Had a fantastic experience with this company! Their bid came in massively under the other bids we got, they showed up when they said they would and got our service upgrade done cleanly, in a day. No surprises here, just pleasant professional electricians doing good work, for a fair price.

THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN GHOSTING ME FOR FOUR MONTHS. AFTER THEY GOT PAID $3098 THEY DISAPPEARD WITHOUT FINISHING THE JOB. ALL i ASKED WAS FOR A CALL TO COMPLETE THE PROMISED JOB. I was grateful to find someone who did solar work on a residential project. Although they changed my dead batteries and did some programming, there have been many issues as to how the system is running. I have called, texted, emailed and everything short of sending up smoke signals for weeks, with NO response. And oddly, their main phone number typically doesn't connect, but I had cellphone numbers for the 2 guys who came out. I was also promised a battery balancer on May 11, the date of service, and it's now 7/29. I'm sorry to say that I can't recommend this company because of their dismal customer service.

Tyler and Jake at Independent Power Generation, responded immediately as my roofers were on the roof reroofing and had to stop because the solar company who was supposed to take the panels off and reinstall after new roof, did not show. Their response was immediate, they heard my predicament and could have charged me a lot but instead, their prices were extremely fair, and they were so friendly, helpful and reliable. They came back on their own time to show us how to use the solar app, registered our solar online (the install company should have done this but didn't)
And they showed us how to analyze our solar Avista bill. I wish they would have been the original company who installed our solar because Independant Pwer Generation customer service is impeccable. I love that they both served in the Navy together and they are local, personable, and care about me as a customer. Wow, I have not seen customer service like this in such a long time!

Locally owned and operated solar company. When researching for local companies, this was the only one. IPG did my roof replacement and my solar system installation. They even worked in a contractor to repair an eroding chimney. My entire roof got a stunning face-lift and I am now worry free of potential issues. Having an almost 100 year old home, they were able to update this cottage with new technology, complete with an App to help monitor the system and the power it generates. IPG's crew is made up of smart, young, talented and hard-working individuals, they know what their doing and explained things to me during each phase of the project. I’m a huge fan of the electricians from this contractor. They are licensed professionals and are very skilled at resolving electrical issues. I’ve hired this company on multiple occasions and none of their repairs are requiring any back jobs.

I really appreciate the honesty of the electricians in this company. They were upfront with the cost estimates and the length it will take to finish the electrical installation of wiring, switches, outlets, and fixtures on all the houses in the residential project I was managing. I’m glad I hired them as my contractor. They were reliable and finished everything on time.

Great service, very reasonable prices. Sonny did a full panel replacement for me, along with diagnosing some smaller electrical issues, installing new wafer lights, and adding a new circuit for a mini split. Can't recommend him enough. Will definitely be using him when I remodel the bathrooms and kitchen!

I was concerned that I had an electrical problem that could’ve been very serious. Sonny came out and checked the wiring and checked all the outlets to be sure they were grounded. Everything ended up being perfectly fine, but he gave me so much peace of mind checking everything for me. I really appreciated his attention to detail.
