Hopkins electric has installed can lights in our home along with outdoor security lights, under cabinet lights and a generator hook up outlet. Evan is kind, respectful of our home, highly professional and cleans up any mess he’s made perfectly. His pricing is reasonable and he shows up when he says he will and does an excellent job. We highly recommend him.

I hired Hopkins Electric to rewire my kitchen and laundry room, including the dryer. Evan and Nick were here timely each day and worked very hard into the evening. They were task-focused and had an attention to detail. The wires were run straight through the studs in the wall through an exposed section. This detail is important because the appearance of their work is indicative of the quality I received and this gives me peace of mind. I have a 119-year-old house and the existing wiring in the kitchen was a combination of newish, incorrect wiring, that looked like a DIY job, mixed with knob and tube. Evan and Nick ripped out all the old stuff and replaced it with new wiring to bring it up to code. They cleaned up the circuits and installed the lighting wires in a location that made sense. For example, I have 2 ceiling fans in the kitchen that were on 2 separate switches. I can flip 1 switch now and both fans work in unison. Overall, the guys were great. You really couldn’t ask for anything better. The price was very competitive and the guys were honest and hardworking. I highly recommend Hopkins Electric.

Hopkins Electric came to my house to help me with the outlets in my bathroom that stopped working all of a sudden. Hopkins Electric were very helpful in troubleshooting and fixing the issue. Through their thorough process they discovered it was a bigger issue than originally thought and the issue could have caused a fire if it wasn’t caught.
