Showed up, had no vacuum of their own, my mothers was broke so had to call someone to bring a little small one with just a suction hose no power head, took items off shelfs to dust onto the carpet she had just "vacuumed", certain things you would expect to be cleaned in a 3 hour period not even touched. Will not use again. I purchased this service to help my mom who has MS and has a hard time keeping up with basic house chores and they accomplished very little. Very disappointed I paid as much as I did for nothing.

Great service!! They cleaned my great aunts home from top to bottom & priced very fairly. The ladies were very professional and the owner even showed up to inspect the work. I’m out of town but she was extremely pleased. We will be using your services again, thank you!!

Placing the order:
Jeremy took my order through text and was super friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed the hassle-free way of placing the order. He was also very informative. I never actually spoken with him, but I think it’s interesting and cool to be able to place orders via text. I seriously really enjoyed that because I was super busy that week and it made it so super easy! I even got a cheesy “Welcome to the family” message— it was great.

Cleaning experience:
April did the actual cleaning and she is amazing! I actually tipped before the services were rendered, and based on the reviews I decided to tip 20% ($26.40), but she really deserved more. Please ensure every penny goes to her. I saved up my money for this cleaning and it was worth it. She works hard and gave great advice, when needed. In this case, it was needed. The job required major: decluttering, cleaning, moving light furniture, reorganizing, et cetera. Her ideas really changed my life, I was ashamed and rarely went into my room, but now I have a place for my crafts, to do yoga, a soon-to-be reading nook (April, if you read this: that was a great idea and I decided to go with it), my clothes, et cetera. I’m stoked! She deserves a raise and then another, then a paid-time-off. Thank you April!!! I’m seriously so frickin’ happy. I want to throw confetti everywhere, but my place is spotless (; I hope this company keeps their employees as happy as their clients.

Overall:

Professional crew... Took the time to make sure the all the little details were addressed. I love my house again! I was so overwhelmed with cleaning inside and weeding outside. Some days I dreaded coming home. To top it off I had wood floors refinished and there was 1/2" of dust on everything!!! Now my house sparkles and shines!! Thank you Maid in Spokane for digging out my house and giving me the blessing of time to do the things I need to, and the stress reducing knowledge that I can come home to a beautifully clean home!! Maid in Spokane is the BEST. They have done weekly cleaning, as well as move-in and move-out for us. We have used the service for almost a year now and had nothing but positive experiences. Every person who has helped out has been thorough and professional. Kalia comes most often. She is charming, quick, and flexible working around our baby toys or while we were moving in. Communication is great. We are grateful for their excellent work - makes life so much easier and we would highly recommend Maid in Spokane to anyone.

I've not had house cleaners before and wasn't sure what to expect. When they showed up I was impressed that they were so easy to work with and brought all the cleaning supplies. My house looked great when they were done. I was so pleased I've decided to have them come on a regular basis. I really appreciate all they've done and look forward to the next time.

I was very pleased with the top to bottom cleaning that I received. A very thorough job, little touches that we kept finding afterwards that showed an attention to detail, and friendly professional cleaners who were prompt, efficient, and helped by working around the baby's nap schedule while they were at the house. Very happy customer!
We are in the process of moving and we called Premier Maid Service to help us out. To put it mildly, they couldn't have done a better job. They arrived early and started to work right away and did the best job I have ever seen in so short a time. I would recommend them highly and without hesitation to anyone who asks. They are friendly, courteous and above all professional... and to top it all off... their fee is reasonable.

The service was impeccable from the interaction over the phone to the staff who arrived at my home. I used this service for a move out clean and they did an amazing job! The house was spotless, they cleaned out my fridge, oven and wiped out all the drawers in addition to cleaning all the windows. Staff had great attention to detail, didn't cut any corners. The rates for services are completely reasonable and the were able to quickly find me an appointment on short notice. I would highly recommend their services, you won't be disappointed!

Do not use this company. We scheduled a move out clean with them for 4-5 hours with two cleaners. We had already moved overseas at this time so we had a neighbor go and check on the cleaning for us and they barely even cleaned one floor of our house. When I called the company the man that answered said that they needed an additional 4-5 hours than what was quoted to finish. When I told him that what he said was done was not done and I have pictures for proof he told me that I am wrong. They then went ahead and still charged me for 9 hours worth or work since there were two workers. The state they left my house in looked like they came and worked for 30 minutes. The unprofessional manner of the employer I talked with was unbelievable. I would recommend any other cleaning company in Spokane. Pictures below are of my fridge drawers and cabinets that they said they cleaned and are obviously not.
