money added 22 months later. Owner expected me to provide proof of payment. Left the job incomplete, after replacing the metal pole in the roof. Instead of removing the old pole & patching the hole, they just left it. I would have given a negative 🌟 star if I had that option!!!

Truly top notch service. Gave me an estimate with 3 different pricing options....all of which would bring me up to code (had knob and tube in attic with insulation). Didn't try and oversell me on anything and was patient with my ignorance when it comes to.electrical. Job was done quickly and in a thourough fashion. They even were able to deal with a problem tenant who decided to cause greif with professionalism and efficiency. Will definitely use them again for future electrical needs.

I had a problem with my Solar computer system and Jake and Tyler came out to Moses Lake from Spokane and spent 6 hrs to set the system to rights.I was running the system manually because it wouldn't run automatically but when they left it was running automatically and has every since.They were very professional and I would recommend them to others out here in my area.Thanks for a job well down

Needed a new electrical panel put in quickly so we would not be out of power for very long in the summer. They had everything ready and lined up and got everything done with no problems, even was able to use there truck generator to run refrigerator to keep items cold. Great job!

IPG did a fantastic job of installing our solar energy system. They were fast, professional and, best of all, they knew what they were doing. Imagine my surprise to come home after 6:30 at night to find Tyler and his crew still working into the night to finish our job! What our last contractor lacked in integrity, Tyler and his crew make up for in spades!
We found Tyler during this past summer when we ran into some issues with our solar system. He was a lifesaver then, just as he was this past Thursday night when he and his crew worked all day and even into dark to get our water line buried and power to our pumphouse to run the well pump. He and his crew have taken a world of worries off our mind, and we couldn't be more grateful! We will definitely be using him for any projects around our build that he'd like to take on, and cannot recommend him more highly. If you are looking for an honest, hard-working, smart, savvy solar savant, Tyler and his crew of young go-getters at IPG are your guys!

Sadly, I've had to change my review. We've been working with IPG over multiple projects, the biggest one which is right around the corner. IPG had won the contracts for our electrical, roof, and septic for a cabin we're putting on ten acres. It's extremely time sensitive as the foundation is scheduled for July. For final approval of our loan, we need to get final estimates to our bank. This was discussed with Tyler within the last couple of weeks... now he's ghosted us! I have no idea why as he won't return calls, texts, or the note I left at the address given. Now we have to find new contractors and get their estimates to the bank. We are very much at risk for not getting the loan closed in time for the foundation and beginning of the build.

Tyler knows that this project has been riddled with roadblocks, primarily due to another bad contractor. Tyler knows about the time constraints. Tyler has even visited a sample cabin with me and the general contractor heading the project. Tyler knows we spent this past winter in our RV and really don't want winter #2 in there. Our septic permit expires in August. Yet, Tyler has ghosted us. He was great, until he wasn't. We NEVER saw this coming. We're hurt, angry, and confused. There is NO excuse in a business relationship for ghosting a client. At a BARE MINIMUM, you place a phone call and make the client aware your unable to do it so they can make other plans.

I can't in good conscious recommend IPG. If ghosting is an acceptable practice you run the risk of winding up in the same situation we are in. By the way, he's also ghosted the general contractor who was going to throw even more work Tyler's way. He doesn't have any idea why either. The hunt for new contractors is on and I recommend you avoid IPG. This ghosting has wiped the slate clean of the good work he's done. That good work means nothing if we don't get into this cabin before winter. Instead of helping, he's now hurt us badly for no apparent reason (at least none that i know since HE WON'T RETURN MY CALLS OR MESSAGES. This really sucks.

IPG replaced our old shingle roof and installed solar. I was kept well informed throughout the entire process from estimate to finish. They brought in equipment to get the job done right and beat the snow! Left the property cleaner than when they arrived. Very trustworthy business I highly recommend them for any roofing or solar needs.
