They do not follow noise ordinance. We have been woken up 3 times in the last week by them snow plowing residential complex at 3am 2/12/25, 5:50am 2/15/25 and 1am 2/16/25. Submitted complaint with city. Tried calling company no responses.

I could not recommend C&C more. Chris came out yesterday to diagnose a few issues with out sprinkler system, and was able to find and solve a few different issues very quickly. He addressed all of my concerns/issues with the yard, and replaced our sprinkler timer the same day, and even set up the timer to make sure that different sprinkler types/zones were programmed to the correct time for best results. Now our system is back up and running without a hitch. Really appreciate his professionalism, clear communication, and efficient diagnostics. I will DEFINITELY call again for any future lawn care services.

No soliciting all over my property, but now you’re calling me and my fiance for quotes I’ve never requested.

Lies and says they are taking over “bill’s contract”, but I have never had a lawn service in over 8 years.

Quit dead calling me, and covering up your lies when I’m pulling your lies apart. Be lot more respectful if you could honor the truth and tell me the truth instead of fabricated stories. Theirs much better ways to approach new customers without lying to them.

Update@ you’re still lying. On your response to me. I can play the voice mail and screen shot the call times, super ignorant the way you don’t take responsibility and try to lie again to my face. Can’t trust liars

The owner Chris and his crew did an amazing job on my French drain and fixed up my rock inserts around my egress windows and looks amazing and they went the extra mile . Highly recommend and Chris won’t leave or be done until the home owner is happy and definitely satisfied. Will hire again .

I have been using C & C for over a decade and they have always been extremely reliable. Just had Chris out to fix a sprinkler issue and he not only fixed the problem, he also diagnosed a sprinkler coverage issue and fixed that also. C & C has always provided me with outstanding customer service and timely responses. All of the techs they have sent out over the years are knowledgeable and have done a great job. Ryan has been out numerous times to perform seasonal maintenance and always does an outstanding job. I strongly recommend C & C for all aspects concerning sprinkler repair and maintenance.

Doesn’t follow noise ordinance. It’s summer, in a residential neighborhood and they happy started work at 6:30. Saws to cut material for a retaining wall fired up, to work on a neighbors house. I know 7 am is the allowed time but as a mom with a baby that wakes up all night, that 30 minutes is everything.

Brentwood Forest Condo Association recommends C & C Yard Care. They have been our vendor of choice for all our Common Area maintenance. We have worked with C & C Yard Care and Chris for the last 9 yrs. Chris communicates with us regarding our needs and maintenance schedules for all our Common Area needs.

We needed landscape work after a fire wiped out yard and several trees, 4 fruit trees.
They were really pleasant, took all our information, told us "josh" the estimator will call and set an appointment.
"josh" never called.

We called them two weeks later to ask why they didn't want our business, they put me on hold...
"josh" then called about an hour later. Said he wasn't going to tell me why we weren't worth a bid, and hung up on me. 🤷‍♂️

Turns out the didn't want to bid on the job because of our neighborhood. They didn't think they would make enough money on it, so didn't bother even bidding.

Guess if you aren't on south hill, don't bother calling.

I think because they think they're "big", average families aren't worth it to them.

Seriously disappointing behavior.

If you're the neighbor of someone using their services, you'd better pay attention to them. Apparently they're not informed about trespassing and property damage laws, or they chose to be participants in this activity.
(Edit) I have been calling the past 3 days to resolve the issue. No response from anyone at the company to date. At least the guy who cut the tree beyond the property line admitted he should have asked first. That was integrity. Hiding from responsibility is not. Were I able to leave negative stars, this event would merit it.
(Edit 2) I apologized to the owner for stating he hadn't called. He did call the following day, but my phone didn't pick it up until I rebooted it a few days later. He did come out to the house to survey the situation. His immediate solution was to "pull some branches down with some string" to fix the privacy issue. I am giving him the opportunity to come up with a respectful solution before I alter my review.

Great work. The team showed up when they said they would. They worked hard and did a beautiful job. They were friendly and efficient. We will definitely use Inland Lawn for future projects. Nice work.
